I would like to apply for your signature campaign , however my prior campaign requires for me to use their signature till the 17th. I have over 900 posts and none of my posts can be considered spam or of low quality.
I am willing to accept payment of 0.1 BTC for my first month provided I can start on the 17th. Bitcoin address : 1FRkoJDy8CwZ84RSeMs2tCEKBdVfHu32Ra
Hi jambola2, please message me once you've updated your signature. Cheers, Cloudbet You didn't seem to acknowledge the condition he mentioned. I know you probably read it but he may still want some clarification. EDIT: I couldn't help but notice I was italicized on the list. Any reason for it? Hi btcton, The italicisation indicates members who did not reach 50 posts. Cheers, Cloudbet

Hi folks,
The OP has been updated and payments for those who reached the minimum 50 posts in the past month will be going out in the next 48 hours. All those currently enrolled will be automatically re-enrolled for the next month. If you do not wish to participate please message me to let me know.
Please note that our signature has changed - please update yours accordingly.
We will likely be changing the signature again around the beginning of August, so please check back around that time.
Additionally, we are keen to create a new signature for Senior and Hero members - we welcome you to submit ideas in this thread (ideally in line with our website's current branding), and if we see one we like we will pay its creator a small bonus.
Cheers, Cloudbet

Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet System error resulted in a wrong size bet
|
on: July 15, 2014, 08:04:40 AM

Hi finlon, There was no system error. The bet you placed was for 100 mBTC. You contacted our support after "no more bets" was announced. Regardless, our customer support cannot alter your bet sizes at any time. They cannot change your bet size nor cancel your bet. The only way to change your bet size is to do it using the bet interface, before "no more bets" is announced. Once "no more bets" is announced, all bets are final. You did NOT change your bet size before "no more bets" was announced. Finally - although you initiated the chat before the wheel had stopped spinning, you only raised the issue after the result was already known and the bet was lost. In the future, if you mistakenly place a bet too large, please use the "Clear" and "Undo" buttons before "no more bets" is announced. If you are not able to do this, we suggest you instead play in the non-live casino so you can spin the wheel yourself when you are sure you are comfortable with your bet size. We will not be engaging in any further discussion on this incident with you on the forums. If there is anything else we can help with, please send us an email to support@cloudbet.com. Cheers, Cloudbet

Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet System error resulted in a wrong size bet

Hi all,
There was no system error. The player specifically placed a wager of 100 mBTC on live dealer roulette, and then tried to have his bet size changed by asking chat support, after "no more bets" was already announced by the dealer.
Firstly, no bets can be changed or cancelled after "no more bets" has been issued, just like in a land-based casino.
Secondly, the betting interface has clear buttons to clear or undo a bet (until "no more bets" has been announced), and the player did not use these to change their bet size or cancel the bet. Our live chat support does not have the ability to change or cancel bets. However, once "no more bets" has been issued, no bet sizes can be changed by any method.
Finally, this was not the first time that the player dramatically increased their bet size at the end of a session - in the other instances however their bets were winners.
We will not be issuing a refund in this case. Please be reminded to size your bets carefully.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
Cheers, Cloudbet

finlon, There was no error in the system. The bet you placed was for 100 mBTC, not 2 mBTC. This is also not the first time that you have dramatically increased your bet size at the end of a session - in the other instances however your bet was a winner. Also, for the avoidance of doubt, the bet was placed at 2014-07-09 12:09:07 - which means that was when "no more bets" was announced. You state that your support request is at 12:09:23, which is after "no more bets". The wheel finished spinning and the result was known at 12:09:58. So, even if our live chat support could change bet sizes or cancel bets (which they cannot) your chat with support took place after "no more bets" was announced. Only you can change bet sizes yourself, and it can only be before "no more bets". Unfortunately we cannot help you with this. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with by emailing us at support@cloudbet.com. We will not be responding to any further posts about this incident in the forums here. Regards, Cloudbet

Hi finlon,
As we stated in our correspondence with you via email, once a bet has been accepted it cannot be cancelled. It does not matter when you contacted support - they are not able to cancel a bet for you.
Once "no more bets" has been issued, no more bets can be accepted and any existing bets are final and cannot be cancelled. In our live dealer roulette game, there is a very clear counter that displays how much time is left until "no more bets" is issued and the wheel is spun.
If you wish to change or cancel a bet before "no more bets" has been issued, you need to use the "Clear" or "Undo" buttons on the betting interface, not contact support. Unfortunately our support cannot help you cancel any bets.
We consider this matter closed. If you wish to have more control over when a roulette wheel is spun, please choose to play in our non-live casino.
Cheers, Cloudbet

Hi all,
No player won the 100 BTC challenge, in fact nobody correctly guessed the outcome of the group stages. What an exciting World Cup! Remember that it was free to enter.
We will be announcing some new promotions very soon, stay tuned!

1. Ok I got a reply from the Cloudbet staff and they are doing nothing to help. 2. I had contacted the staff support much before the spin took place, and told them about the wrong bet sizing. Cloudbet said, I must have bet wrong(But this did not happen. I bet 2 chips, and as soon as it acccepted my bet, It took my entire balance). I Contacted the support much before the spin even happened. Cloudbet claimed that I contacted the support much after the spin.
3. I asked Cloudbet the time the spin happened, and I have a picture showing that the time I contacted the support chart was much before this.
Can the Op say anything about this, I am not at all happy with the help you guys have been offering. I argued for almost an hour with the live support and now I am stuck arguing with the email support and waiting for their replies.
Keep us updated how this will resolve... Hi all, It is our policy not to comment on specific issues related to our players in public so I will not share specific details, but in this case the player made a bet which lost and then asked for a refund. The bet was placed by the player and was correctly resulted. In the above circumstance, the player made a bet larger than 2 mBTC, the correct amount was deducted from their account, and then they tried to cancel the bet. There was no error on our part. Please note that once a bet is placed it cannot be cancelled so please be diligent in your selections and bet sizing. Cheers, Cloudbet
