So I'm trying to figure out tonight's games and figure out if the Knicks win do they automatically move on to the next portion of the in season tourny.  I have been trying to find a good explanation or rather easy translation of how this is all going down.  Also since the semi and finals aren't baked into the schedule do they just play 2 extra games than everyone else?  Haven't looked to far into it but I think knicks have pole position on the wild card right now if the Bucks still end up winning out of their geoup.
622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: November 27, 2023, 09:57:25 PM

Salvaged my night with a half point win on the Denver game.  Night total of 1-2 bringing my 23 day total to 36-33.  Need to go on a run here and get some separation.

Picks for tonight:
Pacers -12.5 against the Trailblazers.

Taking the over at 240.5.  Pacers score at a rapid pace and can see this one running away at around  250+ on total points.

Last pick give me Philly-5.5 at home against the Lakers.  Don't know why just a gut feeling on this one.

Good luck tonight everyone!
623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 26, 2023, 09:42:52 PM
Shout out to my knicks.  I almost turned the game off but figured it was an inseason tourny game watch to the end.  Down 21 in the third and 17 in the 4th they locked down Jimmy buckets all 4th quarter.  Held Miami to 11 or 12 points all quarter and rampages theor way back to a win at the garden.  Best win of the year so far for them.  Team looks tight.

That was a close game the other night. Nice to see Randle making a few shots after starting off the season with one of the lowest field goal shooting percentages in modern basketball history. They showed they can play with good teams when they have it together. I wouldn’t doubt them making the playoffs this year.

Knicks are definitely making the playoffs if they stay relatively injury free.  There just isn't enough good teams on the bottom half of the eastern conference to keep them out.  Randle eventually has to know this is brunson's team he needs to play second fiddle.  Tonight is a big game against the Suns.  Durant is a game time decisions on if he plays.  Will obviously make a huge difference whether he is on the court or not.
624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2023-2024 betting on: November 26, 2023, 09:19:02 PM

Went 2-1 last night knicks almost pulled out the cover after being down 21 points late in the third.  Great comeback win for my knicks so I will take the abling L even though they won.  Brings my 21 days total to 35-28 against the book.

Tonight I like 3 favorites

Clevland at home -4.5 against the Lakers.  Lots of uncertainty and game time decisions so this is a toss up.

Dallas on the road -1.5, I like Dallas here.

Pelicans -2.5 I think theybare underrated and shoukd easily win tonight.

Good luck on tonight's games everyone!

Bug dud last night went 0-3.  Brings my 22 day total to 35-31 against the book.  Some decent games on tonight and here are my 3 picks for tonight.

Memphis +5.5. Timberwolves are good and starting great this year but I like Memphis to turn it around at home.

Cavs -2.5 at home.  Tough loss to the Lakers last night they win on the second of a back to back.

Nuggets-11.5 at home against a young San Antonio team.  San Antonio is terrible on defense and Denver blows them out tonight.

Good luck and enjoy the games everyone!

Planning about collection some MORE altcoins and thats why i manage extra money for that. But market situation is still confusing and today Altcoins dump minimum 10% even more. So is it really right to collect altcoins?  Or another dump will be coming before bull run? Should i postponed my invest or not? I post this in speculation sector cause we can only predict!  And I'll go with the most predicted result

Honestly it's time to buy bitcoin with a very small amount of your portfolio to gamble, yes gamble on altcoins.  Most of these projects are useless and are selling people a bag of worthless goods.  Granted they might not all be scams but they serve no purpose other than to enrich those who created it.  If you have an alt or 2 you have been looking at buying to hedge against bitcoin then yeah I'd say now is the time to grab it up.
626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we need to buy meme coin? on: November 25, 2023, 10:43:06 PM
Because
Sleep dreams that the tendency to suddenly become rich Cry

This is not really normal because meme coin is more dangerous in this crypto market. They always collect money from investors by showing amazing attractive offers. In reality their project does not last long in the market because most of the team members of meme coin are new generation and they have less experience. They are coming to the market only to grab the investor capital completely.

That's what happens when greed grabs a hold and people keep buying into these dumb things.  It was a 2020-21 fad that will soon disappear.  Fine doge and maybe a couple others will hang around but for the most part they are all cash grabs.  Worthless projects that people will.lose their money on.

Well that wasn't smart lol.  Went 1-2 last night and bringing my 20 day total to 33-27 against the book.  Some big nba games tonight and a bunch of lines I like.  Here are the 3 I'm going with tonight

Phoenix +3.5 against Memphis.  Memphis is reeling without ja

Knicks -5.5 at home against the heat.  In season tourny and knicks looking for some last year playoff revenge.  Think they take this one easily

Pacers -7.5.  Honestly I don't know the over under for this but I'm gonna hit the over as well.  They score so much.

