Boa tarde cavalheiros.
Sou um grande novato no mundo de bitcoins embora saiba de sua existencia há aproximadamente um ano. Estou muito interessado em começar a investir em bitcoins como meio de guardar economias devido ao baixo preco e as altas recentes.
Porém, embora tenha lido bastante no fórum e em outros lugares sobre métodos de aquisição de bitcoins estou com um grande dilema sobre qual escolher, então vim pedir a opinião de vocês grandes especialistas.
Gostaria de investir R$ 5.000,00 , e voltando ao assunto qual método vocês recomendam para comprar bitcoins? Toda opinião é bem vinda.

Thiago, what did you do to get CGminer 2.0.8 or 2.1.0 to work in Ubuntu 11.04. I tried to search the cgminer thread but I don't seem to find what is the catch. CGMiner 2.06 works fine for me as well. Thanks, You must run as root: cd /lib/

I try a lots of times to run CGminer 2.0.8 at Ubuntu 11.10 64 bits and with Catalyst 11.11 but, CGminer consumes all my CPUs.
I was unable to install Catalyst 11.6 at Ubuntu 11.10. The fglrx kernel modules does not compile.

Hi! Guys, how much will cost to add support for Scrypt (Litecoin mining) to cgminer (maybe cgminer-cpuonly)? Of course, based on: https://github.com/pooler/cpuminer 10 BTC? So, with only one cgminer instance, we can find Bitcoin/Namecoin and Litecoin blocks! But keeping the option to mine for Bitcoins using cgminer-cpuonly too, if user wish that... We should be able to choose a different algorithm for a pool (which will be a Litecoin pool)... Best! Thiago |

Hi!
I would love to support this... I can give 5 BTCs now.
And I have a suggestion:
1- Identify a GPU by its "device ID" (possible?);
2- Configuration of each GPU based on its ID;
3- A different "pool / login / worker" per device (fixed by its ID).
This way, no matter if a GPU is GPU0 or GPU1, the ID will be the same, so its own configurations...
This can be usefull if we change a GPU slot or add/remove GPUs from a machine.
It can works more or less like Linux file system UUID, with it, no matter if the device is sda or sdb, the FS UUID will be always the same and the file system will be mounted without any problem if you change the disk connection.

Mesmo com um pool relativamente grande, como o EclipseMC agora está (320.1 GH), existem momentos em que se demora MUITO tempo para garimpar um bloco de 50 Bitcoins...
Neste momento, a rodada está com duração de mais de 21 horas!! Mesmo com 320GHash!!!
Isso sim é que é loteria!! lol

Sim pode estar no dicionário mas estar nele é uma coisa usar na lingua é outra...
Em nenhum momento eu usaria a frase "As Tuas Carteiras" ia simplesmente usar "Carteiras" e tem tambem "etiqueta" a meu ver devia ser Outra coisa pq eu naum entendi de primeira a função do campo
"Endereços de Receber" tambem não é utilizado dessa forma aqui teria que repensar...
Sou de Portugal e acho que "As tuas carteiras" é uma má tradução porque o utilizador deve ser tratado de modo formal neste caso. De qualquer maneira isto devia ser decidido pelo Multibit e fornecido aos tradutores. Há várias línguas que têm duas formas para se referirem a pessoas, uma mais informal (tu) e outra mais formal (você). Também não gosto de "Endereços de Receber". Parece uma tradução do Google Translate. Mas compreendo que não seja fácil traduzir "Receiving Addresses"... Em software, "Etiqueta" é a tradução mais comum de "Label". Não me parece mal. Sugestões: "Endereços de recebimento" / Ou simplesmente "Contas", tipo "conta" do banco... A pessoa te pergunta: Qual é a sua "conta"? Fica implícito "Conta Bitcoin / Endereço Bitcoin"...
