Milan don't have the same challenge this season. Inter were having a similar season to them and it was easier for Milan to stay at top and win the league title as well. But now they have a very challenging opponent like Napoli which hasn't even got any loss in the league games so far. In the circumstances it is really difficult for Milan to win the title two times in a row.

The season is still long and the point gap is not like impossible to close up. But Milan just need to work really hard and wait for Napoli's mistakes.

I think the results of Milan will start improving when they will have all of the players available. But as you said, it is still going to be very hard to close the big gap of points that have already been created between them and Napoli. I think it is going to be really hard for them to close that gap. Honestly, going to be hard for any team to get Napoli.

It will be better for the teams if they concentrate on performing better and fixing the mistakes that they have been making instead of just thinking that they have to get closer to Napoli. Because that thought is eventually going to give them a psychological disadvantage.

I think Ibrahimovic has had his time and at his age should be thinking about retirement or playing for a lesser intensed league or small team to give way for other up comings to get a chance to show and prove themselves. Keeping Ibrahimovic at the club at this level is not a good idea because there are other younger players and even senior players seeking for an opportunity, players like Origi can still take Ibrahimovic's place.
lol! After all, no team is forcing Ibrahimovic to continue playing, but Ibrahimovic himself chose to continue playing and Ibrahimovic is free to choose to retire and also continue to play.
In this case no team is forcing him and because Ibrahimovic is still available in the team, then of course the coach will play him when Ibrahimovic is fit and will not play when he is not fit.

I wonder, when you say Ibrahimovic continues to play, do you know how much Ibrahimovic has played so far this season?
In fact, so far the fact is that Ibrahimovic has not played at all because he is still injured. Also, there is still no notification from Ibrahimovic himself whether he chooses to retire or not.

That way, Ibrahimovic does have the desire to continue playing and not a team that forces him to continue playing.
Every player is free to choose and they can retire at any time and if you know, recently it even happened to Gerard Piqué who suddenly decided to retire even when the league was still rolling.
At least that can also happen or is very likely to happen to Ibrahimovic, because basically it's time for Ibrahimovic to retire.

I actually think that Ibrahimović is not planning to retire because he is a very non-agreeable individual who will not accept any compromises. Due to the fact that the whole world thinks he is going to retire, I believe he will just clear the remaining obstacles only to prove people wrong at the end. It doesn't matter if he isn't willing to put in a lot of effort in order to play well. I think it will just be for the sake of proving all the haters wrong that he'll do that. What I understand is that he will do whatever he likes. In addition to this, it is also possible that if he feels that his body is not up to it, he may actually retire from the game.
1543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning! New type of malware - address swap attack on: November 19, 2022, 01:06:41 PM
It's the clipboard(copy paste) malware right? This is actually new and if you're someone who's careful and a responsible internet user, you'll not just going to download anything on the internet without knowing what it is.

That's the first rule to obtain this malware, to download and install it. That means, don't just download some extension that you don't know and you don't need.

If it's clipboard malware it's not new, it's been around for a long time and I've seen a lot of victims of these incidents. For these viruses, it is only necessary to use specialized anti-virus software to remove them. Always check your wallet address before making a transaction, although it takes time, after copying the wallet address, I always check each character of it, I check at least 2 times and then press the send button. Malware is extremely sophisticated these days, so we should be slow but safe.

I also believe in this conspiracy theory, It is also my belief that this was a pre-planned accident. It should also be noted that all of these people are Democrats, and the SBF donated 400 million dollars to the Biden administration during the last election as well. He is the 2nd biggest donor of pro-democracy party and most likely all this donation is user money from FTX. In the end it's all for the sake of US politics, LOL.
Rumor has it that Congressman Maxine Waters will preside over the FTX investigation in the House.
Not all of them are democrats, you could trust whatever you hear or listen from republicans all you want, but it is not going to get your life any better, you are just going to get more bitter because of the false information you have been fed. First of all, Mike Pence is there, you know the one? The vice president to Donald Trump? Secondly CEO of Tiktok? Neither republican nor Democrat obviously, CEO of amazon? The guy who destroyed any attempt on unionization, the thing democrats cared about? Netanyahu?

