1301  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic future for world specially for the rich kids read this on: December 28, 2022, 07:12:40 PM
If you don't have serious amounts of investments in stocks and real estate, in other words if you aren't rich, you should learn to fix pipes, be an electrician, home builder, dentist, nurse...

Find a job that AI can't do, at least not in the foreseeable future.

It seems to me being a mathematician is soon to be a dead job. That includes software engineers too.

Nursing old people is already a good paying job and soon, maybe it will be the only job available to us...
1302  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you think that there will ever be an effort to boycott centralized exchanges? on: December 28, 2022, 07:04:36 PM
I think that this is the only way to majorly effective way to remove exploitative profiteers from the market, stop exit scams and increase transparency of trading activity. As new perpetual/margin trading options become available, like GMX and Dydx (which is unconvincingly completely decentralized, however a seemingly better option than CEXs), the possibility to boycott CEXs becomes more possible.

Do you think an effective boycott campaign against CEXs could happen? What do you think would be needed to do so, other than the manpower? Or do you think that the tentacles have wrapped themselves too far around the industry?

The sad thing is, people actually need them centralized exchanges just as they need banks and other centralized entities. It is because people are too stupid to take responsibility for their own actions. They always make mistakes and seek help from somebody smarter to fix their mistakes.

See the IQ map of every country. Only a few European countries and Japan have the average IQ above 100 points. The rest of the world is below 100.  Sad
1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: OneShot Golf on gambling casinos? on: December 27, 2022, 02:41:12 PM
I keep seeing this game on TikTok(image below). has anyone tried the game? just to be clear, the app is not a gambling app but you need money in order to use their golf robot, they do have a free trial though. they have tournaments too where you can win prizes(not sure what the rewards are). I was planning on downloading it but it was unavailable in my country and from what I have read the game is only available in US and Canada.

anyway, the main reason I posted this here despite the app not being a gambling app is because the Idea of the game is good and I thought this could be a good game that can be included in gambling casinos one day.

In the end it is just another dice game. The game will roll you a random number and no matter how skillful you are, and if your rolled number is bad, you will lose money. I don’t understand what difference does it make if you play a game with shiny graphics or a simple dice rolling game. The idea is the same for both of those games.

I guess people like to see shiny/colorful stuff more when they are losing money. Grin
1304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Problem with mass adoption of Bitcoin on: December 26, 2022, 06:14:30 AM
I think it is important to get our facts straight before making such assessments.

How do you define "bitcoin adoption"?

Let's say 50% of the population owns some satoshis but they only hold them, would you call that adoption? Or... This time it is only the 20% of the population owning bitcoin but this time they are using it actively to purchase stuff.

Which one would you call "real" adoption?

When you can answer this question, you can find your answer of your own question.

I am opening a new ID for you.  You hit red trust.  I do the bounty and now if I beat Red Trust I can't participate in any bounty.  I'm not running 5 at a time anymore.  Red Trust killed me so I have to open a new one.  Why don't you let us work in peace.  Or you Legendary will use whatever power you see in your hands.  Why are you taking away our happiness?  All previous IDs are beating Red trust.  So I am opening the ID one by one.  I promise that I will not open a second ID in my life without changing one of my IDs.  How long will you harass us like this?  We are also human beings and we have the right to live happily.  Please let us stay dry.  thank you

We can't save you. You are beyond redemption.

Keep praying to god, help your elderly and be kind to children. visit the church/mosque or whatever you call it in your religion,  be a good boi and only then maybe god can save you.

In the grand scheme of things red trust ratings don't really mean anything.

Believe in karma. Send positive vibes to the universe. There is a life outside of this forum too.

I hope you find happiness soon.

God be with you, Allah Ackbar.

Amen.
1306  Economy / Economics / Re: Avoid running into financial ruin this Christmas! on: December 25, 2022, 08:37:00 AM
Actually in an inflationary environment, borrowing money from the bank is a very good financial move. Especially if  the interest rates are below the inflation numbers.

The person in question is going to celebrate the new year like he did in the past years. So expecting him to change his spending behaviors is not realistic.

He will party with his friends, drink, eat, send and receive gifts etc. Since fiat money is constantly losing its buying power every day, it just makes sense to borrow money.

How in the world did SBF decide that gambling was the best course of action for recovering the funds? It seems to me that he has terrible friends around him.  Have you ever thought of gambling as way to recover your funds and pay your debts? Does this look like a case of compulsive gambling?

