You should add the bet placing time to the bet details because i can imagine that you accepted my bet only after 3-4 minutes when your site come back, but at that time the match is already started so it is an invalid, not valid bet anymore.

Whenever you place a live bet and the odds have moved below (lower odds) in the seconds after you click place bet you have to confirm your bet manually, however if the odds move above (higher odds) the bet get accepted automatically at the lower odds.

Hi Peeps,

Nobody has ever waited for over 24 hours for a withdrawal. The ONLY exception is specific cases of fraud. We have run some analysis and ~94% of our withdrawals are processed within 5 seconds, with 100% being processed <24 hours.

In one case a customer did wait a long while for a bet to be graded which was due to a technical issue with a third party and we have resolved this and apologised to the affected party. His subsequent withdrawal was processed very quickly.

Finally, it was a public holiday this week here and we were short staffed on support which caused some longer response times than usual.

Please could you email us specifically with details on the bet you were trying to place? This error should happen on fewer and fewer occasions, so we need to identify the root cause and resolve that.

Its been 6 hours since I got this response and the bet has still not been graded and is still pending. I contacted supported again, I guess it will be another day before they respond...

Just thought I would share with everyone what betting on Cloudbet and dealing with their customer support can be like. I've tried to be patient but I think this is unacceptable and people should know what to expect from them.

Update: After 60 hours and 3 emails to support they have finally graded the bet. It was a large bet and to have it hanging in the air while they keep you waiting for days on end is awful. Cloudbet improve your customer support ffs its just terrible.

In your case, there was a specific bug that was preventing the bet from being correctly graded. It has been resolved and future grades will be much more quick.

Your original intended bet was on Travis Browne. You specifically selected Travis Brown at +361, your bet slip displayed "Travis Brown +361", the bet was accepted as such. Also you captured a screenshot showing the bet as you intended it, before the fight had taken place. You also did not write into our support until after the event had ended, and Brown lost.

As such, no refund will be made.
