Manchester City I have to be honest, their 4th goal was just lucky and most likely the draw is the most fair result for that game,it also showed that Manchester City is not invincible and that both Liverpool and Arsenal have real chances to win the title this year.
To be fair a draw was prolly the best result, neither team deserved to lose. I actually do not like to call goals lucky, Rodri hit the ball at goal and it took a big deflection off Thiago Silva, if they didn't put Chelsea under pressure there, they would not have gotten that goal. City haven't been invincible this season, because they have already lost two games (against Wolves and Arsenal) before today's match, what City have under their belt is experience in winning this league, of course Arsenal and Liverpool are both contenders for the title, but City are the favorites, they know how to get the job done and i would bet on them to do it again.

Wolves regularly take points from top teams, which means that this is not an easy team and they are ready to fight to the end. Tottenham believed in their victory too early and this became the reason for their defeat. They are still in the championship race, nothing has changed, but it is important that this does not become a turning point for them and that a decline does not follow.
Molineux is a very tough ground to play in and it is so difficult to beat Wolves when they play there, their crowd are always behind them, making so much noise, and this gives Wolves more reasons to perform well. Wolves have beaten City, Spurs and Manchester United this season, which is an outstanding feat, and that's why they are 11th on the table with 15 points.

As for Spurs, it is two straight defeats after staying unbeaten for 10 games in the EPL, i think the bubble has finally burst for Spurs, they have so many important players either injured or suspended, and i think they are going on a downward spiral from now.
563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you avoid scammers? on: November 12, 2023, 05:46:28 AM
Just as what I have used on my title I want to know the possible ways to avoid scammer and phishing sites because I have came to understand that for one to excel in this forum and in bitcoin investment / holding at large, one needs to be very mindful with the ways we click on sites, where we store our funds and the techniques scammers often use to scam beginners like us.
Mind you that scammers do not only target your cryptocurrencies, they basically want to steal from you, whether it is your crypto, fiat and other precious stuffs; so you generally have to protect yourself from scammers. Anyway crypto is a tool that most scammers enjoy to use because if they are shrewd, it'd be hard to trace them.

That being said, in order to protect your Bitcoin from scammers, you should keep it offline, if your Bitcoin is kept in an online computer, you are definitely going to use that device to browse and click on random links and you can't be certain if those links are safe or not. Thus you have to buy a hardware wallet for your Bitcoin and also watch out for different forms of social engineering that scammers use, like Bitcoin doubling giveaway, fake earning flatforms, etc.
564  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to cash out the money from electrum on: November 11, 2023, 10:38:22 PM
Even if you use a mixing service on TOR, the Electrum server you will connect in order to be able to send your BTCs to the mixer, will see your IP address, so you need to trust it unfortunately.
You don't have to trust third party/intermediary nodes when you use electrum, thus you can connect your electrum wallet to your own full node and not that of a third party, so you can manage your transactions and assets.
1. Always backup your private key.
2. Enable other security such as 2FA.
HD wallets now make backing up more user-friendly because of seed phrases; don't back up private keys but just your seed phrase that you can use to generate all the keys. Lastly, i prefer a multi-signature wallet to a 2FA wallet.
565  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Swedish Bitcoiners targeted by armed criminals on: November 11, 2023, 09:08:40 PM
Equally dangerous in a way that even if you meet in a public place that seems safe and  you carry out your transactions. The thugs pretending to be your trading partners will trail you and rob your Bitcoin or fiat at gun point when you are defenseless and in a secluded place.
This is less possible when you trade with regular trading partners (individuals you've traded with over time). The platform that sets up the trade also matters, if you go for a peer to peer trade because someone made an offer in Telegram or on any other social media platform, you're prolly definitely going to be robbed. But if the trade is set up by a decentralized exchange and you are very careful with what you do, it is less likely to happen.
I say this because i know some people who have fallen victim to this kind of robbery.
What platform did they meet their trading partners, did they use a decentralized exchange. It is what it is, and mind you that you can be followed and robbed anywhere, even right after coming out of the bank. So in a face to face trade, you can only do your due diligence by trading in public, come with friends and do not go home immediately; try to move to different spots in the public place to see if you are being followed.

It's like Mbappe is trapped at PSG, he doesn't get the opportunity to play for another club, because PSG always prevents him from playing in other leagues by setting a price that is too high to be accepted by other clubs who want to sign him.
The situation is currently in Mbappe's hands, his contract expires at the end of this season and he is yet to sign a new contract, neither does he intend to extend his contract, thus it isn't in PSG's hands this time around, it is Mbappe's turn to decide if he wants to leave the club or not, and i think he is going to leave. From all indications, Mbappe is going to leave PSG to Real Madrid for free, he has to take this next big step in his career and give himself the opportunity to win the CL, which is a major trophy he has to win in order to get the opportunity of winning the Ballon D'or.

