1461  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ilang BTC kailangan nating I hold para sa future? on: July 14, 2019, 06:30:35 PM

Dapit may BTC0.0083 lang tayo na savings at least in a month. Kaya natin yan di ba?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/morgan-creek-ceo-says-every-investor-should-hold-some-bitcoin

1462  Local / Pamilihan / Re: BUYING 1000btc meron ba? on: July 14, 2019, 04:29:39 PM
Buying 1000 bitcoin, yung willing makipag face to face transaction with contract. Direct message me if you guys want.

That's a huge amount, equivalent to half a billion php price, even if there are Filipinos who own's that much BTC, I doubt he will want to reveal himself.

Right, most especially if the don't know if it is legit. Most people who enters cryptocurrency wants its feature of being anonymous kaya mahihirapan kang mkakikta or makakakuha nang mkikipag face to face..
1463  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Tresor Capital (legit or scam?) on: July 14, 2019, 04:19:54 PM

1464  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy takot paren sa crypto-investing? on: July 14, 2019, 09:43:24 AM
I think kung takot man is because of scammers and I also think hindi lang talaga nauuso. Most of the Filipinos kasi sumasabay lang kung ano ang sikat. But would you think yung sobrang mayayaman are still making Filipinos "mang-mang" para sila lang talaga ang nasa priviledged status and take advantage of the less fortunate?

Ka tingin ko dahil sa scammers at hindi wastong kaalaman patungkol sa crypto investment kasi karamihan sa mga pinoy ay iniisip na ang bitcoin as isang scam kasi mostly nakikita sa net or yung mga news tungkol sa pagamit ng bitcoin sa masasamang gawain, at tsaka minsan kahit e explain mo man ng maayos hindi talaga open minded and mga pinoy when it comes to online investing.
1465  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Anung plano mo pag bumaba/bumagsak ulit price ni bitcoin? on: July 14, 2019, 05:07:38 AM

Selling Bitcoin when its crashing eh hindi magandang ideya.

1466  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy takot paren sa crypto-investing? on: July 14, 2019, 02:14:41 AM

Nobody knows kung totoo to. Kung magtatanong kayo about kay Satoshi Nakamoto, you should ask yourself first. Kilala ko ba itong taong to? If hindi, then wag mo nang itanong lol.

1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think a "winning mindset" can get you what you want while gambling? on: July 13, 2019, 02:21:58 PM
Yes, I think the winning mentality "can get me whatever I want." It's a very important way to win the mentality of winning, it boosts the confidence of winning. If you do not have the mentality of winning, then there is a lot of potentials for you to lose that has a bad effect on gambling. And on the other hand, if you play gambling with a win-win mentality, then you are more confident to play with confidence. And your confidence in you makes a lot of contribution to winning.
Though it boost our self-confidence but still we need our luck in order to win.  Not really that bad if we loss cause not all the time we've been like that and would think that maybe next time will be our time.
Being in a state of winning mindset will help us to be strong and never lose our hope.
Having a positive mindset also will also improve of how will you handle your funds and how will you bet unlike losing you go batshit and you'll performing bad decision like doing YOLO.
but that doesn't make you win right? yeah I also believe that a positive mindset is important to stay in control. but having a mindset
to keep on winning is a bad thing, you also have to be prepared to lose, so you won't be surprised by the end result

Correct, having a positive mindset if good for you to maintain your sanity and so that you will not get stressed but the winning mindset, I don’t think its good because if you have a winning mindset you tend to be arrogant and super confident with yourself which I think is probe to making mistakes.
1469  Economy / Speculation / Re: Question of the day: What is your price prediction for bitcoin ? on: July 12, 2019, 04:26:32 PM
I predict Bitcoin to be $1,000,000 in August.

Exactly. Pointless, right? Because there's no way for me to guess the future price; and worse, I didn't even state any reason why I think that. Just like 99% of any other price prediction, ever.

