1786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Block chain question on: March 24, 2011, 01:13:18 AM
The size of the block chain is a bigger issue specially for people that can't afford faster connections and with devices significantly weaker than a desktop PC.

What are the policies of the hosting company that holds the forum and the tld registrar regarding the exchange and/or comerce of illegal stuff? Is there the risk the forum will be wipped or taken offline due to them noticing people are dealing with such things on the forum?

1791  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcard - an idea for fast transactions on the street on: March 23, 2011, 05:45:19 PM
I would expect that would cost them way more than debit cards, both initially and as the time goes by.
1792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcard - an idea for fast transactions on the street on: March 23, 2011, 05:26:04 PM
Just bumping it 'cause i corrected a few typos and adjusted the wordng here and there in the op.
1793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCards? on: March 22, 2011, 10:14:37 PM
How much does it cost to print your own money bills with enough forgery countermeasures for people to trust them and not be fooled easilly?
1794  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I need a company name (30 BTC to the winner) on: March 22, 2011, 09:24:11 PM

1795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Waste of time? (Stirring debate.) on: March 22, 2011, 09:18:16 PM

1796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCards? on: March 22, 2011, 09:16:04 PM
Please correct me if i'm wrong; i believe it can take anywhere from 10 minutes up to even 12 hours, perhaps even more, somtimes a block is exceptionally hard.
1797  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Waste of time? (Stirring debate.) on: March 22, 2011, 05:44:54 PM
(please ignore this post, i'm just adding the thread to my watchlist)
1798  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What would it take to 'bump' bitcoins to each other? on: March 22, 2011, 05:05:10 PM

1799  Other / Off-topic / Re: This game is very simple... [7.9899 BTC Reward] on: March 22, 2011, 04:32:11 PM
Btw, you probably should add a rule stating people can't post twice (or more) in a row, whoever posts the post just before the target can't win.
1800  Other / Off-topic / Re: This game is very simple... [7.9899 BTC Reward] on: March 22, 2011, 04:30:46 PM
Till we get close to the target post this isn't a competition but a colective effort towards a shared goal.
