I tried sending 0.005BTC and it warned me i would be forced to fork out a whole bitcent in order to have that transaction processed...i thought there were still lots of people mining choosing to not charge any transaction fees...

How about just sticking with BTC (and whatever symbol we finally agree on eventually) and using scientific notation? 1E-3BTC for 0.001, 1E-8BTC for one Satoshi etc

Great job reacting to the issue! (though people paranoid about Ty being dishonest and taking over the world if Deepbit is allowed to stay over 50% could think this thing was actually staged in order to boost public confidence and get over the big fifity more easilly..)

There is all sorts of things that can be done with disposed electronics, the market is there, though i dunno if it overlaps enough with Bitcoin users
