Alcaraz is simply too good for everybody else. When Đoković retires, he'll basically be a favorite in every Grand Slam he'll play for the foreseeable future.

I think he'll win against Đoković - he looked a lot more comfortable today.

Honestly I think I'm laying down on djokavich.  His time isn't over yet and think alcatraz might need to wait just a little longer to take over the men's tennis world.  Djokavich in 4 sets is what I'm laying down on, although I wouldn't be surprised with a clean sweep.

Can you please help with any Altcoins that coins that someone can invest on in this particular time.

Right now I'd dive right into polygon.  They have a real solid project.  It's fairly cheap in terms of all time high and have recently announced  a shift to POL to be able to verify multiple blockchains.  I think over the next 3-5 years polygon will be one of the top plays.  *shill over*
1083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin is more likely to be 100X on: July 13, 2023, 09:42:10 PM
I want to buy some coins, the current alternatives are ogn, ankr, celr, one, and dnt. all on Binance Exchange
Which coin's whale is stronger than other? More speculative value?
I suffered a heavy loss in the bear market, I want 100X

First off everyone wants a 100x opportunity right?  The only thing you have by asking this question is just a bunch of people shilling their coins.  Ypu aren't going to get anything constructive that will lead to a 100x opportunity.  Those happen by chance at first and then when greed jumps in and on the right coin you can hit something like that.  But don't count on it.  This is a marathon not a sprint.
1084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: July 13, 2023, 09:36:59 PM
Today they released the odds for the women's World Cup, for the first matches.
It's very difficult to find an even match, check it

The most balanced match will be Colombia vs Korea

It's incredible how it's different from men's world cup, look at the odds of Brazil, Germany, France, England, Spain and USA, all 1.03 or less
Maybe the way is to bet on goals in the group phase, and only in round of 16 bet in wins

Yeah the only way to bet the heavy favorites in women's soccer is by goals.  There is zero value in trying to bet them to win.  You basically win nothing and in an event of a draw by some miracle ypu end up getting crush.  Wait until the later rounds or bet goals you have it right that's the way to attack this tourny
1085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 13, 2023, 09:34:07 PM
Eubanks is no outsider in this match. He has shown through the win against Norrie and Tsitsipas that he has matured. Both wins have certainly given him a lot of confidence and he will definitely want to win this match.
Medvedev has reached the quarter-finals at Wimbledon for the first time in his career and has played convincingly so far.
I also expect this match to last more than 3 sets. I would only bet when the match is on and the performance can be seen.
I think Daniil Medvedev is the favourite in this game. In the previous round he beat Czech Jiri Legecky very quickly - 6:4, 6:2, after which Jiri refused to continue the fight. Medvedev saved his energy for this one.
Eubanks spent more energy to reach the quarter-finals. However, in physical terms, Christopher is hardly inferior to Daniil. But in my opinion Medvedev has a higher level of play.
Energy expenditure in the games before is not always that relevant when we are talking about professionals and the best players in the world. They know how to accelerate recovery and the timing of their games has to be very bad in order to have a significant negative impact on the next match. But sure Medvedev was the favorite, however when Eubanks can beat Tsitasipas after being down 1-2 sets, why should he not be able to also beat Medvedev and right now he is in the lead. It is difficult to play against these players nobody really noticed before and then they perform way beyond their own expectations. Sometimes they can seamlessly continue where the stopped the last game and sometimes they jus lose the next game easily expected. It doesn't to be the latter in this game between Medvedev and Eubanks. Tie break, what a nip and tuck!

Medvedev v Eubanks

This match was very close and interesting in the end. There was a certain time when I thought is not going to win this match. After the fourth set of the match, I actually thought that Eubanks is going to be the winner. I mean he had a genuine chance of winning. He just had thrown it away. But I also have to give credit to Medvedev. He performed really well in the last set.

In the next match, Medvedev is going to play in the semi-final stage of the tournament. It is still not decided who will be the opponent.

