I don’t think Spain is going to play very well in the World Cup, to be honest. They have not made the best selection for this World Cup in my opinion. And I don’t think I have to explain that because if you just look at the players, the players they kicked out of the World Cup and the players that they have selected, you will be quite surprised. Spain is very good in the midfield area, I have no doubt about that. But the team is not balanced in my opinion.
look at all world cup teams and ask yourself: how many world cup teams manage to win the game comfortably and with more than 5 goals? spain is the team that has had the best performance so far and it shows that they are much stronger than other teams that have played so far, i consider spain as one of the favorite teams to win the world cup next to england and frankly, no i know how brazil will do today, but if brazil also get a good result then they too will be the main candidates to win the world cup. next spain game will be against germany, something i believe spain will win this game

Brazil has won their first game in this world cup. They have won against Serbia. This was a very successful win for Brazil. At first, I was a little skeptical that Brazil was playing Richarlison instead of Gabriel Jesus. But obviously, I was wrong. Richarlison played really well in this match for Brazil. He scored both of the goals, and both of them were really stunning.

I really don't know. The way this World Cup is going, I am ready to expect the unexpected. The next match for Germany is against Spain and it is going to be very significant for both of the teams. Germany will definitely have to win this match.
1522  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: November 24, 2022, 09:20:43 PM
I hope this month is the lowest month of Bitcoin prices, too long dip makes many investors frustrated so they sell even though they are loss, I also regret not selling when prices are still above $ 30k or 4 months ago, and now the price of $ 16k makes me no choice Others besides holding and hope for rising again, if the price can return $ 35k then I immediately sell all my bitcoin.

This is what the sharks want you to do, they will find a way to prolong the bear season as long as possible, make the weak hands lose patience and sell bitcoin cheap and they will always be waiting there to buy your bitcoins. That is also the difference between long-term investors and inexperienced investors. The longer the bearish season lasts, the more seasoned investors get excited because they have more time to buy bitcoin at a discount.

I don't know how much you bought bitcoins but if you believe bitcoins will hit $35k sell them. Instead of waiting, I suggest you buy more for $16k, which means you will get double profit when bitcoin reaches the price of $35k. Don't waste the opportunity to double your fortune, don't just wait without profit, the opportunity will not come to you twice.
1523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Sam Bankman-Fried go to jail? on: November 24, 2022, 04:27:01 PM
SBF has powerful people behind him, let alone his mother.  Besides he is spending millions of dollars of FTX clients money just to have a good term with "powerful" people.  So instead I believe some one will be jailed in SBF's stead.  They will definitely look for a fall guy unless the evidence is strong enough to make this backer back - off.

SBF has political friends that he has made over just few years of getting to the top of the cryptocurrency industry and he'll use that to his advantage. Besides SBF is a US citizen and US does take care of his own. Also the US are against cryptocurency and might just leverage on the FTX incident to make people lose trust in cryptocurrency entirely as they make SBF work away a free man after the financial collapse he just caused.
If this was to be another individual, especially someone who wasn't of US origin like CZ (the CEO of Binance exchange) things won't have been this calm as it's. He would has been questioned and asked to pay for his sin. SBF crippled many investors and many won't recover at all or it'll take longer for them because billions of investors funds got losts in all this.

Even if he has no ties to politicians or their support, he is very unlikely to go to jail. Look at Dokwon, he also caused Luna's downfall and same damage as SBF did but so far he hasn't been caught. Simply because cryptocurrencies do not have any regulation, it is difficult to accusations someone.
In the 14 years of crypto development, there have been many cases of scams happening, but most of them will be forgotten and no one will be held responsible, so this time is no exception.

Your hypothesis also sounds very reasonable, maybe the recent crashes were created by the government to implicitly warn people to stay away from crypto because it will not be protected by them. This is also a way to get rid of cryptocurrencies without as much effort as issuing a ban.
1524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are some government scared of Bitcoin? on: November 24, 2022, 04:15:37 PM
And what bitcoin does when it comes to their power? It reduces it, bitcoin takes away part of their economic power and gives it back to people, programmable money could even replace some parts of the government and the legal system, bitcoin can also make way more easy to hide your wealth which reduces the taxes they can get and the money they can confiscate out of you, all in all while bitcoin does not threaten them directly it has the potential to reduce their power in a significant way and they hate this.
The fact is that bitcoin was not created for anything that is anti-government regulation, but you as a user can have the option of minimizing the centralization of your finances compared to the fiat system you have been using. My first thought about bitcoin was that it is a currency that is useful as an alternative payment option, but probably won't replace centralized fiat.

