I have been waiting on a withdrawal for over 40 HOURS!!

A very small withdrawal too!  No response from email support or twitter support.   I have stalked every cloudbet page imaginable and no response.   What is going on?

I agree with this. You guys should consider the flexible odds that other sites implement, whic lokcs the bet at the available odds at the time of betting on it. Having live betting without being able to bet live is definitely not  a good thing.

You should email the support as it will likely repop up in the future. Its got to do with multiple accounts I believe.

JUst saying, but it seems like the guy who had his bet cancelled , did email cloudbet and had waited for more than 72 hours for a reply. He also seems to have bumped the cloudbet thread multiple times , and even though cloudbet had been online multiple times they didn't seem to reply. So I definitely still think Cloudbet is rated higher , even when it doesn't deserve so. On the other hand, I believe you should consider bumping up Directbet as it has probably been the most promising casino in the past few days.

This is the sort of thing that's scary about Cloudbet.

They have no problem offering the highest limits for btc books in many cases, and indeed, for any book anywhere, yet they can't afford to keep all shifts covered with a cs person?

The other scary thing is that it can take up to 24 hours to get paid.

That's fine, but I've asked a few times if they can explain to me how that can take 24 hours, and I never get a response.
An hour perhaps is acceptable for this. How difficult is it to take care of this?

I think you're right. They take large bets but their customer service is poor. It doesn't make a lot of sense.

I can see that from a small shop without a lot of employees but a bigger shop should be replying in a timely manner. That said, they have always been quick to reply to PMs that I have sent to them.

You should probably re-evaluate cloudbet. They really don't seem to be replying to problems people are facing on the site( see their thread)  and also saw this post yesterday on reddit
