Yesterdays WNBA (July 31) Chicago Sky v Los Angeles Sparks Over 161.5 was incorrectly graded as a loss. The final score was 88-77
Bump Please regrade the game, communicate here, or answer emails. It is going on two days now. We charge no fees for deposits or withdrawals. Send and receive transactions of any size for free."However, when you go to the withdraw page (which I verified myself with my own account) there is a fee of 0.0001 BTC taken out with every withdrawal request. Your rules and your actual actions are not in agreement. My referral and I both agree you need to change your rules or your actual fee to make the two agree with another. Is it possible to have more choices for basketball live betting?
I see you have only ML and Odd/Even for most of the live basketball betting which is too little.

The support is the worst of any site I have ever dealt with and they never grade UFC fights in a reasonable amount of time. I'm withdrawing and not going to return.

I would love to like your book more and I have lost a considerable amount at the book (at least for me) but I just cannot understand why it takes so long to grade live wagers. I placed a 4 team parlay at around 3pm EST and the tennis matches are long long over and the plays are not graded.
Also, I understand the loyalty program and clearing bonuses and whatnot but I feel someone in my case who made a relatively small deposit to just "try things out" many months ago was punished. I currently have 22178 reward points and really wish that you would create a system where we could redeem the points for free bets or something. It is a smaller complaint but the grading really really needs help. Every other site I bet live on the bets are graded within minutes for major sports and at most 30 minutes for the more obscure sports. But ATP/WTA/ITF tennis is not like ping pong or some egypt soccer league.
don't mean to bitch too much I just really do want to like this book more.

did you play the live BJ? 20% of 21 is amazing and impossible, the only explanation is this site is a scam. They use hologram to cheat customers, or just replay a video in a live BJ, hehe, very easy to manipulate the results, and I have seen other guys complaint before, btw, you should bet sports but not BJ here, cos pre-match odds here are highest among all of BTC casinos, but i also saw other posts that they modified the bets, that's why i don't bet here even the odds are high
We often have the highest odds for pre-match and live sports betting. We have never - never, ever - modified a customers bet. Our blackjack games are all certified by independent major testing labs, and our live dealer blackjack - as well as all of our other games - are 100% fair. Still haven't got my 1.67 bitcoin from the folded Betvip.
They tell me that I was given four bonuses in my 9/10 months of betting with them......Absolute nonsense, I was given the one when I joined just like everyone else and turned it over many, many, many times.
Now I have requested my betting records from them so I can see these transactions but am still waiting for them....they do not intend to hurry themselves.
Sadly, Cloudbet can do nothing for me while they don't reveal my betting history.
This absolutely stinks.
BetVIP still haven't sent me my betting records despite 3 requests in the last week. Cloudbet - Any possibility of helping tonyq out? We're also working on it on tonyq's behalf. |
