Maybe you could get a friend to help with the translation, I know for myself that I'd be afraid of helping with such a poor description because of the chance of problems. What you wrote above is hardly readable at all, unfortunately.

Dwolla's ACH turnover is 3-5 business days
if you can do it within 24 hours, 1% is pretty reasonable
+1

Yeah... even the two words in the logo are colored the same. You may have positive intentions, but I can guarantee you that your PayPal will get shut down very soon, and calling to "verify" people will do nothing for you. How do you know they aren't using a throw-away VOIP number, a fake ID, and a stolen PayPal account? At the very least, the first chargeback you get will freeze the PayPal account for a minimum of 180 days, and that will be the end.

So, we can expect the June issue to be delivered by June 16? He did, after all, promise timely deliveries once the first issue finally went to print!
Maybe he'll deliver the first and the second editions together.

Listen, NO ONE CARES, because it is just a one sided rant. Going public with this without letting MtGox tell their side of the story just shows how you cannot be trusted to run a competent business.
If you have any balls to speak of, you will give authorization to MtGox to reply with their side of the story, including any information that may be normally protected under their privacy policy.
Otherwise, I would recommend that you delete all postings related to this incident and stop digging your own grave.

MtGox is handling it properly and professionally. It is Goat who is turning this into the major whiney bitch-fest it has become, which is additionally suspicious.
I must add my +1 to this.

I would love to see a simple majority of U.S. Citizens for one year take their maximum exemptions on the W-4 and the next April they don’t send money but instead send a form letter simply stating, “Hey remember that No War For Oil thing – I meant it!”
That would give a whole new meaning to prison overcrowding. Trust the government to try it anyway.

The IRS does not tax "intangible religious benefits." Money donated to a church for which you are not compensated for in anything other than 'intangible religious benefits' is tax deductible.
So obviously the solution is to design a currency denominated in intangible religious benefits.
Prepaid sin cards, reloadable at the nearest place of worship?

If you work for McCool International, you are not allowed to give us your SSN or your real name. We operate on pseudonymns only. So, there will be no taxation. We have similar arrangements with our suppliers, and have a vertically integrated supply chain that is all operating pseudonymously without any reporting. Soon our inexepensive manufactured products will be available at black markets near you, and since we avoid all the bullshit middlemen and taxation we can certainly undercut the "lol abiding" (as we like to call them) competition.

Doesn't sound like Goat is trying to steal his own money. Sounds like Mt Gox are selectively holding onto funds without good reason and then using AML legislation (in which jurisdiction, Japan?) as an excuse to take their client's money.
There's no other way to look at it... Its common practice for wives/spouses to have access to joint accounts / business accounts. Trying to quote AML laws when working across multiple jurisdictions is a legal nightmare at best and instead of looking after their customers, Mt Gox is swallowing the cash up and then blaming AML.
Here in Australia, husbands and wives generally use a family trust when they want to share assets etc
The only recourse I can see is to sue Mt Gox in Japan and do it soon before they close up shop and the directors jump ship with all our money.
You must admit though, since his wife didn't have the same last name, it wasn't known that she was indeed his wife. Additionally, most any financial institution would regard several sudden payouts to several accounts with some suspicion.

- i very much agree with erik's wording suggestions (and personally, picked the vertical option).
- i agree with jeff about vetting clients' security/trustworthiness/buginess very carefully first.
- luke's version needs to be killed with fire reserved for more technical, wikipedia-type articles.
I think it would be great for augmenting the first page presented here. It could be behind a link such as "Click here for a comprehensive comparison of these clients". No reason to stick with only one or the other.

The machine I'm on now is a W7 machine that's running fine. I've updated, rolled back, changed drivers. I've added many programs over the life of it, updated many, uninstalled when needed. If you're installing/uninstalling programs as a daily occurrence, I have to wonder WTF you are doing.
I'll bet my hat that there is at least one annoyance or slowdown on your current machine that was not there within the first several months of installation, that you cannot for the life of you get rid of now. And yes, installing and uninstalling programs is a daily occurrence. Why is that unusual? When I am done with something, I don't like it laying around cluttering things up, so I remove it. If there's something that's slowing down my machine, I fix it. That doesn't mean I wipe the whole damn thing and start fresh. I bow to your impressive ability to fix any last annoyance that a machine can possibly contain, without exception. My time is valuable, and sometimes it is faster to start over than to research and fix obscure problems. Of course, I would be starting from a custom backup base with most fundamental programs already installed and activated.

made the batch file and it flashes the command prompt then it disapears, I cannot tell if it has started the single mining or not.
Tried UFAsoft's miner and could not figure out how to set the properties for it to mine. Anyone with code examples they could share would be a big BIG help!
Open a command prompt and call your batch file, then you will be able to see the error that is causing it to close, since the command window will stay open.

Yeah, I mean FTDI sorry! FDDI on the brain sometimes... gets conflated with FTDI Anyway ... I ran into that problem on one box, one time. I had to install the FTDI driver before the BFL unit would show up. They usually had no problems, but on a fresh install of Windows, it happened. Not sure what the catalyst was, but it solved the problem when I installed them. The reason is because the FTDI driver isn't packaged with Windows, but it is automatically downloaded from the Windows Update server when the device is detected. However, this auto-download is disabled by default on new Windows installs, and must be enabled so as to download driver updates.

Is Dwolla good? That and BTC are the only good ways for me to receive money right now, as my PayPal account is frozen because I'm not 18. A check would work too.
Will do. Let me know how much it is worth to you.