1-2 last night bringing my 19 day total to 32-25 against the book.  No games today all nfl football games. So as a Thanksgiving bonus my 3 bets will be football

Detroit -8.5 they finally have a good team and will be looking to blowout the packers today.  Detroit by 14+

Dallas -13.5 hurts to say cause I hate the Cowboys but they should manhandled Washington.  If the giants beat them up so should cowboys.

Late game gimme Seattle at home +7 against San Fran.  This shoukd be a tight game and see a field goal winning this one.

Happy Thanksgiving and good luck to you betters tonight.

630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Crowdfund for a Gambler Who Has Gambled Irresponsibly? on: November 24, 2023, 09:59:19 PM
No absolutely not.  There are plenty of other good causes to crowd fund for than someone who degen'd there way into debt for something important in life.  My guess is if they already did it once then they probably would take the funds and gamble that away too.  Be responsible and take ownership of your losses, obsolving gamblers of this only deepens their own addiction.
631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather Vs Gotti II Exhibition bout FEB 11 2024 Light Heavyweight on: November 24, 2023, 09:56:09 PM
Imagine everyone all-in to Mayweather then Mafia intervened to make this match scripted since this just exhibition match. This is hilarious AF! This kind of match is very tricky to bet on sportsbook because the room for gain is just small while the lose is painful if somehow Gotti win a controversial match.

How come this kind of match is still being organized even though this is one-sided. This kind of exhibition match should have a handicap since Mayweather will gonna win all day long if we just compared skills of both fighter.

No way Floyd fights any fight only to see his unblemished record with a ding in it.  This match will be public enough to see if it was rigged or not.  My guess is Floyd will end up stopping him at some point in the match so it won't have to go to a scorecard.  Too many stats out there to give the fight away to someone who didn't win.
632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: November 24, 2023, 09:53:26 PM

Provably more improvement will come on Wemby side since he's so lucky that he's been part of Spurs since we all know that Coach Spo is great upon developing a player. What plays he set is all for Wemby since he want to see on how they can totally use him in court. But right now its just they can't get the best result since they are losing to much and I think that's part of the process.

Wemby is really great we can see that and for his performance shown where there's a downside I can say its normal for a player playing on new environment which have more though competition. But once he adjust and follow what the coach teach and set plays for sure Wemby became more better player.

It is just the start of the season I think Victor Wembanyama will likely have improvements and Coach Gregg Popovich will likely have his way of getting into his players sure that was Gregg Popovich's way of training his team, and because of Wemby's talent as a player I think Popovich will likely attain his greatness Wembanyama on the team and Wemby as well will have a great experience with the team,

If there's no big-time trades that will take place this season, I guess they just want Wemby to be more familiar with the way NBA works.

Let's see what the plan would be for Wemby and how he will establish his career while playing inside this league.

Obviously, his time has not come yet and he will be just making some progress this season. obviously, this isn't bad at all and surely he is taking his time to learn some new strategies that could fit him well without exaggerating and hurting himself physically in the process. Just like any other NBA stars in the fast such as Shaq and other big men, they weren't able to show that they were a championship team in their rookie years but rather they used that opportunity to catch up and adapt and then dominate the league with their unique build.

For me, Victor Wembanyama is doing great even though he had a shooting slump on some of the days he played it was really nothing because his stats were really great, and as long as he listened to the great Popovich, for sure he will attain greatness, and in Wembanyama's case because of his body build Kevin Durant is likely have a near resemblance when it comes to his body physique,

I'd be careful putting him up against the likes of Kevin Durant.  He is one of the greatest of "our time" to lace them up.  The kid has skills but let's just all sit back and see how it plays out before we start annoying him.  I do worry at 7' 4" tall and as mobile as he is that he is going to go through his share of injuries.  Just hopefully he stays away from the brutal knee injuries that wreck big men's careers.
633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The love in football on: November 24, 2023, 09:51:08 PM
The football  is the king of sports, you only need a couple of stones to use as an archer and a ball, so just play in any space you find, there is no sport that assimilates that into all social structures like soccer does, so That simplicity translates into being one of the most used bets.

