So you require me (or/and others) to contact you via registred email address.
This required condition opened my eyes that earlier i had a security issue on your site and so perhaps these two things are connected
I shared this issue here with Peeps Place in private message 2 months ago. (i have screenshots on it.)
I recommed all cloudbet customers to turn on 2-Step authentication if they do not want to lose all their funds.
Pfff.. Just change your name and contact them with your registered email. Move on. If you don't trust them 2-step will not help in any way will it? It happened to me once that i was logged in into another user's account. I was logged in while I was idle on the live betting site for some hours and after i refreshed the page i found myself in another user's account . If this could happen with me then it could happen to everyone and if you have no 2-Step authentication enabled then the other customer can withdraw all your funds. Cloudbet can detect this via IP addresses, so perhaps they already know about it, but of course they wont publish this security issue. If i put 1 BTC on a market where the limit is for example 2.2 BTC then why cant i place another 1.2 BTC on this market later?
"One or more of your selections were removed as previous bets have been made on them."
When will you add these basketball markets again : 1st quarter/1st half handicap & under/over ?
New handball limit is 0.4-0.6 BTC earlier this was 2.5 BTC. (volleyball limit also decreased)
Hi sbrzol, Which markets specifically would you like higher limits on? We allow re-pops on major markets on major sports, but not currently everything. We are about to launch some major improvements that will see our limits on smaller sports increased dramatically. Our sports risk team has taken a decision to temporarily drop limits on some less popular sports while we roll out the upgrades. Hi all
The vast majority of customer service requests are serviced within 24 hours. Having said that, we have been inundated with new accounts since the start of the soccer and football seasons, and have been scaling up our CS teams to support the increase in demand. We will open a new facility next week that will improve our CS response times significantly, along with a live chat facility that will be available in coming months.

Randall(a PD mod) made two accounts on your website, in his words:
"I made two accounts and forgot to change IP country, and I didnt know they'd freeze both accounts if you had two accs from same IP"
His account email starts with a v (your site doesn't have usernames) and he's owed 0.18+.
Honestly policies like this are stupid enough, but even when services like coinbase/changetip suspend accounts they still refund the user the balance. As long as he wasn't cheating, double-spending etc there's no reason not to pay him out his balance. Please resolve this and change your TOS

If you need to know the email on the account you can PM me. I am Randall. To elaborate a little, the only reason I made a second acount is because somehow you guys made the account balance on my first one negative. It now shows as -0.05, which I had nothing to do with, and I didn't want to risk making a deposit and losing it. The second account, the one Stunna mentioned, is the one that I am owed 0.18+ on.