The one that progressives hate so much because he is responsible for killing so many innocent Arabs in his nation? I can go on, but yes, there are "some" democrats such as Janet Yellen, Van Jones and such too, so it is not "all" democrats, it is both democrats AND republicans together there. Be well informed, the picture is right there, you don't need to be lied to, just look for yourself.

Yes, I was a bit confused here. but have you seen the recent news? There is a lot of information out there and there is a lot of evidence that SBF has close connections with the Democratic and that he is also a huge fundraiser for Democratic campaigns. I agree that this is just a conspiracy theory as we still don't have a final conclusion on the demise of FTX but I still wonder how a young man like him can get along with so many Democratic politicians.
1545  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So many good news but Market and coins don't go up on: November 19, 2022, 12:39:31 PM
What is the good news you just heard, if I haven't missed any news then in the past 1 week since FTX crashed, no good news has been released. all market news is focused on FTX and its demise and all is negative news.

We are still in a bear market so no matter how good the news is, be careful and don't expect too much. Sometimes the news that comes out is just legitimizing the price, not necessarily the news that will make an impact on the market. Don't trade on news alone, combine it with technical analysis.

On the contrary technical analysis will be difficult to combine with news but it can only help to give you the spate that bear can go because we still at the bear market. FTX crash is likely to continue the bear beyond the time it was suppose to last. We are approaching the end of the season and the market can go either way because of the rush. Technical analysis don't usually work during rush season.

We need to combine a lot of factors to come to a final conclusion, everything helps us to make predictions, there is no guarantee that when you do technical analysis, everything will turn out exactly as you see it and news too, not always good news helps the market move well. That's why we always say that the market is unpredictable.

I have a few friends who say that this market does not follow the law of supply and demand, it is being manipulated, so analysis is useless. If you want to make money, swim with the sharks, sometimes I find them right.
1546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 18, 2022, 09:28:55 PM
Marseille impressed with their performance on the last two match weeks of the league. While they were maintaining a really poor form they had to face two challenging opponents like Lyon and Monaco. But these matches were also like opportunities for Marseille to stand up and get into the fight again. After playing really tough matches they really made it in both matches. Especially the Monaco match was very difficult for them as they had to make a comeback from a 2-1 disadvantage. But this kind of big wins must help them recover faster.

We have a long break ahead of us now. Marseille finished the Champions League group stage at the last place despite having one last chance to get away from there. Now they will focus on the Ligue 1 completely so I expect them to fight with whatever they have got.

Marseille has been able to beat two quite competitive teams in the previous two matches. That is going to give them a confidence boost going forward. Though I have to say they started the season better. If the weather is good to continue performing consistently, they could have been in a better position on the table.

But right now they are playing consistently. They have also shown the potential of making a comeback when they need it. And with no distractions like Champions League, they can focus on Ligue-1 right now. And that is certainly going to improve their performance which they are showing already.

1548  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the chances of FTX raising funds... on: November 18, 2022, 09:41:43 AM
Another day has passed and the mess with FTX keeps getting weirder and weirder. Basically it was uncovered that sbf had like $1b that he loaned himself from FTX with user funds. Opened some shell company or whatever it’s called under some Paperbird Inc account.

Now there is word that the hacker of FTX was actually the Bahamian government which did it to protect the assets. Makes no sense since he sold assets on the market with huge slippage. Getting messier as the days go by.

I really don't know what is the final correct information, there is too much news but no concrete proof. The news you say you have also read but don't think it's true, FTX has a business registration in Bahamian, so when something goes wrong they have the right to intervene and freeze all FTX assets in their country, there's no reason for them to attack FTX themselves. If the Bahamian government is the attacker of the FTX there is no reason for them to arrest the SBF for investigation, with that action they also become criminals.

Glad to see everyone's response in this thread.
A good response to SBF is an actor acting like a clown who fools a lot of people.
and then she just relaxes and enjoys her life as if nothing happened.

I have another piece of news that might make you all even more fed up with the SBF Sociopath.

Check out this news: https://www.nytimes.com/events/dealbook-summit#speakers

DealBook Summit
- November 30, 2022,
- 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. E.S.T.
- New York City
- Premier Sponsor Accenture

He was even a speaker at the event, his photo was in the top spot being a key person who would give financial advice.