What we have seen between Eubanks and Medvedev was one of those games when experience comes into play and is the decisive advantage, even more so in a tie-break that could potentially end the game and eliminate the favorite. Eubanks showed his best tennis in the 2nd and 3rd set. Medvedev was done, he was game over. It is this picture that Eubanks also had in his mind, but it was too good to be true for him. Really, I believe he couldn't believe himself that he is close to beating the former world number 1 in Wimbledon and then his nerves were negatively triggered and he couldn't find a calm spot for himself again. It hit him so hard that he lost the 5th set as most people expected him to lose the game before it even began. A great match with an end that I wish should have been different Smiley

Yeah I'm not a huge tennis fan but I'm an overall fan of sports.  When I don't have a team or person I follow I'm all in on the underdogs.  Who doesn't like a good underdog run at a major tournament that wasn't exactly expected.  Kinda feel that one hurts more than getting wiped in straight sets.  So close to moving on it was right there.

Meanwhile, Victor Wembanyama just made a remark saying the NBA is less physical than his games in Europe.
We can't blame him for that since he hasn't experienced the real one yet but I'm pretty sure some US players who read that are going to get a piece of him. He's in for a rude awakening hehe.

Exactly, I’m starting to doubt him due to his recent opinion since Spurs is currently at the bottom of the standings. I wonder if he can play even a full quarter on NBA regular season especially against hard core big man like Giaanis, Jokic and Embiid. I'm sure that his hamstring will gonna ache much once he receive consecutive blows on a real physical game.

He even struggling on summer league. I think his comment is just to boost his morale since people is expecting a lot on him while he can't display a very dominant performance to carry his teammates.

Victor's comment sounds a bit cocky, considering he only played 2 games in the summer league. As I see it, summer league games and regular season games are completely different things, and it makes no sense to compare them. As for whether Victor can play against other big guys, I think he will have a hard time in the paint because guys like Jokic and Embiid weigh a lot more than Victor, and they will probably dominate him.

Honestly with the amount of press and attention he is getting you don't think the NBA bigs didn't read that?  Dude should keep his mouth shut he is playing in the summer league against fringe players who will be working construction during the season.  He doesn't think, that's how the NBA is does he?  Just wish Shaq was still in the league 😅

So basically mr v and his meth has buried all of gpu mining ⛏️ no real substantial coin for all those gpus.
Dead and gone for now!

The new project would really have to be huge or at least close to what Ethereum was, if the profitability is going to be meaningful. Imagine all the GPUs waiting out there for the next most profitable coin  Cheesy

Yeah eth switching killed that market.  But I'm not gonna lie once we enter another bull who knows.  It happens every culycle where we think a certain subset of mining gear is dead and then bam bull market and some new project comes along driving everyone to buy at insane prices again.  Maybe dead but who knows
1088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government's actions against crypto on: July 12, 2023, 09:52:41 PM
The US government and the cryptocurrency market are having a lot of ups and downs, and it seems like they're headed towards a very important conflict. This conflict will determine the fate of many people and companies involved in cryptocurrency. They might have to shut down or move to a different country.

It's a huge game of chicken.  No way does the united States want to lag behind in the tech sector.  The crypto sector is only growing and if you aremt on board you will be left behind.  Especially with the tense geopolitical pressure in the world today, any edge is a good one.  No clue why any country would fade crypto at this point.
1089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 12, 2023, 09:50:52 PM
Ja Morant's best friend Davonte Pack has been arrested.
An 18-year-old was assaulted at Ja Morant's house.
There has been no charge yet against Ja Morant.
Things haven't been going well for Ja Morant lately.

Even though it's not directly him, but rather his friends, it can still reflect poorly on him. He really needs to distance himself from that circle he's currently involved with because his future is at risk. At such a young age, he has the potential to earn much more than he currently does. He just needs to ensure that he sets a good example for others and makes positive choices for himself.

Exactly. He need to find other people to surround him because if that same circle will be with him in the next couple of years, he will not improve as a human being and his status of being an active NBA player will put to risks because his name will always be involved whenever he or his friends did commit something illegal. It will be very unfortunate if his future will be gone just because of his childish act, he need to pull himself together if he still wanted to play in the league for at least a decade.