Sheeit. So this smart ass CEO was a gambling addict too.

This whole thing was already a big cluster fuck and this was the icing on the cake.

A monkey with a machine gun would have made a better job at directing the events.

It seems to me SBF wasn't smart, SMF wasn't special... All he got was his parents and their political influence over other people and he used this for his own gain. Without his parents he is just another street scum.
1308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If your friend would tell you this... on: December 25, 2022, 06:56:04 AM
If your friend would tell you hey bud I have 10k in BTC lets try to make it 65k. You play on the casino for me.
How would you play? what would be your game pattren?

Id probably do 1 game of black (20k win) then one game of roullete with 10 numbers = $65k profit.

what would you do

I would tell him to go get a job.

Gambling is not something where you can  multiply your money magically. Let's say you accepted his offer and played dice with these funds and lost. What would you say to your friend? ... that you are sorry, you made a mistake, you lost his funds? Because that scenario is among the possibilities an it is not a small possibility.

This is not only for gambling, trading is the same too. Never ever try to manage other people's money.
1309  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading With Borrowed Funds!!! on: December 24, 2022, 01:17:01 PM
It is true that some people have become rich through crypto trading in the recent times. But considering the high risk involved in trading, do you think it's proper/wise to trade with borrowed funds as your capital irrespective of your trading experience?

That's called leverage and it is never a good practice especially when you don't have any funds to cover your loan.

It is like borrowing money from your friend and gambling with them funds.

What happens when you lose them games?

That's right, you will be in a biiig trouble.

Borrow money only if you are going to buy something worthwhile like buying a house. Other than that, avoid it.

Making $500-1k daily? No way, I ain't buying this crap. Why would you even search for a partner in this forum? If your strategy is that good, tell this to a family member or your real life friends. Why are you so friendly to us, trying to share your profits? What did we do to deserve your generosity?

Do you know what I think?

I think you are trying to scam us.

Shame on you mother fucker.
1311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to blame on: December 24, 2022, 01:04:51 PM
Is the requirement of KYC from online casino the reason that gives birth to online casino getting regulated? I mean in the past there is no regulation thing pointed to online casino but now all eye are on them for a must regulation if they want to keep their platform alive and functioning.

The governments are responsible for this mess. They want to control everything and everybody. They don't want anybody to do anything without their permission. The casinos are also responsible because they still haven't ditched FIAT completely. See freebitco.in they don't deal with FIAT or stable coins and they don't do any KYC. They don't have any licenses too.

It is that simple to get rid of KYC:

Do no license

Do no FIAT

1312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this a good plan at all? on: December 23, 2022, 04:34:47 PM
Crypto gambling keeps growing faster than Fiat gambling, it's good to see that the masses now favours crypto for gambling than using Fiat but the only issue I have with crypto is the security, data breach and co so I want to know if hiding my IP on a crypto gambling website is secure? I am going with a premium sub of express VPN. If you think otherwise please tell me.

What are you afraid of? Is online gambling illegal in your country? Then crypto gambling will benefit you. You don’t have to go nuts with your security. The gov won’t really care unless you make some very obvious mistakes like sending crpyto directly from your exchange to the casino. If you use a private wallet, nobody will know about it.

If you have other, more serious concerns then crypto may or may not be the answer. That depends on what you are trying to achieve.
1313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: December 23, 2022, 06:41:22 AM
I have always liked the way artificial intelligence is used, however for many they only saw the way to use the technology to create cars, or comics, but I have seen so many ways to use artificial intelligence that it surprises me that in such a short time can learn things so quickly, not only can they predict what might happen but they have a great probability of seeing beyond what can happen, at the same time it is scary, I like to see a lot of things or how far it can go, but All the predictions that have been made and I prefer the one that predicted that the final would be Argentina vs. Portugal, and that Argentina would win it.

In the end it is just going to be another prediction. Just because the AI makes it, it doesn't mean that it is going to be right all the time. Maybe (and that's a BIG maybe) it will make a difference in the long run but I think none of us have the patience to make hundreds of games to make it work. Most of us are casual gamblers and making bets in a random order.
1314  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Have anyone heard Bitsler.com? on: December 22, 2022, 06:24:03 AM
When I read the subject title, I think you're want to discuss about: What is bitsler, bistler is scam me, anyone experience on bitsler, etc.
But when I read the post, you're actually discuss about: how much is your biggest winning?
Lol, it's better if you change your subject title rather than confuse anyone here.
Well I ever deposit for $50 when I play slots and then I only have $5 left, but when I try to bet with $5 I get huge multipliers and I got a lot profit.