But, is he going to come to the event and say that FTX's collapse was due to hacking and not his fault?
Maybe if Do Kwon is presented it will also complete the list of potential and talented young speakers (to the detriment of millions of people).
Come on! Seriously, he's still going to be a speaker on an event like this while he's dealing with his stir from his company? That's odd for me honestly.
If he's come to that event and start talking shit about defending himself and making it look like he's all innocent. This guy has something on his head and has to be knocked for that. I hate it when we're seeing people like him doing casual things while many people he has affected made their lives miserable. Could this poster has been made before the FTX collapse? Anyway, this event is loaded of prominent people except Sam.

Demo politicians. Sam might actually not going to be investigated while Steven Seagal just promoting a token was investigated and paid $314,000 as ordered by SEC. He wasn't even aware it was a scam. A well-connected freak like Sam is free to go anywhere and head high speaking to the public.

You aren't as crazy as it seems if you believe a conspiracy theory that this crash is well planned as they are all in cahoots and Yellen the old bitch is part of it.

I also believe in this conspiracy theory, It is also my belief that this was a pre-planned accident. 1550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 17, 2022, 09:10:13 PM
We see Real Sociedad at the third place in the league standings now. I guess that I remember this scenario from somewhere.  Grin  They had a really similar season in more recent times. They started strongly but it didn't take too long for them to start underperforming. I think the same scenario will be real again this season. Because this kind of teams have been like this for many seasons. Top 3 places in the La Liga have been under the dominance of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid for many years.

But it looks like at least there will be a change in top 4 this year. Because Sevilla are in a terrible shape. There is already a gap like 13 points with the 4th-placed team so it will be very difficult for Sevilla to climb up there somehow. They still haven't even figured out how they can fix their bad form.

Sevilla supporters should be happy this season if they aren't downgraded to 2ª División, given their awful performance until now. Betis, their natural contenders, have many more options to end up 4th. About Real Sociedad and Athletic de Bilbao, they have played quite well so far but, as you say, they usually start underperforming after a winning spree. What is most likely is that Atlético de Madrid will maintain their classic 3rd position at the end of the season, despite many people have lost faith in Simeone. Who else?

I think the only thing which is quite predictable is that Real Madrid and Barcelona are going to be in the first two positions in La Liga. Other than that it is really hard to predict anything in La Liga.

Atletico Madrid is not performing up to the mark, but they can obviously start performing better. So they can end in the third position. Real Sociedad is in the third position right now, but I really do not think they will be able to play consistently to stay in the third position.

I don’t have too much will be about Sevilla right now because they are in the relegation zone. It is possible for them to get out of the relegation zone, but I don’t think they will be able to finish it even in the top six.

Bitcoin's bottom price today is considered a dream price before, therefore, just believed.

I believe a lot of people have forgotten about this, it's all just looking down from above, from $69k looking down. But if we look from 2009 to now, at the current price of bitcoin, I can say it's a success that no other asset class can match. We have seen Mt.gox crash before and bitcoin passed after that, I believe that FTX will also be like Mt.gox unable to stop bitcoin's momentum. Everything remains the same, bitcoin will still grow and increase in price over time if we zoom out.

Sam lacks respect for the community he destroyed their life savings. Not everyone has the mind bear such losses. People repose trust on you and you fuxk them up by gambling with their money. Then coming online to talk trash.

If you are not ready and don't want to lose like that then you better not invest in this market. The market is not a get-rich-quick and no market is without risk even if you are a traditional trader. SBF makes mistakes that deserve punishment but he doesn't force you to put your trust in him and you can also protect your own assets instead of leaving it to someone else to manage. I'm not defending him but you should be responsible for your property rather than blaming someone else.
1553  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto dump is just getting started? on: November 17, 2022, 12:07:30 PM

We all know that Bitcoin will increase in the future and reach the value it deserves, and you are right about this. The real question here is, will the investor be able to wait for the duration that will pass? While there is a problem in the world every month, there is a great uncertainty. This is one of the things that makes people nervous.