I mean at a certain point I'm wondering where his parents are at, at this point.  Dude obviously has a lot of growing up to do and needs a positive role model to be around 24/7.  Not gonna lie its gonna be tough for him since that is all he seems to know.  He is risking it all but he wouldn't be the first nor last person to do that.  Sad.
1090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Betting Beginner’s Guide on: July 12, 2023, 09:48:55 PM
This really isn't an all encompassing guide to using crypto in gambling.  Trying to tell someone how to buy then how to use crypto in a couple paragraphs isn't going to do it.  If you don't know how to get butcoin that should be handled on its own entirely "how to" page.  Then once you have it and know how to send and receive a guide on crypto gambling might need an extensive "how to" behind that as well.  In short if you don't know how to even source bitcoin you aren't close yet to gambling with crypto.  Take your time.
1091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is more important for crypto users? on: July 12, 2023, 09:45:28 PM
Can you explain me why i need to learned gambling?

Simply put, here only millions of money are managed by asset owners, so where i have no money. In fact, i have ideas about gambling, but I don't have the ability to spend money there.

You don't need to learn gambling, and I don't understand what you are asking.  Why is it more important for crypto users?  And are you talking about actual gambling like risk based games or just by trading on exchanges.  Gambling with crypto in casinos is the same thing as gambling with fiat.  Find your game you like and have fun Smiley
1092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympic Games, but doping is allowed?! on: July 10, 2023, 09:22:57 PM
Might be exciting to watch but I personally don't like things that are not real, now when a person uses a pill to become more powerful and have enhanced abilities might be able to perform better but it would still not be original because everyone watching would already know that they have used performance-enhancing pills and that is the reason why they are performing well and the audience would never really appreciate the actual efforts they are making.

I also believe that organizations like the Guinness Book of World Records shouldn't count any record made in such games because it will be an injustice to those who have done it without taking any pills but completed the achievements all by themselves and have worked really hard to do it definitely.

I don't know if you are a baseball fan but nothing beat the time when Barry bonds, Mcguire and Sammy Sosa were hitting 500 foot shots every night lol.  Honestly it was fun to watch.  The problem is doping is a terrible thing to teach kids that it's "alright" first and foremost.  And the second is that even if this became a thing (which I'm assuming it's a joke) even then doping won't be the same for each person and advantages from one team over another will be present.  There is no way to make that the same level playing field.
1093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would you measure your success in Crypto currency on: July 10, 2023, 09:01:16 PM
Many said its absolutely a scam, pathetic and more. but crypto currency has favored to those who trusted on it, In terms of cross border payment, p2p and vice versa the domination of crypto is keep on increasing. In terms of investment people knew only Crude, stocks, bonds, stock market, gold etc...but this platform made a way ahead to make money harder and smarter, I know most of the government's are not favoring this but in upcoming years you will see the green signal for crypto as well.

I personally feel it has changed most of us in our life, In terms of technology and development we every one know the way we are heading towards web3, metaverse, defi are remarkable. All credits to development of bitcoin Smiley I am earning this from as well, I never thought I would make much descent money in this sector. share your success as well thankyou Cheesy

I think for the most part people will talk about there personal gains because most people aren't involved in any different crypto projects.  I can say one of my major successes with crypto though is not in how much I made but who along the way I have met due to crypto.  I have made some great irl friends that I might have otherwise not have known.  Time and relationships to me is much more important than money so even if I "crap out" it will not be a loss Smiley
1094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 10, 2023, 08:44:29 PM
We're not discussing whether Wemby will win a championship, as that's too high of an expectation. We're talking about whether Wemby will be able to perform as expected, like a genuine NBA star. I have doubts that he will even win the Rookie of the Year award. No disrespect intended, but I see some weaknesses in him that opposing teams could exploit, limiting his impact. It's important to remember that the summer league is very different from the regular season.
This season's draft is a blast. There were picks that are also good but people aren't noticing that because they're only focused on Wemby. That's okay because he's really noticeable but once the actual and regular season starts, this is gonna show on who's the best prospect that's been taken by a team. While we're also hoping for the best for this kid, he's still really that far from the typical player that we've been watching in the NBA so, I'd say that just give him time as he's still starting out and he's adjusting to the new setup and environment.

The actual season will force them all to show what they've got and what's really inside them, which will make them excel against one another.
We are focusing on Wemby, as he's our number one prospect.