I don't hate fiat for helping us financially and facilitating transaction before everyone had bitcoin, but here bitcoin has a better solution as a payment system with increased innovation that fiat could not have before. Bitcoin doesn't exist to replace the previous financial system, but it offers a better solution.

I also don't think Satoshi created bitcoin against fiat or government, it is suitable as an alternative beside fiat. But because it's decentralized and people start using it and they propagate that bitcoin will replace fiat, they already have bitcoin then they don't need the government, the government won't be able to do anything to them...it was these things that inadvertently made the government take a hostile view of bitcoin and caused the ban it is today.

Bitcoin brings us many solutions and benefits, but that doesn't mean we forget what fiat gives us, fiat is actually still useful to this day. It's funny how many people who have used fiat for decades are mocking fiat. I fear that one day there will be a better currency or asset than bitcoin that they will turn to smear bitcoin the way they are doing with fiat.
1525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 23, 2022, 10:58:32 PM
Barcelona midfield is so bright that I can see Spain winning world cup in Qatar or on the next one for sure. Rodri and Gavi are most likely the best incoming duo of all time in Spain team and also big contenders for Barcelona history if they keep playing like this....and they are still very very young with 19 and 18 years old. Crazy!

Also , I hope Spain will go deep in Qatar and prove that LaLiga is still a very strong league that deserve that 2nd spot.

I don’t think Spain is going to play very well in the World Cup, to be honest. They have not made the best selection for this World Cup in my opinion. And I don’t think I have to explain that because if you just look at the players, the players they kicked out of the World Cup and the players that they have selected, you will be quite surprised. 1526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are crypto devs so greedy on: November 23, 2022, 10:13:24 PM
It's the ways of the world, that's the answer. Human greed is an element in any venture, whether crypto or non-crypto, not just devs. So if have an upcoming project, always watch it closely, and keep your coins closer

Yeah, don't try to blame the developers when we ourselves are doing the same thing, we are just as greedy as them. When participating in a project, our goal is only to buy low and sell high and so are they. It can be said that the market is like a game where whoever is quick will win. The market is extremely fierce, no one will lose to anyone, there will be no game where both will win.
Besides they become greedy because they themselves that they can do it with the help of greedy investors as well.
Of course, they are doing this to make a profit and sad thing is that people never understand their side and will then just say they are greedy. Because I was also a project developer, I will never hesitate to do the same thing because that is the reality when it comes to business. It could be sorry for those who can't accept, they might wanted to become more greedy than these developers.
People tend to blame others when they fail but if in case they sell things sooner and make a profit then they assume they did the right thing and there is no fault here. I believe that investors just because there is no chance to become a developer if there is an opportunity to create a project or exchange, I am sure they will also tend to find a way to get money from other investors. That is the nature of the market, the fierceness of business, money cannot be generated and divided equally by everyone. To get profit, we have to become strong and compete for money from others.
1527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 23, 2022, 10:00:25 PM
I have seen the schedules for this month that at least Dortmund will play for 3 friendly matches and mostly they are the teams from South East Asian teams and today Dortmund first match against the team from Singapore league Lion City Sailors and after that Dortmund will play against Malaysian teams Darul Takzim FC and the last opponent from them is Vietnam national team and i think this is good moves from Dortmund team that while world cup break instead of release their players but Dortmund promote their team to Asian people so besides earn money from this tour they also can balanced fitness players through an these matches
That’s not really a bad idea, not because they can't win or it’s not easy, but more likely about keeping in shape. When you let players go and let them have their fun, it's going to be hard for them to come back and play normally, which means that we are talking about something causing bigger trouble than the fatigue world cup players would have.

This way, they will win easily but they will have a game at least and they will travel, all of which would keep them in shape, and that will give them a chance to come back better when the world cup is over. I personally believe that most teams should do this, only if they still think they can win something and Dortmund wants that second spot in the league.

I think this is always going to be great for the players. This way the players will not have any anxiety or pressure of performing well and they will also be able to stay in shape. They will also be able to perform at their best when the Bundesliga resumes again after the World Cup.

But I just took one thing which is the players should not get injured. They should take this as nothing but a friendly match. And in this way, the players which do not generally get a good amount of playtime will also be able to play for the team and have some experience gathered.
1528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto survive? on: November 23, 2022, 09:54:07 PM
The market is going through very difficult days and today bitcoin price is down again, but is anyone here like me? I don't feel nervous or scared, I see the market is moving in the right direction. I mean there need to be these drops and the market needs constant cleaning, weak projects or investors who just want to get rich quick shouldn't stay in the market. Maturity requires trade-offs and sacrifices, a market that only goes up is an unsustainable market.
Same here for me. The market needs to go down for a bit, maybe it is one of the longest period of a bearish market with all this luna and ftx issues. But I think the market will go up eventually after all of the shit coin holders go out. I am not also scared of this situation I saw bitcoin hitting 60k as well as going down under 5k.
Yes, this is not the first time the market has fallen and it is not the first time something like this has happened, these crashes not only did not weaken the market but also made the market more mature, if we pay attention, we can see that after each bear season passes, the market will rise again and will grow stronger than before.

