Are you having withdrawal issues at the moment? Been waiting a few hours unlike the usual instant processing. Support email sent. Also - what good are points when you don't have a bonus to claim? A huge points balance seems kinda useless when bonuses have been cleared ages ago Most other gaming sites have a "convert points to bonus"/cash/whatever but yours just seems to be a counter rising for no reason at all... Hi AndersAA, We are processing withdrawals as per normal. Can you confirm that your issue was resolved by our support? We have something coming for your loyalty points, watch this space Cheers, Cloudbet

Hi Xanis,
The rules were clearly stated in the OP: The first monthly payment period will end on 16 July, and subsequently on the 16th of every month. You must be enrolled a full month in order to qualify.
Additionally, in confirming your enrolment I stated: Thanks Xanis, you will be eligible for your first payment on 16/8/14.
Cheers, Cloudbet
Hi. Sorry I might have missed that. So basically even if I don't post anymore (since I've made over 50 posts), I would get paid on 16/8 for 1 month? Yes that's correct. Cheers, Cloudbet

That's true. If I'd be running a signature campaign, I woulnd't do it that way.
By the way, you could have know this if you would have read the first post carefully.
Yes OP clearly posted if you enroll after 16 of month then you are not eligible for this month's payment because he want signature for 30 days not less Going by this logic, one should be paid a few days later. I guess, I'll wait for OP to confirm. Basically I've posted for nothing. Hi Xanis, The rules were clearly stated in the OP: The first monthly payment period will end on 16 July, and subsequently on the 16th of every month. You must be enrolled a full month in order to qualify. Additionally, in confirming your enrolment I stated: Thanks Xanis, you will be eligible for your first payment on 16/8/14. Cheers, Cloudbet Okay, so I'll be paid on 16/8/14. If the rate is 0.12 BTC per month (30 days I'm assuming) then I'll have been hosting your ad for 53 days. Does that mean I'm owed 0.212 BTC, as I assumed when signing up for the campaign? Hi Tara, On 16/8/14 you will be eligible for one month's payment. Regards, Cloudbet Does that mean I'm getting paid for the first 30 days, and nothing for the last 23 days? If that's the case can I leave the campaign on my 30th day and then collect payment on the 16th of aug? 31st day is fine too Hi Tara, You will be paid for 16/7/14 to 16/8/14. Regards, Cloudbet Oh. So from when I enrolled to two days ago I wasn't getting paid for advertising for you? Hi Tara, That depends on how many posts you make in total. The posts you made since enrolling will count toward your total for the 16/8 payment. Cheers, Cloudbet

Hi CloudBet,
I am enrolled to your signature campaign as a Full Member. My profile has been upgraded to Senior Member a few days ago; can you adjust my enrollment as a Senior Member? This will also free-up a space for one more Full Member.
Thanks in advance, sgk
Hi sgk, Please update your signature and I will update your level. Regards, Cloudbet

Hi folks,
btcton and rhino34567 have both been removed from this campaign and will not be receiving payment for the past month as it is apparent that both accounts are controlled by the same person. I have reached this conclusion based on the following evidence:
- The comments in this thread identified by goozman96 - The fact that both accounts enrolled on the same day (May 29) - Similar posting patterns, in particular showing up on the day of payment and posting a large number of comments to reach the quota
Additionally, please note that rhino34567 was enrolled in two campaigns over the past month, apparently switching his signature to claim payment from a different campaign on July 1, then returning to our signature to claim payment here.
Payments to those with a single account enrolled will be made in the next couple of hours. Please note that italics in the OP indicates someone who has not reached the minimum post count for the month.
If you have not yet updated your signature please do so.
Cheers, Cloudbet

so, i'm not in Hi c275, Enrolments have closed, however if it turns out the btcton has two accounts enrolled with us then we will give you his/her spot (assuming you would like it). Cheers, Cloudbet Hi c275, Sorry, I just realised I missed your earlier post. You're in regardless of what happens with btcton, however please update your signature to our current one. Hello CloudBet. I just finished my 50 posts, but I am marked as unfinished in the OP. I did not know that we had to finish before today. If you can, please add me to the payout list. I will make sure to finish before the 16th next month. Also, I updated my signature.

I have contacted rhino34567 by PM and am awaiting a reply. Cheers, Cloudbet

I would like to apply for your signature campaign , however my prior campaign requires for me to use their signature till the 17th. I have over 900 posts and none of my posts can be considered spam or of low quality.
I am willing to accept payment of 0.1 BTC for my first month provided I can start on the 17th. Bitcoin address : 1FRkoJDy8CwZ84RSeMs2tCEKBdVfHu32Ra
Hi jambola2, please message me once you've updated your signature. Cheers, Cloudbet You didn't seem to acknowledge the condition he mentioned. I know you probably read it but he may still want some clarification. EDIT: I couldn't help but notice I was italicized on the list. Any reason for it? Hi btcton, The italicisation indicates members who did not reach 50 posts. Cheers, Cloudbet Oh wow, I totally forgot payday was today/tomorrow. Anyway, I believe I passed 50 posts not long ago. That should set me. Also, I know it's unnecesary, but I'm confirming my re-enrollment. Hi, Have just updated the OP. In future could you please make sure you've reached 50 posts by the time the 16th ticks over wherever you are, as I had already sent details to our payments team and it's a bit of a hassle to add additional people! Cheers, Cloudbet
