There's only a very small chance that the Miami Heat will come back, but even if they lose in the finals again, they have still done a great job to reach this far. Miami could potentially pull off an upset in game 5, and if they win game 6, then who knows, we might have a thrilling game 7. I understand that it is unlikely to happen, but as they say, the series is not over until the Nuggets have secured 4 wins.
There is very little chance that the game will go back to Miami on Thursday. The Nuggets will not take their chances and let the championship slip away from their home court. They will definitely try to finish the series on Monday night in their home. Some mischance might happen if they let it go to game 6. Once the series reaches game 7, it is anybody's ball game. I am curious about what will be the adjustments on the side of the Miami Heat. They cannot stop the duo from scoring and outplaying their defense. Will they switch to offensive since they cannot stop the Nuggets anyway and just try to outscore them? The only reason they won game 2 was because they had a good scoring night. Maybe they can do that. Try to limit the duo of Jamal and Nikola but also try to outscore them. Their outside shooters should perform well in order for this to be successful. It is hard to go cold if you have Jokic setting up the play. The cutters are having a picnic against the Miami since they know wherever they are in the court, Jokic will see them and the assist will come. Double-team Jokic and one of the cutters are bound to be open. Miami has to deal with that too aside from Jokic and Jamal scoring. Agreed but they don't have anyone who can play one on one with jokic. It's a bad matchup for Miami. Single him with bam and he will eat that up. Cody zeller? Not a chance. Miami Heat - Denver Nuggets is 1-3 and that seems played. It seemed for a while that Miai Heat could cause a sensation when they made Denver 1-1 away, but the past 2 games Denver have managed to win quite easily. How good is Nikola Djokic, perhaps by far the best player in the NBA at the moment. Only there are so many commercial breaks in basketball games, that takes the fun out of having to turn on the TV for 3 hours because of all those breaks. But the level has risen enormously in the NBA. And as for Heat, of course they still have a chance but I think 10% to win in total. Nuggets needs 1 win.

This happened to me already twice in a row. I'm gambling for a long time but this is the first time I experience this kind of messy situation because it involves the fck up mempool.
I deposit my funds in a casino using a low-priority fee. I managed to triple my bankroll by playing a quick game of Blackjack with huge bets. But since my deposit is so frickin slow to confirm while I don't want to bump my fee since it will create a different transaction on my account. Due to my winning streak while still waiting for many hours, I decided to just play slowly using a 1$ bet. This 1$ bet grows to all-in because I just keep losing for an insane lose streak just because I can't withdraw my funds.
Sharing my personal experience of my recent losses so that no one will commit this same mistake. Bet responsibly. I will stay away from gambling for a while now that mempool is starting to suck once again.

Nuggets is the team that have the best offense and best defense in the league. They don't only rely on Jokić, that's the best part. When Heat defend Murray and Jokić with 3 players, the others punish the defensive mistake. Aaron Gordon played his career game, Bruce Brown scored when all eyes on Murray and Jokić, KCP made two critical defense back to back and these all made the difference. Nuggets will finish this series at home, that's clear. And it's not Heat's fault, they faced against the best team in the NBA.
I’m not sure I’d give the Nuggets the title of the best defensive team, but they’re top 10 for sure. I think it’s their unorthodox offensive thanks to Jokic and unusually large athletic wings that set them apart. Having Jamal Murray as a scorer isn’t bad either. I think they’ll be the NBA champions this year and it’s highly likely that will happen on Monday. Denver might not be the top defensive team according to the stats but they are in the top 10. The offense of Denver is just too much to handle. The presence of Jokic is always a problem for the opposing teams. The Joker can dribble, pass, shoot three-pointers, and set plays. And with Denver having a healthy Jamal Murray and with some reinforcements like Gordon and KCP. Every action an opposing team does on Jokic has an opportunity cost. The only thing that Denver lacks is deep playoff experience which would've made it interesting if they faced Boston or Milwaukee in this finals. And with a championship ring, this team might be even more dangerous in the following years should they remain healthy. Of they basically remain in tact this team will compete for the chip for the next 5 years. They have a winning formula that can be repeated over and over. Having jokic on the floor eliminates of a lot of the possibility of long stretches of losses. Next years topics will be 3 things: can wemby play in the NBA to the same level, can anyone beat the Nuggets, and who and it can be anyone, will come out of the east. |

