Agreed. There will be unforeseen issues trying to do something they planned to do 2-3 years from now, in 6 months. In the meantime, people need to stop paying 3-4x MSRP for gpu's, and ignore Metroid's crystal ball as well. It's batting .001% these past 5 months  Metroid called the crash far too soon. In fact he claimed he bailed in Jan. Selling off at a good profit. If he held he would be 2x that maybe 3x that. So even if he made 1 million he should have made at least 2 or maybe 2.5 million To be nice. If he sold 1/2 then and 1/2 now he would be at 1.75 million vs 1 million. Hey I fucked up with doge I had 1,000,000 coins and sold too quickly. Made about 60k I could have made 200k Dont sell your all coins at once lets say sell 60-70% and wait if it goes too low breaks many resistance then sell rest 30%. Thats why i dont like doge and xrp because the price depends on couple of people. When they twit price goes up when they silently sell price will go down. |

Where did you find a store with a $ 1000 RX6700 graphics card? If you do not want problems in mining, then it is better to buy video cards that do not get very hot and consume little electricity. The RTX2080Ti is very hot and has a lot of power consumption. The RX6700 has a cool graphics card and low power consumption, but a small hash rate. But I would probably buy a new RX6700 graphics card for $ 1000. I don't get you, is RX6700 getting very hot when mining with the GPU? Or you are just spreading the warning? I don't believe that RTX2080Ti gets that hot too, if you are talking about hot 🔥 then start from RTX3080 and RTX3090 you will see the big difference Ofcourse 3080 320W and 3090 350w they will be hotter than rtx2080Ti 250w. Haha! RTX2080Ti is using 250 watts? This is why I have issue with big cards, two gtx1660 will do 63MH, same hashrate as a RTX2080TI but at 150watts and RTX2080Ti is taking 250watts ? That's a lot 250Wats is TDP while mining eth it consumes less like 170-180Watts. |

Truth is, that is what manipulators want sheeps to think, "this time is different", "not a bubble anymore", "bitcoin soon, 1 million dollar" and so many other quotes that the media is disseminating around, they want to make sheeps believe that any crash will bounce and this will keep rising, so sheeps sell all their belongings and invest in crypto, then one day in few minutes, the market crashes 40% then sheeps think it will bounce hard, so the sheeps dont sell, psychologic effect here then few days later the market crashes another 50% from top, making it 90 to 95% crash and then no hope to bounce back and that is where it stays, people then do not buy anymore because afraid it will crash further then gameover, then after few years these same manipulators knowing there are new sheeps around then start the whole process again, pay the media to hype it and then create another huge bulltrap. They have been doing this for the last 10 years and successful because as we stand bitcoin and the whole crypto market still only speculation.
Yes i agree with that. Sheep will sale in panic 1st crash if they wait alittle more there is always re test the price they can sell it right there but people who dont know waits for more higher then loses 90% sadly.When every people talking about bitcoin it means it is about to crash. Where ever you go people talk about bitcoin, you open tv advirtisement of exchanges. You go to barber shop, talking bitcoin. |

I am expecting bear market but it won't be like the past bear market we have seen, there won't be an opportunity to buy BTC at 3000$ anymore, there won't be an opportunity to buy Ethereum at 150$ anymore, the lowest that Ethereum would go if bear market starts will be 500$ and bitcoin will still be at five figures
Sure thing it will never be 3k again if something huge happens. but there will be opportunity always to buy and sell. Good news folks btc gone up to 57k right now .important is holding there. |

If you have some HDD laying around its better to use that powerful CPUs to start plotting chia coin, today it's on news that IOU version of Chia coin is now available on gate.io which means the coin will be listed on that exchange soon

As soon as market crashes there will be no point ASIC manufactures selling them it means they will stop production. They will maximum sell right now for crazy money. They are not idiots they make every scenario possible then act. As soon as you will start see ASICS are selling many it means they will be useless soon. after useless time you will see many ASIC video youtube and you will be able to buy for 50-100$. It all depends how much profit they give or - profit. lets say now 1ghz giving you = 110$ at eth 2800$ price. When eip happens it means nearly 1Ghs = 55$ at eth 2800$ but if eth goes to 1400$ price it will be 25$ and so on at one point it will be doing around 5-10$ a day. this time looks like 30mhs speed may not survive.

Dont want cause panic but btc loosing dominance (49.33%) which is good for alts but at same time on weekly chart btc says sell for the 1st time. It is not 100% correct ofcourse if btc goes up and breaks ATH then scenario will change. Also same like in 2017 btc loses dominance to 35% then eth and other alts makes ATH then all crashes sadly. i wish bull continues as long as possible, but chart of btc makes me worry for now

The best option is air conditioner cools very good, but it consumes alot electricity. Other good option is make air circulation in the room, If inside 91 and outside is 80 it means you dont have good circulation. It can be done with 2 window or door. 1 window in 2nd window out. Dont open all window and doors it will be not better. According to your room and north you must decided from which side in or out.

Turn to compute mode,it will give you 26mhs. Then you must oc your card: Core = 1150mhz/ voltage 900mV. Memory= 2050Mhz/ Voltage=920mV

The best ting is just keep mining what you have now.  paying 4x for gpus is insane dont buy so expensive. If you find 50-80$ + msrp then go ahead buy as many as you wish but paying for same thing 4x money is insane. |

If $1000 can get you just two pieces of graphics cards in the bull season then there's a possibility that $1000 can get you four graphics card in bear market so I believe that this will be increase your reward, what OP did makes sense especially if they have free electricity or solar energy
I know, it makes sense for people with dirty cheap electricity, and in this case, if you have solar or free, better to buy even with high prices, because you'll profit But imagine the scenario where you can buy 4 cards for 1000 USD like you said, bear market, ETH value of less than 500 USD and hashrate still growing, person paying more than .10cents USD for electricity How can turn this into profits? The feeling of a bear market is different, people always say they will go all in if BTC reach 20k again, if ETH costs less than 500, or will buy tons of hardware, but when time comes it's hard to make a decision and buy I have very cheap electricity but i will not pay 4x price for that, no way i will buy even eth goes to 5k. Patient always made me correct. Buying 3070 for 1400-1800usd is insane. I can earn much more just trading that money on exchange instead earning 4-5$ a day. |

I'm having a problem with my rig using pheonixminer 5.5c along with driver 20.5.1 (used a later version but kernals didnt work with 580s so i moved back to 20.5.1).
My issue is that my gpu4 (6 gpus on rig) is giving me incorrect shares. rest of the cards are not. windows 10.
OC is done via the miner itself. i tried many OC settings changes to gpu4, still none working as needed. it gives me many incorrect shares.
On other miners i do not have this problem.
OC settings on rest of the cards are 1200 core, 2100 memory , 850 volt for both core and mem.
Any help is appriciate.
1st use driver like 20.11.1 with 5.5c. Then try start that gpu with lower memory clocks like 2020-2040-2060 see when it starts give incorrect shares. 1200 is much you can get that with 1150mhz on core. |
