I've gotten that a couple times, using Android Chrome (v 36.0). I don't think I've ever gotten it on the PC. No user scripts or other modifications or anything. It doesn't happen frequently enough that I remember the circumstances though.

Mod names and times are intentionally obfuscated in the public modlog/mod action pm's because who did what is largely irrelevant, and none of your business. Too often, when there is no issue with the action, people try to make an issue about the person. Possible to remove, yes. I can't though. Theymos can, send him a curt pm asking (he doesn't need to know your life story). If he doesn't after say... 3 days send again. PM's can slip through the cracks easily if you get a lot (I get at least a dozen daily and I can't personally deal with everything, a lot don't even require an admin, and I'm sure he gets more). If he still doesn't respond he probably doesn't care enough, or didn't have time to do it when you sent it. Could try offering to pay for his time, might move you up the queue, depends on how important it is to you.

I have been talking with the developer of MonetaryUnit ($MUE http://www.monetaryunit.org/launch/). I'd like to see an ANN thread for this coin, without inclusion of any giveaway obviously, appear again on BCT, for the further promotion and propagation of this coin and its community development. Yes I made a complete mess of my ANN by including an in thread giveaway - I was a noob (my first and only coin), that first ANN was deleted and the account banned, I was given no reason why, so I created another account, MonetaryUnit, did the ANN again, this time with no in thread giveaway (as a user had suggested that was probably the reason), and again, this was banned, and again with no communication or feedback.
Am I a criminal genius evil mastermind trying to scam the community? Clearly not.
I just want to help this coin grow, and this community is a vital part of that.
I think one of yours mods wrote something like "Moderation should be done in moderation" or something along those lines, so please, re-consider my ban and allow me to have my account Mue unbanned so I can continue to work on my MonetaryUnit project.

So maybe is it an error? I'm stuck at : You have reported 79 posts with 74% accuracy I doubt it. As BadBear said percentages move quickly when you have few reports and barely noticable when you have >1000 reports. IIRC hilariousandco is at >1900 reports probably more now. Lets assume 97.0000% of these are correct, thats 1843 correct and 57 not. In order to reach 97.5% (I assume thats when 98% will be shown) he would have to make 2223 total correct reports vs 57 bad. Thats 380 good reports without fail. For 79 posts with ~74.6835% assumed accuracy (59 good, 20 bad) you only need 1 good report (60/(60+20) = 75%) Thanks, I wanted to add the actual math to show just how far the spread can be but ...I''m bad at math (it's why I changed my major from comp sci). |

Math. The more reports you have overall, the larger the spread between percentage points. If reports were rounded off to 100ths, like 96.57% you would see it going up more often. Also could be getting some bad reports occasionally, probably won't be enough to drop your percentage visibly at this point so you wouldn't know.
Also, when you report something, it will immediately be added to your number of reports, however it won't factor into your percentage until dealt with by a moderator, and never will if the report remains in limbo (it happens).

I PM'd BadBear about this a couple months ago, and by the lack of his reply I'm assuming that he is uninterested in auditing his Trust list.

Its a confusing ass system. Sometimes I look at it and just kind of wonder how someone ended up with a certain feedback score, try and investigate, and just give up and declare it witchcraft.
