Hello apsvinet,
They are perfectly legal.
Please read my previous post.
Cheers
I would refer you to -my- previous post. It's not about whether you owning them is legal, in your country, I have no concerns about that.
I found the answer to my own question myself. This should not be in the hands on private owners, where I live. Thanks for your time.

Shouldn't threads like this be deleted? It's complete shit and obvious spam anyways.
There are so many threads more pointless/waste then this one, I hope mods will take notice and take it down, but its upto mods what they decide ..!
Haha, well, generally they should try to delete more posts. Apparently signature re-constructions didn't stop all the spam.
Do you know you can contribute to help mods by clicking " Report to mods " button on bottom right of every post, that can help them figure out the obvious spam .!
So I did! Smiley
Waiting for results. ^^
2163  Economy / Services / Re: NEW! bitcoin-scratchticket.com | Earn up to 0.1 BTC / Month | Up-front payment on: March 07, 2014, 08:44:19 AM
OP, I don't think you can get a good effect if you don't give up the 50 posts/week requirement.

The Bitmixer ad is popular not just because it pays automatically, but also because it has no posts amount requirement per week at all.

A full member like me can get 0.002ish BTC per week, and has to contribute 50 posts per week. But in some other ad campaigns, he can get 0.01 BTC for that 50 posts(like this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=498314.0 ).

tk;dr: you are gonna pay some ad fee but will lose a lot of advertisers if you don't abandon the 50 posts per week requirement.

If i have to do 50 post per week PD signature are much more worth it .. its 0.015 for 50 post

Thanks for the great feedback.

One problem is that people abuse the system and ruin the opportunity for others. So we have to be careful how we design it. For instance, people will come, take the advanced payment with no intention of keeping the signature. This takes money away from the program that could otherwise be used to raise the payment to legit folks.

If we were to have no minimum post per week, and an individual makes no posts, what is the value of the signature to us? Keep in mind we have to generate a profit in order to pay out the signature program.

Our program is just a week old now, and I am evaluating click throughs, new registrations, etc. to see how things balance out cost wise. Most likely I will be making some adjustments to the program in the next week or so. Adjustments will take into account all feedback we have received, for which I am grateful.
The problem you're describing is exactly why I don't see how activity based forum advertising is supposed to work.
You get paid for having a higher activity, but you still need to post as much as everyone else. I just think pay per post
campaigns are more profitable for everyone, altho it is gonna cost you a lot more to run such a campaign if you wanna
be able to compete with the others on this forum.

First thing to realize about bitcoins: It's a real currency.
Earn it like you would earn you dollars and euros and
what not.

Site like this is just a waste of time. You will earn more by posting on the giveaways or providing signature advertising.
You could argue everything is a waste of time, but what exactly stops you from posting with signature ads while having bit visitor run in the background? Literally takes 10-15 seconds every 5 minutes, which you're not gonna post in anyways unless you're spamming to get your post count up.
2169  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn up to 2.4 BTC/Month by Posting on: March 06, 2014, 10:40:24 PM
I don't get why people are still having problems understanding the rules. It's quoted at least 10 times in the last 3 pages, + Stunna himself posted it, and updated the thread.

Because people here do most of the posting , but not the reading Smiley
"Women nest, men hunt"  J.S.
Thats the perfect answer why people are not getting.
Its already been clear about the payment and its informed to all in the post by a lot members and Stunna too, but still. I dont know why people just dont understand or dont want to understand or they just close there eyes and post only.
If someone is long time back then its fine to ask whats happening here i am back after a long time but people here are watching and posting in single hours and still asking (That is actually Not fare, In my meaning that is actually a spam post)
It's definitely a spam post if there already is a written answer somewhere in the post. It's like quoting an answer to a question and not adding anything else. Complete waste of a post space.
2170  Economy / Goods / Re: Canadian Adult Pair of Mammoth Tusks on: March 06, 2014, 10:33:14 PM
Hello apsvinet,
These are perfectly legal. These animals died off 35,000 years ago - not endangered because they are prehistoric..
My art work is in every continent and in two museums (US and Germany)
I am recognized by the US Treasury Dept. as a "Canadian sculptor/designer working primarily with prehistoric mammoth/mastodon ivory". A copy of this document will accompany these items.
I've sold specimens to private collectors and museums in Germany, France, Australia, Japan and the United States.
If you have any more question please do not hesitate to ask.
Cheers
Haha, I most certainly realize mammoths are not endangered Wink. However the question about the legal part is that in some countries (as far as I know) these kinds of items are not allowed in private hands, but has to be given to museums (not sold, given).
I can't guarantee this is a fact, but however I've always thought that ( at least in Sweden ) if you for example would find an ancient piece of jewelry, it'd be illegal to keep it.