He is probably a hired shill by bitsler. Just because somebody don't wear a signature doesn't mean that he can't be a shill for a casino. Maybe he is a bitsler employee... Everybody can create an account in this forum in the end.

Yes, every who reads this forum already knows about bitsler.com I believe. They are not a new casino. They have been around forever. (7 years)
1315  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Poll] What are the safest platforms? on: December 22, 2022, 06:20:20 AM
I don't know which is the safest but I am damn sure crypto.com isn't among them. crypto.com sounds like a crap business that a good domain. It looks pretty similar to ftx.com to me. Back in the day I knew ftx.com was going to go shit and I feel the same stuff for crypto.com.

I have no idea about bybit.

I traded some coins on kucoin and binance before. Binance asked for KYC out of the blue and I had to comply just to get my a few hundred bucks out. I haven't had a problem like that with kucoin but that don't mean these exchanges are the safest.
1316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are no cool games on: December 21, 2022, 04:46:01 PM
The technology today is bad only dice, roullete and the normal games like slots.
Its not competitive. Why not open games players vs players.
For example somethign similar to Tekken on a browser.
you can choose 4 characters.
Opponent can choose 4 characters.
Betting can be from 5$ to 300$. The winner of 3 rounds take all money.
The more hours you play the more skilled you get and can get confident in changing bet size.

Because of hacks mostly. These games like tekken you mentioned may have lots of bugs in the code and that would ruin the game for those who don’t know about that.

Casinos don’t want to take that risk so they come up with simple games like dice.

Less code = less headache.

Complicated games = bugs = trouble.

Since we are talking about real money here, having a bug in those complicated games would ruin the casino completely. And fixing that bug in a complicated game would be too much time consuming, expensive.
1317  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Risk of jail for developers. Should you be anonymous? on: December 21, 2022, 04:39:19 PM
It is pretty hard to stay anonymous on the internet. Especially if you are a dev that has to work on a project all the time. Fixing bugs, creating updates all the time, sooner or later you will make a mistake and lose your anonymity. Hell, even if you do everything right, you still may lose your anonymity because some clever bastard may hack you.

That’s one of the weaknesses of crypto imo. Crypto itself is bullet proof but their devs aren’t.
1318  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If war starting soon where is the safest locations on: December 21, 2022, 09:27:23 AM
Go to somewhere which isn't a NATO base and is miles away from one. Other than that there isn't somewhere you can go. Every NATO base and its neighboring cities are potential targets for Russia's nukes.

A non-NATO country which isn't in Europe would be a good idea but there isn't many of those countries. Maybe in Africa... But then there will be other problems.
1319  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance's Alleged Crypto Audit Failed, Its Auditor Refused to Vouch For It on: December 20, 2022, 04:06:07 PM
Binance says an audit shows proof of reserves of customer funds. But its auditor will not vouch for the reserves nor the methodology demanded by Binance.

What do you think ?

1) Is Binance manipulating the crypto industry

2) Is Binance involved in any sort of money laundering

3) Is BNB being inflated at the cost of investors/traders money

4) What will be the fate of users if Binance in any case will be scrutinized and found to be a culprit

https://mishtalk.com/economics/binances-alleged-crypto-audit-failed-not-even-its-auditor-would-vouch-for-it

Binance is probably doing all of those things you mentioned to an extent. When an exchange becomes that big, it is very hard to stay "clean". More or less some fuckery will happen anyway.

But are these will be enough to send binance to bankruptcy? I can't be sure. It all depends on how corrupted they became.

If they went full Gox, then yes, binance don't have much time left.
1320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's behind Donald Trump's issuing NFTs ? on: December 18, 2022, 10:51:57 AM
I find NFT’s a stupid idea but it doesn’t change the fact that anybody can create them… Donald can too. So what? What does it matter to you why he did it? The reason could be anything… Does it bother you? Well you can get bothered and you can’t do anything about it other than getting bothered by it.

Biden is free to create his own shit tokens too. Nobody can stop him if he wants to the same thing as Donald.

Do you think Donald’s fans will get scammed? That’s the whole idea about NFT’s. It is not Donald’s fault if people want to get scammed.