Later learnt that Tottenham played with just 9 players as two of their players unfortunately got suspended from the match due to them being awarded a red card, I must say that it was a very unfortunate match for spurs, and Chelsea I believe can not boost of deserving the win they got from that match, it is just luck that decided to smile on them that day, and Chelsea fans who are truly sensible should know this already and not boost.
To be fair, it is Spurs' problem if their players are indisciplined to receive two red cards in one game and it is no business of Chelsea. The thing is, i personally think Spurs would have beaten them if Romero and Udogie were not sent off (but we'd never know what would have happened), but i would not call it luck on the part of Chelsea, they got the job done as expected.

Having said that, what i didn't see from Chelsea is any sort of resurgence, even when they had the two man advantage, they were not moving the ball so well, and they didn't control the game as i expected them to do with the advantage they had, yes they won 4-1, but the scoreline somewhat doesn't tell the true picture and i don't think they stand a chance against City on Sunday.
568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: November 10, 2023, 12:58:13 PM
I'm not surprised to watch the Blues defeats Tottenham Hotspur and breaking their unbeaten run in EPL this season. Chelsea are in possession with alot if potentials, one of which is picking incredible form against elite teams this season. Mauricio Pochettino is incharge and have been the core figure responsible to lifts the team's performance and standards in league positions.
Mind you that Chelsea are in tenth position and they have only 15 points from 11 games which is a poor return for a club like Chelsea, they have also won only 4 games in ths EPL this season. Spurs would never have lost that game, but they went two men down and had to play for over 40 minutes with just 9 players, they also had a couple of injuries to important players. I don't think Chelsea are resurgent, neither are they improving, and if their fans think they are flying right now, they'd be brought back to earth when they face City this Sunday.

Arsenal looking at one signing currently this window as it stands, likely a Striker or Winger 🤝They also want to be smart with the deal they strike, for example something similar to the Raya deal 💵.
I would not say that the David Raya deal is a smart signing, i don't know what Arteta was thinking there, David Raya is not such a good goalkeeper, neither is he better than Ramsdale, they are both on the same level (average); i know he was trying to bring competition in that position, but it has not worked out that way, Raya has been shaky since he joined Arsenal and he has been culpable for quite a few goals. I'm pretty sure Arteta knows he's made a mistake, but he is not yet humble enough to accept that he made a mistake and restore Ramsdale to him number 1 position, he is sticking to his guns, but that might be Arsenal's undoing this season.

According to investopedia, Ledger Nano is one of the best Bitcoin wallets and it is their pick as the best among the Bitcoin wallets available.
DYOR and do not blindly depend on news articles without verifying if the information they posted is right, wrong or obsolete. To be fair there are quite a lot of users who have a ledger hardware wallet, some of them bought it a long time before Ledger's flaws were exposed, flaws such as their inability to safeguard their customers' data and also lying that it was impossible for their customers seed phrases to be extracted from the secure element. A company that does things like these cannot produce one of the best Bitcoin hardware wallets, so you should DYOR and not believe what 'investopedia' says.
571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 10, 2023, 08:00:03 AM
Why haven't M.United fired Erik ten Hag yet? Is there no other manager? I don't understand the purpose of the M.United management.

I definitely don't think they can win against Bayern and Galatasaray.
I also don't think Manchester United would be able to beat Bayern and Galatasaray, thus they already have one foot out of the CL, and elimination from the CL would be a disaster for the club. Last season they thought they were making progress and now this season they are taking 10 steps backward; it is a bad feeling for the club and anyone associated with them.

Having said that, i'm pretty sure Erik Ten Hag would be sacked sooner or later, the club are prolly tired of hiring and firing managers, but if things continue to become worse, they'll have no choice but to fire him and hire a new manager, whom i don't think will also succeed.
572  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: November 09, 2023, 10:27:22 PM
I would go for Ten Hag getting sacked but for who, the available coaches are almost similar to him and sacking him might come with huge compensation because he just recently signed a new long term contract. What United needs is to forget about wining major trophy now
How can a club as big as Manchester United forget about winning a major trophy, those as the hierarchy invest huge sums of money into the football club to see them successful, and not to watch them win nothing. I know that the board has been trying to bring the club back to its glory days, but all to no avail, but they cannot stop until they get it right.

Having said that, sooner or later i think Erik Ten Hag is going to be sacked, it may seem like the hierarchy is solidly behind him right now, but if this poor form doesn't stop and they are continue losing games left, right and center, they will have to fire Ten Hag, it is definitely not what the club wants to do, but it might be inevitable.

