hey cloudbet i made four bet slips on a game this morning and when it ended only 1 was graded but the other three was not, i know its a loss but i ask to grade them because im hesitant to bet again what if i win this time. I would send you an email support but I signed up using an email that could only receive for privacy purposes. I never assumed that i had this problem. How can you guys grade one bet slip but leave the other three ungraded? please fix this soon as i want to bet on a game tonight.
Okay i missed some of my games, can this be fix pleased? I still have three pending bet slips that haven't been graded yet. It has been 12 hours, has anybody else had this experience before? I have a question about your bonus. As I see it is not based on rollover but on some kind of loyalty points. So, I can't deposit and receive instantly bonus. You said 800 loyalty points to receive 0.01 BTC. What should I do to receive these loyalty points? How long time will it take? Please explain situation.

How you calculate, daily basis or monthly or Net loss basis.

what are your sportsbook stake limits?
Hi BeatMo, It depends specifically on the event, market, and time to kickoff. In general our larger events (NFL, EPL, UEFA CL, NBA) we take 15-30 BTC per stake. However, you can also place multiple max bets until you get on the total amount that you want. So, for example, if you wanted to place 50 BTC on an EPL game, you could make 3x max bets to get the full 50 BTC amount on. Cheers, Cloudbet |

If you have not updated your signature to the latest version already please do so today - please note that the latest version looks the same as the previous version, but contains different links. We will not be making payments next month to those who do not have the correct signature, including the correct links.

Hi all,
Earlier this week, we deployed a new sports betting backend system. There were a few hiccups that in some circumstances caused slow settling of bets and delays in price updates. We have now resolved the issues, and bets are settling quickly as per normal and prices are being updated quickly.
The new backend will allow us to roll out many new features over the coming weeks, including a new mobile sportsbook, many more markets, and higher betting limits. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period - I can assure you that it will be worth the wait.