Looking at the market capitalization when Mt.gox collapsed, the market cap was only a few hundred million dollars but then grew to almost 3 trillion by 2021 and this time we're under 1 trillion but I believe that after this bad news is over, the market will come back and grow stronger, I believe we will hit 5 trillion for next bull season. They will soon be as big as the gold market and will stand side by side with the stock market in the future.
1529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 21, 2022, 06:39:33 PM
USA was not very interested in cricket. Still they are playing pretty well. The USA players played very well against Namibia today. USA set a target of 245 in 50 overs. Every batsman in the team has shown good batting today. The Namibia team is not very strong. And so it was very difficult for them to win by batting at a target of 245 runs. And Namibia's innings ended on just 173 runs.
Smaller teams like Ireland, Netherlands, USA and UAE are playing quite well now. Cricket is gradually becoming popular worldwide. If these small teams get enough opportunities, they will challenge the big teams in the future.

I think that the USA did pretty well for a team that is not that interested in cricket. I did not think that Namibia was going to be an easy opponent for them. But they performed really well against Namibia. They should be proud of this type of performance. As a matter of fact, they do have a lot of foreign players on their team. So that is the reason why they probably are not proud of their performance in cricket. Suppose there are no foreign players on the USA team, and they are only playing with native players. This victory would have been greatly lauded by the USA.

It is clear, Ronaldo will not stay at Old Trafford with his statements attacking the club and the many names he has involved. after all, Manchester United are trying to end Ronaldo's contract without severance pay. and I'm sure, this is what Ronaldo really wants to leave Old Trafford. the hottest issue at the moment, only the Chelsea boss wants Ronaldo.
after ronaldo criticized manchester united and criticized the coach Erik Ten Hag, there is a great uneasiness between ronaldo and the club, and i think that terminating the contract with ronaldo is the best way because there is no chance for cristiano ronaldo playing at manchester united with this climate of war and fights, the manager of manchester united seems to have problems with ronaldo since he arrived at manchester united because Erik Ten Hag when he arrived at manchester united he did not put ronaldo to play 90 minutes, always put ronaldo to play a few minutes, only in europa league games and under pressure from fans and that he put ronaldo to play 90 minutes in europa league games. but ronaldo's situation is still not good because only chelsea's owner wants him, but in chelsea chelsea's coach doesn't want him which could also result in chelse's discomfort if he goes there

First of all, I am not attempting to say that he attacked anyone. A better-suited world is going to be ‘exposed'. And I think this was needed. Even for Manchester United in the long run.

Right now, Cristiano Ronaldo has understood that he needs to go to the clubs and present himself to them otherwise, no one will bother to approach him. After the current controversy, the chance of any Champions League club approaching Cristiano Ronaldo has significantly decreased in my opinion. PSG is unlikely to want him. It is also unlikely that Real Madrid will take him back.

Yes, Chelsea are in need of a striker right now. Probably that is the most realistic chance he has.

1531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: November 21, 2022, 10:08:57 AM
Honestly, I think that they have enough money and they can spend it to bring in capable players. I wouldn’t worry too much if I were Bayern Munich right now. And honestly, I don’t think Mane will matter too much for them if they do not have a second player because there is no team that is even close to them.
So, I don’t think they have to worry too much at all. Sadio Mané is obviously an important player for them. They already had some problems inside and if Sadio Mané is not available, it is going to be a big problem for them.

And I said big problem because they will have to play in the Champions League competition. Otherwise in the Bundesliga, they will likely not even feel that they don’t have Mane in the team.
I guess they dont will try to buy another player on this position what Sadio Mane is playing as they have already so much players on every position.
Maybe they will switching a bit the playing system but i think that can handle it without Mane also .
Dont know exactly how long it will takes him to recover and its possible that he recover faster as we think now.
Honestly, I don’t have any news on how long Sadio Mané is injured for either. But as far as I know, he should be able to recover a little quickly after the surgery. So, I think Bayern Munich will be able to manage without him till that time. Bayern Munich is playing well right now and with this type of form which they are in, I don’t think they will have to worry too much about not having Sadio Mané for a few matches.