It is true that on paper Man City is superior to Chelsea, but if Man City makes mistakes like Tottenham did, it is not impossible that Chelsea will win this match.
Manchester City is a very disciplined team, it is very unlikely that they would get two men sent off in one game like Spurs did, even when Spurs went down to 9 men, Chelsea were not as convincing as i expected them to be, i know they won 4-1, but i watched that game for 90 minutes and i can tell you that the scoreline doesn't tell the full/true picture.

Having said that, i am not giving Chelsea any chance against City, City are getting into their best shape and they will make light work of Chelsea. The rest of the teams in the EPL should be scared now that City are back on top of the table, they know how to stay there and go on long winning runs, leaving the other teams behind, if they successfully do that this season, it would be four successive EPL titles.
575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 08, 2023, 09:13:45 PM
Manchester united is very brilliant today...
Well, that didn't age well, lol. Manchester United have thrown away a first half 2-0 lead and they go in level on the break with two goals apiece. It just goes to show how erratic and unreliable Manchester United are, how can they lead Copenhagen by two goals in the first half and end up finishing the half 2-2.

Having said that, it is a must win for Manchester United, because after today, their remaining fixtures against Galatasaray and Bayern Munich are very tough games, so they must pick up another three points against Copenhagen tonight if they are to make it to the RO16.

Trust wallet is fine...
No, trust wallet isn't fine, quite a lot of people thought the same of Atomic wallet, but look what happened and how so many of their users lost their assets without Atomic wallet announcing any specific reason why it happened. Trust wallet may be good for hodling altcoins but it should not be used for hodling Bitcoins, because there are so many alternatives that are better by a country mile, so why risk your Bitcoin by using a close source wallet that is owned by a shady exchange (Binance).
577  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which wallet is safe for long term Bitcoin storage? on: November 07, 2023, 11:50:10 PM
when you make account on Trust wallet you have to keep a recovery key safe in order to access that account again.
There is no "account" in the Bitcoin network, use wallet instead. Trust wallet is a non-custodial wallet, but it is closed source and with being closed source you have to "trust" everything that the developers tell you about the wallet, keys and seed phrase. Atomic wallet is a good example of a closed source non-custodial wallet, they were hacked a few months ago, and quite a lot of their users lost their money, but even as i type this there is still no info from Atomic wallet about what happened. Thus don't use closed source wallets, even if they are non-custodial and give you a recovery phrase.

I am very motivated by him...
What are you motivated about exactly, isn't it obvious enough that this story is bullshit/fake. Quite a lot of people are so gullible and that is why there are so many people like this guy, people who build social media accounts, parading themselves as either traders with a lavish livestyle and influencers too, but with the end goal of either getting paid to advertise scam projects or come up with fake stories like the one in the op to see if the can get donations from people. I wouldn't be motivated about such people.
579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 07, 2023, 04:22:38 PM
Barcelona, have already taken the lead in the qualifier round, as have PSG, Atlético Madrid, Feyenoord, Real Sociedad, Inter Malian, Real Madrid, Napoli, Arsenal, Lens, and Manchester City. They have also taken a place and booked a seat in the qualifier round. So I think all the clubs will take their matches easy tonight.
Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona have won three out of three in the CL group stage, but they haven't qualified yet, they still need at least one more win to go through, and they prolly have to pick up at least another three points after that in order to finish in first position, which is very important to do.

The other teams you mentioned above still have a lot of work to do, PSG is on six points, whilst Dortmund and Newcastle are second and third respectively in that group, and they are both on four points, it is far from over in that group. Feyenoord are first in their group on seven points, and they have Athletico Madrid and Lazio below them in second and third respectively and on five and four points in that order. The CL group stage is tough and there is definitely going to be a few upsets before its conclusion, no club would be taking their matches easy as you think.
580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: November 06, 2023, 10:36:22 PM
Unlucky for Spurs, but Chelsea took full advantage of it with the victory, though the scoreline prolly doesn't tell the true story. I'm glad Chelsea won anyway, i wanted Spurs to be stopped and the way in which it happened is pretty bad for them, and that's because they lost players to injuries and red cards as well, so their next games could be tricky; if i am to predict, i think this is where their flying start to the season comes to an end.

City are back on top, and that's the sight every City fan wanted to see, the two remaining unbeaten sides in the league this season (Arsenal and Spurs) have finally lost. Having said that, it is Chelsea v City in the weekend, but Chelsea fans should make no mistake, their team is not just good enough and i don't think they stand a chance against City, except something similar to today, happens on that day.  Grin
