Complete shit, I've had nothing but trouble with this site. My balance on the site has shown variations from -9.8*** btc to over 300 btc, the casino floor dealers have made mistakes and not followed the commands given by me for my wager.  The casino floor has attempted to make contact with the owner of cloudbet to instruct them to credit my account several times. I suppose he refuses, as he has not complied and has not responded to me.  He joined just-dice chat in attempts to advertise yesterday, I confronted him.  He said I'm very sorry I'll fix it right away, and the proceeded to tell me my balance would be corrected on my next deposit. What a claim! It made me lol, but I complied. Sent a deposit of .01 to the account.  I informed user (Golf) in jd chat, owner of cloudbet that I made my deposit as requested.  I received no further response, and what a surprise he did not fix my balance.

Why have I received no response or support, My BTC at this point has been stolen.

I am still waiting to be paid for a winning blackjack hand from 24 hours ago. Chatted with support who stated 'Yes, this was an obvious error in payment and the site operator would be responsible for paying you (me)'. Well, after numerous emails and PM....i've got nothing.

I have played some BlackJack and I have some concerns:
-The dealer yawned over 10 times in 20 minutes
-Every once in a while I get kicked out and receive a "are you still there" message. This only happens at the moment the dealer shows her last card. So I don't even know how the hand ended.
-The video gets laggy very often, the options appear before I can see the card I got. And hitting the refresh button gets annoying.
-The chat button disappeared