Exactly, it seems that he is only guessing without basis or maybe he is trying to survey the people in the forum what they think will be the price of bitcoin in the coming days or months. But if i'm to predict, I really don't know, the price is very unstable but I think it still to far to reach $100k but who knows, we just have to wait and see.
1470  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What causes a person to become intensely addicted to gambling? on: July 12, 2019, 01:41:57 PM
actually simple, when you win a gamble, someone wants to come back again for a victory that is bigger than yesterday. if you lose, someone will come back again to take revenge for yesterday's defeat. both sides make people always think of going back to the gambling table, because of their own desires.

This is so true, that's the main reasons why a gambler will be addicted to gambling, if they will today they will comeback to increase there winnings not realizing they are getting addicted, losers on the other hand will really try to recover the losses because they can't accept the fact that they lose so it is more of people's greed taking over them which prevents them from thinking of the right thing to do.
1471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambler's way on: July 12, 2019, 01:25:41 PM
since bitcoin was introduced to me few years ago i've got this thing in mind
is gambling really about luck or can you beat the house using maths and probability?

well as for my i always YOLO bet a lot and sometimes it's working fine but most of the time it's not
i tried also using lowbets with strategy , mostly on dice autobetting, it seems fine but kinda boring, seems okay but it will bust in a time
so do you think gambling is about luck or you can beat the house with strat?

Gambling is not only about luck because there are a lot of games that you can play and it depends on what type of game you are playing. If you are playing roulette, dice and the likes then it is more on luck but if you do card games like poker then it is not purely luck because you can study and master how it works and you can use strategies to lessen your losses. On the other note, beating the house is very impossible, I know a lot of gamblers tried but no one succeeded, so better not to try to beat the house because you might just lose everything.
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does hard work in gambling count? on: July 12, 2019, 12:24:09 PM
The answer to your question depends entirely on what game we are talking about.

Hard work can absolutely pay off when the game isn't just pure chance. There are games against other players such as poker, where you can practice reading language as well as concealing your own, and learning when it is best to check, call, raise, bluff, fold, etc. Or games like blackjack where you can learn to card count and give yourself an edge over the house.

If you are talking about games that are pure chance - roulette, plinko, dice "busting" games, etc. then no, there is nothing you can do to improve your odds.

I totally agree, it depends on what game you are playing if you are into card games like poker then we can apply and relate hard work in poker in the sense that you will study and make good strategies to minimize losses and gain more wins or profits, if you really work hard in understanding the card game or poker then the higher chance of winning.
1473  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: July 12, 2019, 11:11:01 AM

This is like saying that people who lost everything in trading go into crime...I doubt this is the case.
Gambling owners can make the gambling environment decent and crime free if they want to. Some are probably encouraging that kind of environment to attract more gamblers.

Crime can be a side effect of gambling habits and can be done outside the gambling environment. Even though casino owners can make a decent and crime-free gambling environment, it's only a view from one angle. Because bad gamblers can commit crimes in other environments and bring the money into the casino.

I agree, well it is true that gambling owners can make the casino environment decent and crime free but once the gambler go out of the casino there is a possibility they can commit crime and I think it is already out of the control of the casino because it is already outside their premises. But we don’t know for sure some maybe going crime inside the premises.
1474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling destitute on: July 11, 2019, 02:46:44 AM
Yes, gambling can make man destitute at any time. Gambling is just for fun only. Gambling is not a way to make money. I know many people play gambling to earn money. But it should not be done at all. Gambling will have to play for fun. Humor pressure can never be taken if you lose in gambling. Remember gambling is just a simple game that is fun to play. Never invest more money in gambling. If you invest a lot more in gambling then you can be destitute.

Thank you

Gambling is not as simple as you think it is. You may think that it should be played just for fun but the reality here is, it's not. There are lots of professional gamblers whos doing gambling for a living.

Right, it is not as simple as you think, it is easy to say it is simple and it is for fun but in reality, it is more than that. Yes gambling is supposed to be for fun but it is also a good way to earn money that is why some consider it a profession. It is important in gambling that one must be able to control themselves from greed.
1475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What importance is kyc In gambling section on: July 09, 2019, 10:41:33 PM
I know that it is important to know our customers, even in casinos, it is better if you are the owner and you know your customers, that will get you more since you are nice to them. But in online gambling, I don't think we should be needing one. I mean one of the reasons why people are using these crypto currencies are to keep their identities from being known, they want to be anonymous. I know that there are reasons for these but I will go with a gambling site without KYC since I want to gamble anonymously, it is the reason I want to use crypto currency.
I agree. The reason why i love to gamble using cryptocurrency is its idea of being anonymous from your co-players especially in online gambling. I understand that KYC is just for security measures but i still think that this procedure is not really essential as it gives more hassles on the part of the gamblers.

