I just add 1.3GHash to P2Pool!

If this works nicely, I'll add more 10 next week...  Cheesy

Plus a quick guide for the community members!  ^^

Cheers!

./bitcoind sendmany "" "$(wget -O- http://forre.st:9332/patron_sendmany?total=1.5)"

Needs cgminer support

I only have CGMiner @ EclipseMC... I always use CGMiner with EclipseMC.

BTCGuild does not work with CGMiner... It is terrible...
1645  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: EclipseMC - Best pool ever but... on: February 04, 2012, 04:13:01 AM
/still/ only converts BTC to USD and no other currency.
Really not adequate for everyone non-american.

Truth be told, I know most americans don't grasp the fact that there are other continents, other languages.. and other currencies.
No surprise- hell, I used to live there, I know exactly 'how it works'.

Mmm... I'm in Brazil... And I can cashout to PayPal-BR...  Smiley

Guys,

 I have some questions:

1 Where can I find the blocks mined by Litecoin P2Pool?

2 Why the function "connect=IP" at ~/.litecoin/litecoin.conf does now download the blockchain from my Litecoin "master node" (both at the same subnet/mask)? I can see 1 connection @ getconnectioncount but, the getblockcount stops increasing (or never leaves 0 if I start a fresh Litecoin with connect=X from the beginning).

3 How can I donate some Litecoins to the P2Pool miners? Just like this:

Additional subsidy for P2Pool users: 1-3btc/day
 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=57027.0

So, I would like to do something like: "Additional subsidy for Litecoin P2Pool users: 100~500 LTC/day"

 But how?!

Cheers!
Thiago

Done.  ^^

Quick guide comming!   Wink

As an outside observer, I have noticed that Litecoin is the only altchain thus far to have a user base that actually attempts to use it.  Smiley

I have the same feelings about Bitcoin and Litecoin... And about Namecoin also...

Lots of my friends, only mine for Litecoins, because they don't have GPUs... But a lots of idle CPUs... This is a great reason why I like Litecoin... More people can make money with its idle computers right now... I'm sure this is a good thing...

I'm earning 30 Bitcoins a month, mining for Litecoins.

Cheers,
Thiago

Wink

Estava no Pool-X.eu mas, agora eu fui para o P2Pool... Em breve um guia rápido para todos!

You won't earn more, if the pool has more power!

Greetz
NetworkerZ

I know!! But, we will find blocks more frequently...  That's my problem... Sometimes, it takes 19 Hours to find a single block!! This is too bad... More power will mitigate this kind of situation... Don't you think?!
1654  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [175GH/s] p2pool: Decentralized, DoS-resistant, Hop-Proof pool on: February 03, 2012, 06:59:23 PM
I don't know from where i got this, so i ask here.

Is p2pool is the pool that supports merged mining of bitcoins, namecoins & litecoins?

Kind of... But...

1- One P2Pool instance for Bitcoin and Namecoin (probably on port 9333) but, Bitcoin @ P2Pool and Namecoin local solo;
2- Another P2Pool instance for Litecoin.

What needs to be done is: implement real P2Pool for Namecoin...

Best!

1655  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [175GH/s] p2pool: Decentralized, DoS-resistant, Hop-Proof pool on: February 03, 2012, 06:18:56 PM
I'll try P2Pool for Bitcoin and Litecoin at the same machine but:

> Last, forward port 9333 through your firewall to the host running p2pool! (Oh, and join #p2pool on freenode!)

Litecoin already listen @ 9333... So as P2Pool...

What is the best workaround?!

Move litecoin to 10333 or P2Pool to 10333, for example?!

I'll be happy when the Avg Luck: reaches +55.81%!!! Right?!!?

The pool needs more hashpower?! Like 800~900GHash?!

Best!

Prezados

abs

Por isso eu assinei a seguinte petição:

http://www.energiaaprecojusto.com.br/

Pagando a mini-usina, energia free! Sem impostos.

Come on guys!! Join us @ EclipseMC!

We have SMS alerts, paypal cashout and a lot of other awesome features...

But, we have no luck... LOL

Damn...  Tongue