Honestly who knows. Short term I don't think it will crash hard but as this whole thing plays out they might take a turn for the worse. The US is a huge market for all of these exchanges. As you know Heat finished the regular season in 7th place in the Eastern Conference. As a result not many people including me were giving them a chance to have a run like this. Butler has done the biggest work in this time period by scoring a lot of points and carrying his team. He has become like Lakers' Lebron or Warriors' Curry.
Therefore Butler needs to be aware of the seriousness of the situation and do something.
I'm guilty about that as well because at first, I didn't have that much confidence towards the Heat especially in the first round where they faced the New York Knicks which they eventually defeated but in the second round, it was almost impossible for me to believe that they can defeat the #1 seed in the East which they did as well. But in the conference finals, that's when I have put my faith in them and it turns out profitable because they managed to eliminate the Celtics and almost swept them after having a 3-0 advantage. I doubted them through every series. Of the series I thought they could win was the Celtics one because they match up well against them. They got help with giannis getting hurt in game one. But this one might end up being a quick 5 game gentlemen sweep. I'm leaning hard on Denver all the way through. No answer for jokic. And if Murray is on forget it no chance. |

Everybody knows this is the last chance for Heat. If they lose this one I believe the series will be over in Game 5.
When Jokić and Murray play this good Heat need to do something extraordinary both on defense and offense. Hopefully we'll watch a good game tonight.
I agree, the Nuggets will not wait until the next game anymore just to win the whole series because Game 5 will be on their homecourt at Denver, and it is the perfect place to enjoy their first championship trophy. The Heat did a good run until they faced the Nuggets and unfortunately, this will be the Heat's final and last chance as I don't think too that they can still win it back and force another game to extend the series. If they will lose again at home, the chance that it might be the last game for them in their home court. Nuggets will do everything not to give Heat another chance to force and extend the series as winning their first title would be sweeter in front of their own crowd. Double-teaming Jokic will also open opportunities to the other Denver sharp shooters knowing how good the Serb is when it comes to capitalizing situations. The best way for Miami is to keep their defense high but at the same time, they need to shoot well. Miami had more attempts in game 3 which could have translated to victory if only they shoot well. My take is Denver will win later and then close the series in game 5 at home. Meanwhile, things are also getting interesting as free agency is coming up. Chris Paul is expected to get waived by Phoenix but there's also the chance that he will be traded. I agree they just met a team that is just flat better than them talent wise that they won't be able to overcome by sheer grit. Lots left to go on this series but it doesn't look good. There is no way they can go down 3-1 in this series if they want a chance so game 4 might end up being played out like a game 7 game. Should be a low scoring grind it out game. |

For this game 3, I will go with the Heat at +3.5, still at 1.90 so that is good enough for me.
And with that kind of almost 50/50 bet here, it just shows that this game should be very close and could be decided again in the last couple of minutes or even less than that.
I feel like a lot of money is hitting the +3.5 and man I hate to bet against a home team in the playoffs with them at home but I'm laying on the Nuggets. What percentage of your bankroll are using as your bet size. I read an article online before that 1% to 3% is the ideal for low risk gambling while 4% to 5% for aggressive gambling. I use the aggressive type bankroll management on most of my game because I’m always bored playing with minimum bets or low percentage of my bankroll because I knew that house edge will kill me long term.
Are using a fixed percentage on your bets or you are just betting random amount? Also do you deposit your total bankroll and just withdraw if you are on target profit or stop loss or you are just depositing exact amount of money for your gambling without extra.
For me it's all about feel and what I'm looking for that night. If I'm in an action mood I bet way over 5% of the roll. Especially if I'm only betting one or 2 games that night. I'm not disciplined enough to not chase sports bets lol. Anything under 5% to me is conservative that doesn't register as aggressive to me. Just because Miami won one doesn't mean that they will be great, just because Nuggets won one that doesn't mean they will be great neither. There is no "figured out" situation right now, it's a tie and not even 3-3, it's 1-1 yet and we yet to see a lot of games left. I do not think that any team will win 4-1, which means that we are going to see plenty more games.
Let's see how it will look by the end and I think it's quite important to remember that both of these teams reached to finals beating teams that beat all other teams so these are the best of this season and it would be very impossible to judge them based on 2 games or just their seeds. Betting is incredibly difficult when we are talking about just finals, it's always a big unknown what's going to happen.
Lets also not forget that these two teams are both Conference Finals contenders in the bubble. None of them got lucky, both did it the hard way and they might as well end it on that kind of tenacity. Both teams will not give up, I am sure about that. Miami Heat might be the underdog in the eyes of a lot of people but they showed how they should not be underestimated anymore. I think this will defend on whose fan will we be. I am a big fan of the Joker so I will stick with Denver Nuggets. When it comes to gambling, it will be different, if the spreads went up again in favor of the Miami Heat then I might be for them. I am not expecting a blowout game anymore with how the Heat played. They also showed their weapons and it was damn amazing. Honestly if Murray never blew out his knee they would have been top contenders for the last couple of years. The heat have been the most underrated team the last couple of years. They look terrible during the season then turn it on in the playoffs. They have no superstars (yeah I'm not buying Jimmy is a superstar) but are the epitome of a full team. Denver is set to win unless Miami can stay hot from beyond 3. If they aren't a 3 point threat it will be tough for them to spread the floor. |