Edit: I looked it up, in Sweden you are -not- allowed to keep certain ancient items, altho it (obviously) says nothing specific about mammoth tusks, or other items related to extinct species.
Altho I suppose you're not allowed to keep bones and such that you find in any part of the world?
2171  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: bitvisitor scam? on: March 06, 2014, 10:12:04 PM
Back to Balance: 20.88 uBTC again Undecided (for the fourth time now)! They they stole over 40 uBTC. Their aggregation is also a mess. I got 60uBTC once and that was it. SCAM for SURE! Perhaps legitimate, but scam. There is no way you can track your clicks and no way to dispute wrong aggregations etc.   This portal has a lot of problems!

SCAM for SURE!  Grin
If you have a tab open, you can see your balance. When you click the next button, and open a new tab, you'll see another balance. If you don't find that the previous payment has added, simply go back to the first tab, press the next button again, enter the captcha and you'll have been credited when the new page loads.
2172  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: bitvisitor scam? on: March 06, 2014, 02:47:47 PM
Aha, I just remembered. There is actually a problem where you click "next" and the next site doesn't show the added balance from the previous one. What you have to do then is to not close the previous tab, and click next once again. It's a known issue.

Yes I can also remember this annoying bug.

I also remember sometimes even I clicked once again on previous tab the balance was still not added.

BTW, anyone tried its referral system? Does it work or just a "scam"?

The referral system does seem to work, but payouts per offer are so low at the minute that it's hardly worth the bother.

Good, thanks for letting me know that the referral system does work.

Yes payouts are indeed low. I don't expect to earn much from this site anyway. I just enjoy seeing some more btc everytime when I login my wallet.   Wink
This is basically it. Also it's something you do every 5 minutes, so it's easy to have bit visitor open in one tab while browsing the internet like you would normally anyways, it's a nice extra bonus imo. Smiley
2173  Economy / Services / Re: NEW! bitcoin-scratchticket.com | Earn up to 0.1 BTC / Month | Up-front payment on: March 06, 2014, 02:45:50 PM
50 posts weekly can be kinda hard to do,and also it pays by activity and not by posts,so why is this a requirement?
Because if you don't post his signature doesn't show up on the forum, thus making the advertising campaign useless?
50 posts per week might be a bit much to ask for though, as most other campaigns require 50 per month, OP should perhaps consider lowering it.
But imho 50 is not hard to reach, less than 10 posts per day, no need to spam. Smiley
2174  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Looking for bitcoin friends on facebook :) on: March 06, 2014, 02:43:49 PM
This 'facebook user' has uploaded nearly 300 photos of all on the same day and all of themself! Either selfies or someone else taking the photo. The vast majority have only the girl in the picture. No timeline before 2 days ago when they started this post.

If this isnt a fake account then the girl in question would be rather narcissistic IMO - I mean who takes that many pictures of themselves all in one go doing different poses??
Haha, did you google search the images?
You'll probably find them all on some other website, where he has stolen them from! Smiley

Possible.. and there is nothing wrong with having a Female Facebook almost 60% of marketers who uses Facebook know that power of having a Female ID..!
BTW i sent a request to you OP and guess what we already have 4muatual friends.
I never implied there was something wrong with the 'female' account. It's known that they sell better than male accounts, therefore I found it even more obvious this was an attempt to get friends to a fake account. Nobody would create a forum acc and call it "Victoria B." and just happen to sell a female fb acc.
when i said Possible I meant it..! so why stretch the point..? I said its possible that they acc/ is fake and probability of its being fake is higher... so try to justify your point when i never contradict it. ?
I understood your response as implying that I said a female account wasn't viable to sell. That's my bad then, sorry.

Hah, I might be a bit cynical but still, nobody asks for 'bitcoin Facebook friends' without having some thought behind it.
Also, Facebook does not allow you to have 'friends' that you do not know IRL, so you're already breaking their policy.

You are into Bitcoin world and u still read policies ? OMG !!!
Haha, I haven't read their user agreement, altho it's common knowledge ( and also used to say when you got friend requests ) that you were not allowed to add people you did not know in real life, otherwise your account would get suspended. People used to send friend requests to -everyone- they saw on Facebook to invite them to games etc.

I can't check the program out. it doesn't work Sad

I dont think you have enough activity.
I don't know what he had when you posted but 25 is displayed to me, so yes he has enough activity to participate -now-.
Try again and see if it works, otherwise you should PM the OP for help, or perhaps just wait till he responds here.
Best of luck!