Which football are you referring to? Real football like NFL American football or soccer? I personally cannot stand soccer, but i'm only 1 person. My dislike is mainly related to the betting of the sport, it's just not my favorite. Now if you are talking NFL football, I LOVE THAT!!! Big hits, awesome celebrations after scores, many betting options it's just a great sport.
Hi,
Smiley, sorry It seems to me that you like the NFL so much that you forget that for the rest of the world + 7700 billion people football = Soccer = futbol. they love ⚽

Dang 7700 billion people population rise this year exploded I haven't checked in awhile.  Just because someone equates it to American football (as do most all americans) you don't need to get upset about it lol.  It's the way we grew up football was American football and "futbol" was always soccer.  I always laugh when people get bent out of shape over words.  Shoukd Americans get pissed at people from the uk calling cookies biscuits?
634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to altcoins ? on: November 23, 2023, 07:06:43 PM

Well, I bought some fractions of Bitcoin at the price of $30K, ETH at $2,100 but unfortunately they have been going downward since then. The bearish trend in the whole market is still prevailing, which greatly impacts on coin prices. Despite the bear market, Bitcoin is still holding on its ground with its price not fluctuating over the top. However, the altcoins are becoming more volatile than before and I begin to doubt whether investing in altcoins is a wise choice. Did you invest in altcoins ? What do you think of the current altcoin market ? Please let me know.

That's crypto for you.  I know this is an older thread but in downtrend alts are volatile and even in uptrend they are very volatile l.  If you can't handle the swings then I think you need to step away from crypto.  Bitcoin for sure is your safest bet amd sounds like the place you want to park your stash at.
635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The love in football on: November 23, 2023, 07:04:07 PM
Football is a sport that's indiscriminate for one. In basketball, the game is predominantly littered with Americans who claim they are "the world champions" when they only won national competitions. Prejudice against certain races are also prevalent in this sport. With Chess, there's a certain air of elitism that prevents the average people from appreciating the sport and the competition, not to mention the fact that the game's so tense that if you didn't pick up Chess from when you're a kid, you literally stand no chance against the current state of the game.

Football on the other hand, is for everyone, literally. You got countries setting up their own leagues, and then international tournaments that are indiscriminate of any race and are supportive of whoever wins. We got loyal fans that are both degenerate in fanaticism, and while the sport's got its downsides, the ups make up for it so much that the whole football community's willing to overlook these.

Prejudice against certain races exist in the NBA please do tell.  Anyone with enough talent to play in the league has been accepted in.  Please tell me an example of this.  And Soccer you are telling me there is no prejudice anywhere...hahaha please.  If you really thing this you are ignorant or just don't want to see it to crush what your perception of Soccer really is.  Open your eyes

You think the Lions can overcome waxing gibbous?  Cheesy

LOL, people will look up anything!

They are looking like the Lions of the past though, I expect that to change soon.

BTW, K. Williams is on IR might want to move him out of your lineup. Wink

That's hilarious but honestly there are stats for everything.  I feel like stats kind of killed off normal known stats.  Baseball is the worst.  Good batting average, runs, rbis, etc and you are a good player.  Now they have stats for runs created, average adjusted for stadiums, etc.  Football same thing.  Yards, tds, etc.

3-0 last night bringing my 18 day total to 31-23.  A little separation from the books.  A lot of games on the books tonight and I like 3 homes teams here tonight.

Cavs +3.5 against Miami.  Think cavs clear here and actually win might take the ML.

Pacers -2.5 at home.  Haliburton is turning into a verified superstar (knicks whiffed on him).  Pacers keep rolling and dominate tonight

Hawks -1.5 at home.  Solid team at home they shoukd clear.

Good luck tonight everyone!

Injuries are the killer.  Having lost Chubb and Burrow in 3 different leagues, that was essentially the matter of life or death for me, however I do sit in 1st place in my 12 man keeper league where I've only lost twice. I lost both Chubb and Mike Williams in that league and somehow am 9-2.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone whom celebrates today.  Nice little 3 game slate we've got on tap starting here in a bit over an hour.  Maybe not the best games ever, but 3 games during the day on a Thrusday, I'll take it! Smiley

I have no clue why the Lions and Cowboys always play on thanksgiving but at least they are both not shit this year!

I'm going to gamble and play Howell against that brutal cowgirl Defense as I think because its a prime time game the refs will make sure the game is close till the end.

Don't know if this was a literal question but just tradition.  I think Detroit actually always played then cowboys "volunteered" to play as well so long as it's always a home game.  Been that way for 5-6 decades now.  Good luck Howell is hot or miss I'm with you because I need scary Terry to go off in my other league.  JJetas dissapointed me this year Sad

It's not really shocking, almost nearly all CEX's have had their legal or hacking issues.  Crypto is a breeding ground for scammers and the easiest place to do it or attack is at the exchanges.  Who knows how this all plays out but I wouldn't be keeping much money locked up on that exchange for awhile.

1-2 again last night, bringing my 17 total to 28-23.  Need to have a good night tonight.  Pelicans looked good way better than I thought they'd do.  Tonight here are my 3 picks:

Lakers -7.5 at home.  On TNT they shoukd be able to handle this game easily.

Pacers +3.5.  I know they are on the road against a tough Atlanta team but think they can pull this one out.

Magic -1.5 at home and basically a pickem.

Good luck tonight everyone!
