Can someone plz  help us to report this fund stolen to authorities
I'm afraid the authorities cannot do anything to help you, the funds you have lost definitely means a lot to you from everything you've said, but it is not enough for authorities in your country to start an investigation on it. Take this as a lesson not to connect your wallet to any airdrop website, if you must do that, at least use a wallet that has no funds in it.
Haker twitter profile its verified thats why he trust him
Verified profiles don't mean anything, neither is it a reason for you trust the person. It is pretty easy to get verified these days and even if it was wasn't easy, don't just trust people when your funds/data are involved.
802  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin merch recommendations on: September 27, 2023, 01:06:14 PM
I know it’s not highly recommended to advertise yourself as a HODLer but I’m interested in getting a cool BTC flat rim. Does anyone have any recommendations on merch stores that are highly reputable/support the ecosystem as well? Thanks!
Spending Bitcoin doesn't mean you advertise yourself as a hodler, although it can definitely expose the amount of coins you have if you spend from an address that hodls a large amount of your coins. Thus do not reuse addresses, and if you want to use Bitcoin to make online payments, use a newly generated address and send coinjoined/mixed coins to it inorder for you to make the purchase, and afterwards don't use the address anymore.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: September 26, 2023, 08:34:26 PM
I am trying to rank up the efforts of the Gunners (Arsenal) of their possibility to take the champions league with the way they are playing so far and I think that is doable. But one thing that the team most do is to remain consistent and increase their chances through their squad depth.

Another team is the Barcelona, the El-classico contender, in the spirit they started too.
Arsenal cannot win the CL on their return to the tournament after so many years away, i know that anything is possible in football, but this isn't going to happen. Arsenal would see it as an achievement to make it to the RO16, and if they can get to the QF, then they had a good season in the CL, i predict that Arsenal wouldn't get past the QF, that's if they make it there. Having said that, Barcelona as well cannot win the CL this season, the strong contenders for the CL title is City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
804  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Accumulating Bitcoin with ease on: September 26, 2023, 04:24:45 PM
With the measures you have listed op, I think it could help you to accumulate more Bitcoin as people are always looking for discount in payment for services rendered. It just might work out fine for you mate.
It would definitely not be sustainable for many businesses, remember that people are not just sending you Bitcoins, they are purchasing goods from you, goods you bought with money, now they are getting those goods on a discount, meaning you are losing money, and if you want to convert some of those Bitcoins back to fiat, you also lose money again in fees. All of these when you can basically just accept only fiat for your goods and use that fiat to buy Bitcoins eventually.
805  Other / Meta / Re: Would it be possible if there was some kind of like button? on: September 26, 2023, 01:09:51 PM
Is it possible that there is a tag (some kind of like button or some kind of merit but not limited) to tell the discussion partner that I have read the reply and am not interested in continuing the discussion. Is that possible?
Theymos isn't going to implement it for a reason as trivial as this, and even if he does, users can still go ahead and ignore that option and never use it, that way you still don't know if the user decided to ignore your message or if they've actually read it or not. If it is something really, really, really serious, you might send the user (you're expecting a reply from) a PM, but if it is not, forget about the discussion.
806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 26, 2023, 01:01:15 PM
Manchester United and Jadon Sancho are yet trying to resolve their issues. Sancho has two options either apologize or consider leaving the club.
I have a problem with Erik Ten Hag publicly throwing his players under the bus and acting all tough, it would have been different if he was all that successful and winning games left, right and center for Manchester United, but he's not doing that, the team is struggling so much and he really needs to calm down on some of the attitude he got going on.

Jadon Sancho hasn't done anything wrong, the same way Ronaldo didn't, but he was humilated and forced out of the club by Ten Hag, I don't think Sancho is going to say sorry to him, neither do i think he should; he better move on in January.
807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: September 26, 2023, 09:36:40 AM
So that's my opinion and maybe we will still see Manchester City and Real Madrid having a rematch in the Champions League this season.
It could happen, the both teams have played against each other in the last two seasons in the CL, Real Madrid eliminated City on the road to winning the CL title in the 2021/2022 season, whilst City as well defeated Real Madrid on the road to winning the CL title in the 2022/2023 season, thus if they meet this season, it will be the third time in a row, and who knows, this time it could be in the final.

