I just made a withdrawal for .09BTC that "failed". Unfortunately, you guys didn't fail to take my .09. I wish to move .5 to another wallet now but am afraid to. Please give me my .09 back. Thanks.
Hi doguhnew, Apologies for the delay in processing your withdrawal, it has now been processed. This delay was the result of downtime from a third party provider - we are in the final stages of moving away from this provider so that delays of this nature are eliminated in the future. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Cheers, Dennis Cloudbet

Economy / Gambling / Cloudbet - Announcing 2-Step Authentication! | bitcoin sportsbook & casino

With Cloudbet, you now have the option of enhancing your account security using Google Authenticator. When you enable 2-Step Authentication, signing in will work a little differently. You will require a second device - your mobile phone - in order to access your account. It will not be possible for any attacker to access your account unless they also have your mobile phone. If you do not wish to enable 2-Step Authentication no action is required. Here is how the login will work with 2-Step Authentication enabled: 1. Enter your passwordWhenever you sign in to your account, you'll enter your password as usual. 2. Enter an authentication codeThen, you'll be asked for a 6-digit code that will be sent to your phone via the Google Authenticator mobile app. When you withdraw you will again be asked to provide an authentication code provided by Google Authenticator. In order to activate 2-Step Authentication you will first need to install the Google Authenticator mobile app for iOS or Android, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have the app please visit your account settings page to enable 2-Step Authentication. You will also have the option to enter a safe withdrawal address in case you ever lose access to your account. 2-Step Authentication is entirely optional and can be deactivated by you at any time. Visit http://cbet.ly/1tj6GXA for more information. Cheers, Cloudbet

Hi folks,
A few users have recently had their accounts compromised as their passwords match those used on another site. We have contacted the site owner concerned, but as a general precaution please ensure that you use strong passwords for each of your various online accounts and do not use the same password for more than one account.
Cheers, Cloudbet