As bitterguy28 answered, there is no such thing as everyone winning, there will be winners and losers, money goes from one person's pocket to another, from weak hands to those with diamond hands. Those who are anxious, can't stand the rigors of the market, they don't deserve the reward, the reward should only be given to those who stay in the end, those who deserve it. The market really isn't so scary but most people can't wait because they just want to get rich quick.
1554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 14, 2022, 11:17:39 PM
I don’t think there is any point in talking about this. ICC is always going to think about money first. And that is going to be the downfall of ICC. To be honest every sports body needs to think about money. The ICC is absolutely different because they only care about money. For somebody you obviously need to think about money otherwise you’re not going to be good in the long run for that certain sport. But at the same time, in the long run, you are not going to earn a good amount of money if you have any favorites, and also I don’t want to upgrade and improve the number of playing nations. For ICC profit seems to be the only thing of concern.
If that is the case, then the ICC should stop claiming that they are a sports body. Rather, they should claim that they are a business organization. Maybe they could go for an IPO and list themselves in the stock markets as well. A large part of the revenues are used for "administrative expenses" and no one ever gets any details for this part. There is absolutely zero accountability and no one knows how a large part of the revenues are being spent. And since they have their headquarters in the United Arab Emirates, no one can demand for any sort of audit or review.
After reading people's comments it seems ICC is actually a business organization that only thinks about money. I really do not think that people actually understand how much money is generated through cricket. As @Sithara007 is saying, ICC should claim that they are a business organization, in business, there are risks and you have to think about risk versus the world at all time, but ICC does not have that problem. They are going to earn money regardless.

Nope. Every sports body doesn't behave like this. FIFA spends a majority of their revenue every year to develop football in the developing nations. And the remaining revenue is divided equally between the 211 national associations. In order to make football more popular (it is already the most popular sport in the world), they have increased the number of participants in the world cup to 48 (from 32). On the other hand, the ICC reduced the number of participants in the ODI world cup from 16 to 10. World Rugby is another organization which puts sports above money. They divided the member nations to several tiers, and provided additional funding to each country to develop the sport, depending on the tier.
As a neutral spectator, it seems to me ICC giving so much importance to their top three or four whatever you like to call them. They have been so biased.
1555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not Quitting only a break on: November 14, 2022, 11:09:33 PM
Taking a break until they finally quit.

If that's what they intend to do, they just have to do it gradually because having an instant stop will make them harder to do. It takes time until they take it seriously to quit.

Because at most times, when they quit, it's only within their mouths and they can't really quit just as much as they want to do.

Taking a break from gambling is not something you should have to quit gambling.

I often take a break from gambling because I don't feel like playing. Rather, I enjoy watching others play during breaks.

Gambling breaks are not uncommon. People gamble for peace of mind, but sometimes they have to take a break because of the extra time spent. After a short break, they return after some time has passed.

However, if you are at risk of becoming addicted to gambling, you should stop playing before you become addicted to avoid the risk. If necessary, go to a rehab center.

Don't worry mate , if this going to happen? I'm the one who will benefits because I was waiting for this perfect timing to happen , imagine 10k? when the price increase last year to almost 70k?
that would be x7 to the capital if I am going to buy this time, so maybe there will be a different effect to all of us, some will cry while some will smile .

Other people's risk is our chance, I have never worried about anything even in the past accident days. Like in the current crisis, there are many people who are struggling, many businesses which are in danger of bankruptcy, but that does not mean that everyone is in the same situation. In 2021, when the pandemic hits, I have made a lot of money investing in medical equipment and with the current situation and bitcoin, I really want it to go to 10k. If you look at the $100k target that bitcoin will hit in the future, you will see nothing to fear but excitement instead.
1557  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: November 14, 2022, 02:25:11 AM
However, I'm bullish and expect to see Bitcoin rising at least above 20k again in December.  Smiley
Currently the price recovery process will be great if more and more people are optimistic about the future of bitcoin.
Of course, FOMO has proven to be very reliable for Bitcoin, causing a bullish sentiment, so we have a good chance to see some FOMO sometime later again which will send Bitcoin to da moon.
Were are in a very important situation right now and if no significantly bad news come in, Bitcoin is likely to keep recovering.