Having said that, City are strong favorites to defend their CL trophy, there are other strong contenders like Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, but i think the time has come for City to dominate in Europe, and i am backing them to win the CL back to back.
808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 25, 2023, 07:59:14 PM
I have started to see rumours regarding Manchester United and Oblak. It seems like they are interested in bringing him to the team. However I believe this is going to be very difficult for them. He has already a contract until 2028 with the team. He must have signed this contract newly which shows his loyalty to his team.
I don't believe this rumor, and the only reason why we're even discussing this is because Andre Onana has had a shaky/bad start to the season, if he started as well as people prolly expected, i don't think there would be any rumors regarding Manchester United being interested in Jan Oblak. Having said that, Jan Oblak seems to be very happy in Athletico Madrid, so he prolly wouldn't be interested in leaving, right now Manchester United have to give Onana all the support he needs so he can get back to his best, he kept a clean sheet against Burnley, so let us hope he picks up from there.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do the swapped tokens/coins go? on: September 25, 2023, 05:10:12 PM
I've been confused for a while on what happens to a particular cryptocurrency when swapped to another. I mean when a swap may be BNB to get usdt, what happens to the BNB?
When you swap/convert from one coin to another in an exchange, the exchange basically takes your coin and adds it to their reserve or pool and they also send you the coin you've swapped to from their reserves as well.
But another user can always swap another coin to BTC at anytime and receive the BTC, so where is the BTC coming from since it already in circulation (held by other holders)?
It is simply supply and demand. Exchanges for example hodl quite a lot of Bitcoins that are in circulation, so you can always buy Bitcoins from them, or convert from Bitcoin to other coins. There's also p2p trading, were individuals are ready to sell their Bitcoins to you for fiat, or they could as well want to swap their Bitcoins for the coins that you are offering.
810  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Accumulating Bitcoin with ease on: September 25, 2023, 03:37:26 PM
Bitcoin is a dream to hold for every crypto hodler.
I am not particularly sure about it being a dream per se, i just think that there are too many people who erroneously think Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, and that's why they want to hold it, not because they value or understand what Bitcoin was created for.
Comparing with Fiat payment, little discount may be giving to any product or service render that will be paid with BTC. Just 1% discount can make some customers change their mind from Fiat payment to BTC.
Giving discounts isn't a bad idea imo, but only if it is sustainable for the growth of the business. The discount could last for prolly a few months after you start accepting Bitcoin, after which it should be discontinued.
That's weird! You can easily transfer $1 Million worth of Bitcoins for less than a couple of dollars, but you can't achieve something similar while using the traditional methods to transfer such amounts!
This is indeed correct, but i think OP is talking about micro/little payments that's usually done when making purchases in a small store or paying for a cheap service, if transaction fee rate is high it could be a problem to use Bitcoin for such payments.
811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 24, 2023, 11:46:34 PM
I had lowered my expectations of Tottenham after Harry Kane's transfer to Bayern Munich, but they proved me wrong. It's as if the pressure has gone down after Harry Kane's transfer to Bayern Munich. They are playing very disciplined football this season. Postecoglu has undoubtedly played a big part in that. They could have beaten Arsenal in this game and they came very close.
I second that, Ange Postecoglou has really had a huge impact in how good Spurs have been this season, his style of play is very offensive and that has increased the confidence of his players, who go out in every game with the intention of winning. I think most of their recent coaches, especially with Conte, took the club some steps back with how they wanted to play, they were more focused on defending and only attacking via counter attacks, this reduced the confidence their players had in themselves, it is good for Spurs' fans right now, Ange is bringing back the well needed confidence and Spurs could achieve good things this season if they stay consistent.
812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 24, 2023, 09:37:29 PM
It is reported that De Gea wants to continue playing in Europe, because he has just had his wedding and wants to stay in Spain. I think it makes sense that the former Man United goalkeeper refused to join an SPL club, reportedly Al Hilal is interested in recruiting him. But I doubt the reports linking him back to Old Trafford, I don't think it will happen.
De Gea is definitely not returning to Manchester United, not with how they treated him in his last few weeks at the club, and BTW Manchester United already replaced him with Onana and i don't think there is anyway back. Having said that, as for De Gea wanting to remain in Europe, i guess he wants to continue playing competitive football, but right now it doesn't seem like there is any top club in Europe that's interested in him, though things might change in January, when the transfer window opens again.

