With these mining fees? Hard to tell. Even if they somehow become valuable, you won’t be able to move them probably. (Unless they are on lightning network but this is another topic) Right now the miner fees are pretty damn high. You need to pay like $5 to move your funds in a reasonable time and imo you should be moving at least $1000 to make that tx fee worthwhile. Otherwise legacy banking is cheaper and faster. (Sadly) Ordinals/nft’s should he rolled back imo. Btc was fine before that update.

I don't know a casino that's completely KYC free anymore. freebitco.in used to be one but they even get to them so, they will indeed ask for your papers when the gov wants it from them. Mixers on the other hand weren't doing any KYC for the obvious reasons. Casinos will survive this mess probably since it is not really different than selling domains online... They sell entertainment. If the casinos also go down, then no legitimate business can sell any products for bitcoins... and just like that crypto dies.

Definitely not. If you are sure of the asset you are buying, why sell? You just need to buy more when it goes down. The more it falls, the more you buy. Actually in this case it is even better if the asset’s price is dropping because you can buy more for a cheaper price.
Let’s say you are in the real estate business and you have $10 million but no homes. Each house costs a million usd and you can buy 10 houses. After you bought your second home the prices took a nosedive and now each house costs $800k. That means you can buy 10 more houses with the remaining funds if yours ($8 mil).

Bitcoin doesn't care either way. The authorities might ban bitcoin completely and btc will still find a way to survive. Not on a corporate level however p2p transactions can't be banned completely. I don't agree with your other points where you think bitcoin is the solution to your country's problems. Yes printing FIAT out of thin air is a big problem but switching to bitcoin won't solve the problems automatically. People should change first. Unless people stop being greedy and stupid, bitcoin can't help countries. Building a better education system is a great start.

You can't know what is really going on in his head. People you mentioned sometimes do something very extraordinary when other people least expect it. Here is my review: The website has a clear design. The troll-box is on the right, the wallet is on the top, the games are in the middle of the page. The current minimum deposit is 0.00082337 which equals to $30.88 according to preev.com's calculations. I see that this casino offers a deposit bonus depending on the amount you deposit. For $30+, it is 120% For $80+, it is 150% For $400+, it is 270% So if I make a calculation, I can deposit $30 and get a 120% bonus; but if I increase more deposit amount more than 10 folds to $400, my deposit bonus only increases 2.25 times from 120% to %270. That means this casino favors the players that deposit less than $80. Once you make a deposit the bonus funds will appear in the account as "locked funds" and it will only be unlocked when you play and wager. I read the ToS and the formula is: unlocked_bonus = adjusted_wager / 50 * 20% This formula is kind of confusing because it is basically: which is which is That means unlocked bonus = adjusted wager / 250 Which means Wagering $1000 will only unlock you $4 from your locked funds. That's if my calculation is right. I don't know what you think but this is kind of a little bit extreme. As a gambler, how many bets do you think you need to place to give you a true idea of how good you are? Anyone can hit 60% in the short term. But for example in betting I am hitting between 55-60% depending on the sport after around 450 - 500 bets. Assuming I want to go pro on betting, do you think that this is good enough or do I wait and see what my percentage is after 800 - 900 bets before making a decision?
Somewhere between 150 and 200 probably. If someone can make more right guesses than wrong after his 100th guess I’d say that he knows his stuff. He must have an algo which makes him guess right more often and that will make him money in the long run no matter what happens. Waiting for 400+ right guesses looks like an overkill to me. Sure it is safer but then why not wait till you make 1000 bets? |
