Hey Cloudbet, Could you please explain why this happens?

In any instance where a deposit exceeds our minimum threshold, the full amount of the deposit will be credited to the player's account - deposit 1.0009 BTC, and 1.0009 BTC will be credited to your account. only problem on this site was the withdrawal..
that's why i decided to transfer to nitro because of the withdrawal issues.. if your a low player then you must choose this. but if not you need to email them all the time before they process.. so its inconvenient..
I'm betting 20-40BTC daily...
@cloudbet if you set your withdrawal instantly.. i bet you'll be the number 1 site..
Hi SoniaChan, We process the vast majority of withdrawals instantly. We only need to manually approve larger withdrawals. We do this for player safety, and security of funds. All player funds are held in cold storage, so we need to manually refill the hot wallet to send larger transactions. We are optimising the hot wallet so that we can process larger and larger amounts automatically. Even so, in the worst case scenario, your large withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours. I have heard that cash outs here are taking a long time now. I want to deposit, but I don't want to have to wait a couple hours before my cash outs are approved, like I've been hearing.
Hi tjh11, The vast majority of our withdrawals are instant, the only time you'll face a delay is when making very large withdrawals, which will require manual authorisation (for your protection and ours) - this can take up to 24 hours, however typically will take much less. Cheers, Cloudbet How large? I had a guy talk to me on Skype, and he said he made a withdrawal of less than 1 BTC that took forever. Hi tjh11, A single withdrawal of 1 BTC should go through instantly every time, the only reason it would be delayed is if it's one of multiple withdrawals in a 24 hour period, in which case he may have hit our limit. Cloudbet please, answer me ... i put this here because i dont know where put this but you know i have a lot of problem in your site...
The problem i have is this..
1: When i try to bet i receive error "One or more of your bet stakes were too large." But if i put this same bet in another account this work... And why i need to create another account for bet? only need my account master for bet, but your site not let me bet like always let me..., when i loose 500 btc never have this message error and now its all day, but in another account let me, no problem...and i ask, why?
2: When i try to bet now in another account or mine i receive this error... A problem has occured processing this bet. Our groundsmen are looking into it. In all account
3: When i send email, always take long time and never answer me my problem...only say We are still looking into the issue and will have it resolved for you in the next few hours"
and never fix my problem...
4: I try to recovered my btc, and i know its hard...the amount is big, but im try anyway...But always no let me bet...always is different error... and never say this error in the past...but now i loose 500 yes all the time