It was an impressive win for Liverpool as they triumphed and got valuable 3 points; but it was not against a strong rival, westham is not rival to Liverpool; instead west ham is just a strong middle table team. With goals from Mohammed Salah, Nunez and Jota securing the 3 poiints.
It was a really good win for Liverpool and i disagree that West Ham isn't a strong opponent, David Moyes' team have had a great start to the season and they are a threat to any team, especially on the counter attack, i'm pretty sure some people expected them to come out of this game with something, but unfortunately they couldn't. I thought it might be another 'City and Arsenal' season, but with how Liverpool have been performing, i think i'd add them to it, it might be a three horse race between City, Arsenal and Liverpool, but it is still a long way to go, so we'd have to wait and see.
814  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BTC Pool Stats on: September 23, 2023, 09:07:22 PM
Wouldn't it be better if total of the biggest pools are less than %50? Would you prefer 4 pools for %50 rather than 2 pools for %50?
Mining is open for everyone, so it isn't about what we think is better, some pools will definitely generate more hashrate than others and if one doesn't think that's right, the only thing you can do is to join/support smaller pools if you indeed have the resources to do so. These pools with higher hashrates aren't going to attack the network or anything, and that's because they stand more to gain if they use their computational power to look for blocks than to attempt an attack. Having said that, miners are definitely going to pull out of any pool that turns malicious and they are going to lose most of their hashrate, so there's prolly nothing to worry about.
815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: September 22, 2023, 05:00:43 PM
Real Madrid without a top striker like Benzema or someone simillar cannot win anything big honesty. Last few games Real Madrid is barely winning the matches in the last minutes and it is just a matter of time when their luck runs out. They need a superstar really soon and a good bench.
Carlo Ancelotti has repeatedly said that he is happy with the players he has in his squad, i'm pretty sure the club has analysed the situation and they believe they can achieve quite a lot with the players they have already. Mind you that Vinicius Junior is also out injured, when he is back he would get more goals for the team, Joselu is also a pretty decent striker, thus i think Real Madrid have all it takes to be successful this season, and then next summer they'll prolly get Mbappe for free.
816  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful with your transactions. on: September 22, 2023, 04:03:00 PM
Recently we heard how paxos over paid $500,000 transaction fee to move $2000BTC due to bug.
Well, it wasn't a bug in the network, but in whatever bot or automated system that Paxos used to make that transaction. If you use a good software to create your transactions, there is usually a warning if you are about to pay an excessive amount in fees.
Which F2pool has accepted that it was there pool, but I don't think that F2pool will refund back all the funds,
F2pool refunded the money back to Paxos a long time ago, and the case is closed already.
817  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Be smart while using a p2p exchanges on: September 22, 2023, 12:44:42 PM
Binance na centralized exchange, no be p2p exchange; but nevertheless in any trade wey person dey make him suppose double-check before releasing funds or closing the trade. Scammers dey everywhere and some of them go even dey pressure you say make you release the coins, na trap, no fall for am; you must confirm say you don receive the funds before you release coins.

Having said that, you go make sure say you enter your bank app to confirm the payment, do not rely on the sms credit alert wey you recieve, always check your bank app as well to be sure.
818  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why are some trust feed backs not having reference on: September 22, 2023, 11:36:23 AM
What is the level of authenticity do you give to trust feedbacks that doesn't contain a reference link to serve as evidence, be it positive or negative/neutral trust.
Every case will be different, for example if you say someone is a scammer without any proof/reference and no other user has had any complaints about the said user, such feedback should be ignored. In other words, what i mean is that feedbacks related to trade risks or the possibility of someone losing money should they deal with a certain user, ought to carry a reference.

But if you are leaving a neutral/positive feedback because you think someone has been a net positive to the forum and has contributed so much to the forum (without you trading with them), that might not require a reference (if you don't have any), and any user that has been in the forum for awhile would be able to verify that feedback.
819  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My decision on bitcoin on: September 21, 2023, 10:26:44 PM
Thanks guys, for your wonderful advice, I have decided to practice DCA every month, and by the way I have purchased my first set of satoshi from an exchange.
Congratulations on your first BTC purchase, one more thing, don't keep your funds on an exchange, so i hope you've transferred the coins from the exchange you bought it into your non custodial wallet. If you have not, then there are good open source wallets for you to choose from, wallets like Bluewallet, Sparrow, electrum or if you want total privacy you can use Bitcoin core, then as your funds grow bigger you can consider getting a hardware wallet or setting up an air-gapped wallet.
820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 21, 2023, 10:00:20 PM
But no matter what they are still the biggest favourite to win the Premier League title. I just hope they don't pull away from others early. This would make the league a little boring. Last season was really nice in terms of this thanks to Arsenal's effort.
Yeah, City are the favorites for the EPL yet again (i wonder for how long we're going to continue saying this), and i can't see the team that's going to stop them, the other teams in the EPL wouldn't want City to win their fourth title in a row, but they'll have to stop them on the pitch, which looks somewhat impossible to do at the moment. Arsenal made it competitive last season, and i think they'll do so again this season, Liverpool are looking good too; i doubt if City win run away with the title, but i have no doubts about them being the strongest favorites to win it.