I have a feeling most people would probably be willing to wait for bigger news before reinvesting the big bucks in bitcoin, but for the optimists then surely now is the time. $16.8K is the current price or -75% of ATH, I believe this as an opportunity but may need to think about some strategy like DCA.
Yes, many people are still having fear and are waiting to see if the bottom is in. If such people can get confidence again, we might see 20k very quickly again.  Smiley

It is true that market is still in havoc caused by un-anticipated crash of FTX and people are afraid that crisis could spill over to other exchanges. This is the reason investors are reluctant to take entry despite the fact that current price is very attractive, and it seems that bottom is already in. Let's watch and wait how market plays out in the US in the evening which is likely to set the direction for coming days. DYOR

There have been rumors surrounding crypto.com and most likely the next fall after the death of FTX, things will not stop here anytime soon. AAX also just announced that it will suspend all transactions for 7-10 days to check all and restore user accounts. This is a not so prominent exchange but it has a trading volume in the top 20 on coingecko. I believe there will be a domino effect in the coming days.

The market is starting to reset the game before starting a new game in 2024, it is too early to expect a recovery from now or until the end of the year. The death of FTX is huge and there will be hundreds of other bad things to come.

Have you ever thought of hearing a news or tweet like this in future.. have you prepared yourself , What would be your 1st reaction after watching a tweet like this ...

Someone Tweet this .. I dont know if its funny or the guy is trying to make people aware or the intensions behind it .. but its really worthy to give it a thought..
Whats your opinion
My heart stops a bit after reading the title but it functions properly now after knowing that it isn't true. No I never thought of this, because I know that binance is too strong to fail. If ever they will stop the withdrawals then that will only be for temporary and it's caused by some issues inside their site so people shouldn't worry or panic in an instant but I think scenarios like this have already happened on them before.

I am only not sure if it happened during the luna crash or during that time where there are new about banks freezing customer funds. But like I said earlier, it didn't last long and people gained confidence again on binance later on.

Currently, I also believe that binance is strong enough to be hard to crash, a lot of people are expecting binance to collapse because they hate centralized exchanges but not with binance and not right now. If we say that nothing is certain, then I can also say that even bitcoin is uncertain, investment should always take into account risk because there is no such thing as absolute safety.

I don't fully believe in binance, or rather I don't trust anything in this market and I am willing to take any risk if I face, even the collapse of bitcoin.
1559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 13, 2022, 07:39:38 PM
Roma really struggled to score even though they were playing at home and indeed, Roma were very bad in the first half but even though Roma played badly in the first half the score at half time was 0-0.
But that doesn't mean that Roma became easier in the second half, because even though Roma had many attempts to score goals, they always failed and in fact, the penalty that Roma got in the final minutes of the match failed to be executed properly by Belotti.

But indeed, Torino is not a weak team and often Torino can play very well when playing against top teams. Also, basically I like Torino's gameplay which has a strong style of play.
This draw still makes Roma have a chance to return to fifth or sixth place in the standings, but to penetrate that position is still not easy for Roma. Since the only team that is most likely to be overtaken is Atalanta due to Inter and Juventus, I'm sure they will get better as time goes on.

I can see the final result of the match between Torino and Roma was a draw. Also, I was somewhat surprised to see that this match ended up being a draw as well. As far as I can tell, Roma was on the verge of losing this match. I think that they just got lucky that in the 94th minute of the game they actually managed to score a goal. And I am sure that this was not the plan for José Mourinho. This was a match in which Torino actually played better than Roma in terms of performance. Also, we are able to see how terrible Roma is when it comes to set pieces in the game. They should have a better plan for corners.

Pakistan's performance on ODI format is also quite popular. They are currently ranked 4th in the ICC ODI format. Where England is in the number one position. And tomorrow is the T20 World Cup where 2nd vs 3rd is going to be a big battle. There is no opportunity to look down anyone. England played quite heroically throughout the tournament and had no problems. On the other hand, Pakistan has to make various calculations. Anyway in T20 match predicting is not effective. So you have to depend on the field.
Butler is very dangerous player but Pakistani bowling in very strong as well. Pakistan has been very lucky to have reached to final.
If they concentrate they might be able to win the cup

I cannot say if Pakistan is better compared to England in the ODI or not, because currently, Pakistan is very inconsistent. So, it is very hard to predict anything about Pakistan. And the main problem is Pakistan is highly dependent on a few players. If they do not play well, it is very hard for Pakistan to win.

Today was the World Cup T-20 final and England won the match pretty easily in the end. Pakistan have already seen what England can do against India. I never thought the target that they have given was going to be enough. Pakistan at least needed 160 to challenge England.