Not comparing, but just supporting that statement about knowing all of them when they are already playing against the tough
players or teams inside the league.

We will see how they develop and how they will help the teams that sign them up.

I think before the season starts everyone is focused on the draft picks and how they do in these summer games because we don't have anything else to watch in tes of basketball.  Once the season starts and most of these draft picks will be bench players we won't be talking about them much.  Wemby, scoot and maybe a couple others because they will get a decent amount of playing time but other than that most of these guys will end up and afterthought mid season.
1095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: would you play more on casino when your country plans to ban BTC? on: July 10, 2023, 08:41:35 PM
I mean if you are gelling just gamble because you have no other option I don't think that's smart nor healthy for you.  I would accumulate and just wait to see what happens within your country.  I can't see crypto being banned long term anywhere otherwise your country will be financially left behind.  That's the best part of crypto is they can't control what you do with it so you might as well keep building your stack.
1096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 10, 2023, 07:10:56 PM

Regarding the hype, well Lebron didn't get his championship too in the first 8 years of his career. He even needs to fly to Miami Heat just to partner with Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh to claim that first ring of him.
The future is not written yet, there will be lots of improvements that will happen, and how I wish I could see the San Antonio Spurs being back on the map again as a playoff and championship contender. I bet Coach Pops will smile one more time once that happens.  Wink

I would agree, we really need to see how this kid will be in this year NBA season. As far as ROY, he will have to fight it out with this years draft class, but the number 2 pick from last year, Chet Holmgren. So it's going to be a tough competition ahead of him.

Of course, we have seen his weaknesses already, his body is not for banging in the whole 82 games. He will have to gain more muscles in his frame so that he will not be pushed by anyone, even smaller guys.

He bounce back though with 27 points with 12 rebounds in his 2nd game.

Agreed he is going to face a brutal season being a big man in the league.  You can make too much from the summer league both good or bad.  Most of those guys in that league won't even be on nba rosters come time for the season.  The kid will take time to bulk up to be able to handle some of the NBA bodies for 80+ games.  Hope the kid doesn't end up injured like most big men early on do.
1097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TrumpCoin - Making Crypto Great Again! on: July 09, 2023, 09:28:37 PM
I saw a tweet recently where Elon Musk make a poll asking the twitter community if they would want to see trump back on twitter. Perhaps if that eventually happens, the first thing Trump will tweet about is this shitcoin so it will pump 2000% and also make American great again.   Grin
Honestly I won't be surprise when suddenly this shitcoin will start pumping, crypto is full of the unexpected.

Why would trump who is trying to get his seat back in the white house finally come back to twitter only to tweet about this altcoin?  These coins and tokens are useless.  They rely on the popularity of something to make it pump.  Literally the definition of a pytlramid scheme.
1098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best altcoin to look out for on: July 09, 2023, 09:25:36 PM
The year 2022 ce with a lot of instability in the entire crypto market with some altcoins such as Solana losing their value by almost 70%. Even the worth of BTC and ETH also dropped drastically living many people confused and lost huge funds to this market instability (Bear market as it is called).
As a new trader I would like to know from our experts, the altcoins with good potentials in this 2023.

We are halfway through the year so I might be a little late to the game but I'm still looking for polygon/matic to make some moves once we get back into full bull mode.  I think it would be easier to tell you what not to get into (meme coins) than what to actually buy.  Steer clear of fads.

My dark horse for this season would be the Houston Rockets, I think they're looking like the real deal for a team filled with young stars, the addition of Dillion Brooks and Fred VanVleet will surely bring a new chemistry to the franchise, and the likes of Kevin Porter Jr, Jalen Green, Jabari Smith, Alperun and Eason had a good season despite Houston finishing as the 2nd worse team in the league.
An exciting team to watch for sure. I'm looking forward to how they will disrupt the West next season.

Definitely I agree with you. They made good reinforcements for the team. I believe they can do great things next season.
Alpere Şengün is my favorite player in Houston Rockets. Smiley

Team us still too young I think.  They ahoukd definitely get better but they are gonna go through a bunch of growing pains.  Not sure where they rank in terms of league age but they have to be one of the youngest.  Don't think they make they playoffs yet.