Bayern Munich is yet to find a suitable replacement for Lewandowski. Sadio Mane was brought in as Lewandowski's replacement. But these two players play completely different styles. And so I would say that if Bayern Munich wants to do well in the Champions League and win the Champions League title, they must find a replacement for Lewandowski. Bayern's opponent in the next match of the Champions League is PSG. It is difficult for Bayern to win this match.
Bayern Munich will have to score in the match against PSG in the Champions League because otherwise, it will be hard for them to win. As far as I think PSG is obviously going to score in that match just because of the attacking power that they have. And Bayern Munich cannot keep defending and defending. Eventually, they will leave gaps in the defense. So they better find a way to score.

1534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does altcoins actually have the potentials of generating benefits to investors? on: November 21, 2022, 07:58:33 AM
You have hope when investing in Altcoins, of course you have to look at the types of Altcoins, founders, teams, developments in the crypto market and so on, investing in Altcoins takes a long process for you to understand and get profits, in my opinion if you are a beginner just do long-term investments in Bitcoin & Ethreum, it's safer for you.

Without a doubt, the long term investments in well known top list coins are the safest and most rewarding but time consuming.

While this "sentiment" might be good for some investors, most people come in crypto for easy and quick gains and not time-consuming ones. This does not mean that they are bad, but just that their mindset is different and possibly they are in a money crunch and trying some risky moves. For them the downward spiral begins with buying a shitcoin and then watching it go down until it never comes back up.

My honest opinion is that dont try to get into crypto if you are in for short term gains, unless if you have insider information about advisors dumping or something else. Get in to stay for the long and get in for bitcoin.
Always go for a long term investment with bitcoin. Although altcoins are still profitable only if you come to chose and invest with top ten coins in the marketcap, but if you want more secure and guaranteed bigger profits ahead, then stick to bitcoin it. Sometimes, it’s best to take a bigger risk by buying expensive bitcoin than to settle in less and affordable altcoins and see your investments not growing in the end.

I advise OP to only invest in bitcoin and ethereum at this point. Even the top 10 altcoins there is no guarantee that we will make a profit, FTX and Luna have shown us that bad things can happen this bear season.

Altcoins have the opportunity to bring huge profits but it is not always a good time to invest in it, many people saying that now is the right time to invest in altcoins is a mistake. Altcoins should only be invested when the market shows signs of bullishness, altcoins are not a long-term investment.
1535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: METAMASK TOKEN BIGGEST AIRDROP EVER! on: November 20, 2022, 11:33:19 PM

airdrop like aptos, uniswap just as a surprise, no advance notification so no one cares, if they announce it earlier so many people will feel the airdrop rewards, I don't understand what their purpose is to hold an airdrop suddenly
True,

They don't announce their airdrops because they know airdrop hunters will jump in (probably with multiple wallets) And they don't want that, they only want to reward people who use their platform without any greed of reward.

That's exactly what they want. It's not a surprise, that those projects don't want cheaters to join their campaign, they need people who really want to experience their product and give the best feedback for them to improve their product. I like such airdrops because it will become fairer, cheaters won't want to participate because they can't be sure if it will reward or not.
Although they do not give notice, but if we analyze and monitor, we can guess whether they will give out the reward or not?

Before that, Aptos was a project that was 100% confirmed to have an airdrop, but a lot of people didn't believe it and thought it had no value, so a lot of people ignored it. And now we have zksync, StarkNet and Sui, Sui has stated many times that there will be no airdrop but is that true? That will be a difficult problem for cheaters.
1536  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So many good news but Market and coins don't go up on: November 20, 2022, 11:14:43 PM

it is being manipulated

I don't really know the extent, it may because it is not regulated.
If you compare the market capitalization with the gold or stock market capitalization, cryptocurrencies are very small and unregulated, manipulation is inevitable. To me, the cryptomarket is like a money game where whoever has the most money wins.

so analysis is useless. If you want to make money, swim with the sharks, sometimes I find them right.

Analysis are never useless in this market. They are very good tools to confidently ride the market. Do a proper analysis then you can milk the market.

Maybe it won't be completely useless like I said but the effect it brings is not high. Because I think the market is still being manipulated by some big forces, the market does not operate according to supply and demand, so it cannot be analyzed. Bitcoin price can react unexpectedly if some news is published then all analysis will no longer hold true.
1537  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Accumulation phase is out!? on: November 20, 2022, 10:58:59 PM
I'm not a big fan of chart patterns. It's because I believe Bitcoin reacts in real time. For example, if Elon accepts Bitcoin for Tesla again, the price will skyrocket. On the other hand, if major investors announce their intention to sell Bitcoin, we may see a massive drop as a result of Panic. So how Bitcoin reacts is dependent on various of attributes. So, instead of relying on chart patterns, consider the real-time situation. Because the market is so volatile right now, it's difficult to predict the button.