Right, being anonymous is the main reason why gamblers use cryptocurrency, they take care of their personal that much that they become skeptical when a site is asking KYC, also aside from that, KYC tends to become more complicated at times and it may ask you to send it over and over, for me, I don't really like KYC because it ask personal information and it isn't that friendly.
1476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What 🛠are the advantages 🔝of playing poker💵 on: July 09, 2019, 10:21:41 PM
Playing free poker tournaments will be easy if you don't meet experienced opponents. One has to build his knowledge on playing poker to excel in gambling sites.  Poker tracker is a great recommendation though.  I will also like to know about ways to genome a pro in poker.

Right, playing free poker tournaments is not much of a challenge because you don't get to face experienced poker players but with you played on series of them I think you might already have a strategy in playing one you can try it out on the true poker gambling site to test if it going to work, I prefer playing on the gambling sites because you got to face different players.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [OVER 75% WIN RATE] MORTY BETS - PROFFESIONAL BETTING TIPS on: July 09, 2019, 07:18:54 AM
It's just normal for us to doubt and be skeptic about this OP. Paying for 'tips' from people we don't really know. We're just making sure if it's legit or not. I think you should provide more proof or credentials for us to believe.

Right, I think it is normal for us to be skeptical and doubt something that is too good to be true. For me, it nice that someone is sharing tips in gambling or betting but I would rather just do it myself and find out what are the best strategies for myself because not all tips or strategies will work to all people, some strategy may not work to other people it is better if you learn things your own.
1478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most unusual games you played in a crypto casino? on: July 08, 2019, 11:22:21 PM
Well,  don't thinks there's any unusual game in crypto casino, the games in crypto casinos like slots, dice, card game and the likes seems usual or normal to me, theres nothing unusual in them. Perhaps you are talking about unusual games or betting sites, in my case I haven't encountered something weird yet but while reading here mice race catch my attention, I didn't know there is such thing for mice race.
1479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is parlay an effective betting strategy? on: July 08, 2019, 11:55:51 AM
Well, parlay bet is not recommended to me. I believed that parlay bets are base on games skill, that's the reason why for me this is not recommended because of an increase variance and high risk. The fact is the house has a greater edge with Parlay bets rather than the single-game bets. Indeed, gamblers tempted to bet with parlay because of having better rewards but the truth is far appeared by the increase in risk.
Well, I rather choose single bets wagers because you might defend on luck.

Parlay is good because it  can give you big winnings but it is too risky as well because if the odds is not inyour favor there is a chance that you will lose everything, and knowing it is gambling so the longer you lay in parlay the harder you'll win so I don't bet parlay.
1480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: July 08, 2019, 07:30:11 AM
I'll place a small bet on Thurman. I like underdogs Grin.

Much better mate, who knows he'll defeat the defending champion pacman. Time can tell on this match whose to bet with, but what's important with Thurman is he shouldn't be much aggressive. Pacman is intelligent boxer which do counter punches. Being challenger it must be studied deeply before engaging.

As far as I know Manny Pacquiao is an aggresive boxer. With his speed, he is more of a puncher than a counter puncher. I don't know how Thurman plays but if he will be aggresive, he would be exchanging with lightning fast punches from Pacquiao. If he's not ready with that, we can witness a knockout. I guess they will be observing some of his fights from Morales to Broner. His style might not be that of Mayweather since that style really makes Pacquaio aggresive that led Mayweather to throw clean punches at him.

He sure is an aggressive boxer with strong punches and speed, he might be old but I think he still has the moves that will surely surprise Thurman. I think this match will be very challenging to both since they all have there own weakness but I will still vouch for Manny no matter what.