I totally agree with your thinking, I think chart analysis to predict bitcoin price doesn't work. Bitcoin not only depends on supply and demand but bitcoin also depends on a lot of factors and sometimes most of it is manipulated or made in price by some influential actors in the market. Just a tweet from Elon or CZ the market will immediately react, chart analysis becomes useless. We can analyze charts, sharks can too and they are people with money, they can manipulate the price to their liking.

If the injuries gets to some of the crucial members then I think things might become a bit hard for Munich. We saw how Bayern struggle couple of months ago and we will be watching them going on with same struggle after the conclusion of World Cup then. PSG on other hand a very big squad compared to Bayern so I think they will be able to handle it but Munich might struggle as they lack options in certain positions but I don't know about adaptability of certain players so maybe they will be able to adjust accordingly. Nagelsmann is a smart manager and I think he will do well if situations like this happens after World Cup.
Sadio Mane is already injured and will be missing the World Cup with his National Team and there will be a few Month break for him.
The injury is on the right fibula head , and he already got his operation in the Hospital.

At least in this case we definitely know what will happen when there is an owner with great wealth because there are examples of this.
If Newcastle really wants to do the same as PSG and Manchester City now, it's not difficult. they already have great resources now it's just a matter of seeing whether their management is capable or not to make the same expectations as Manchester City and PSG because indeed this would be too outrageous if indeed they could not keep up with it especially with sufficient financial resources now .
Newcastle have the necessary budgets, players and resources they need to be one of the top team in the premier league, they have well balance owners and management of the team is trying their possible best to reach their peak. Newcastle will continue their winning streak after the world cup. What the team needs presently, is good players, non long key injured players like Saint Maximin who's wearing their jersey number 10, but always on the bench for not been fit for games.
Newcastle's performance last season was very poor. They had a lot of money. However, none of the star players were interested in joining the Newcastle team. Because it was challenging for Newcastle to qualify for the Premier League. But now the scenario has changed. Newcastle are now third in the points table. They don't have any star players in their team, yet they have managed to maintain consistent good performances. They try to strengthen their squad in the winter transfer. will do And next season I think they will build a team aiming to win the title.

As of right now, Newcastle United is performing at a phenomenal level. They are in perfect form. And obviously, it is really positive that they are coming into the break with this type of form and also being in the third position on the table. Being in the third position on the table in the English Premier League is not easy work at all.

There are a lot of big names below them on the table including Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Tottenham. That alone is a remarkable achievement in my opinion. I absolutely agree that currently, they are getting a lot of high-end facilities because of money. So the performance should improve. I think a lot of people were expecting a performance like this from them because they knew that this was coming.

as long as the Chelsea owner is ready to spend more money in bringing quality players, he will be able to release more money to Graham Potter to make good signings in January open window.
The Chelsea Football Club is struggling to perform and it is not something the owner will ignore because he has already spent a lot. That guy as I see him needs results and he will be able to do anything to have the results that he wants. if it requires signing Ronaldo he will be able to do it this time around, let us wait till January and see how everything will work out
It's like a mess in chelsea thesedays.
The club gave tuchel money to bring fofana, cucurella and koulibally and then fire him plus these players play below expectation and drowning ... what would we expect now? More signing for the champions league ambition? I dont think so , the club might start saving money and let graham potter manage the current squad , how far we can go? I'm not sure ... chelsea might disqualified early from the CL this time.
This mess started when Roman Abramovich sell this club because he was doing amazing job and club was also having good quality and performance but suddenly change of ownership having issues and Tuchel sacked which create more problems now Graham Potter was good in early few matches but now before break Chelsea was second worst club in Premier League for their last five matches performance just two draws and three loses.
But, good thing happened for them now they have good break which is surely going to help them for having better strategy which will bring them back in good shape specially right now they are at eight position with most chances they are going to miss top four spots and their next match in Champions League is against Dortmund which is also not good, but they can give shock to Chelsea as they were tough against Manchester City so most chances this season is going to end on below for Chelsea.

There have been a lot of problems going on with Chelsea currently. Chelsea is not playing well. And obviously, the change of authority has been a problem for them. Tuchel was doing a decent job with the Chelsea team. But all of a sudden they fired him. It’s OK, but they brought in Potter to manage Chelsea. That was a dumb move in my opinion. They could have gotten better options. I think even Zinedine Zidane was an option for them.

I hope they will be able to play better when they come back from the international break.
