1501  Economy / Speculation / Re: 3 Reasons Why Bitcoin Could Explode over 2019 on: July 05, 2019, 05:52:37 AM
I'm not quite sure that these financial groups are aiming to help bitcoin grow in any way; the growth of bitcoin if anything hurts the influence these institutions have. If anything, they'll try to manipulate the price and seek to have their own trading bots go at it. seeing as how bitcoin is fairly more volatile as an asset compared to most stocks, they stand to make a pretty large amount if they are able to assert any control over the price.

They probably aren't, but they probably realize it's inevitable anyway, which is why they're going to enter in the first place. Either way, the end result is the same: more money in the market, and a more bullish case for investors.

Right, the increasing adoption of bitcoin and being considered a digital gold means bitcoin is here to stay and for financial institutions to survive they have to adopt it. For me, bitcoin will have a massive increase these year considering that it is still half way through the year and bitcoin price is now at a five digit mark, corrections are always there but I guess $20,000 price of bitcoin will be very possible to happen.
1502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao Stands as Underdog vs Thurman — Sportsbooks on: July 05, 2019, 02:15:54 AM
snipped...

I think one strong advantage of Pacquiao is his true dedication to this boxing sports. If you will check his interviews, you can feel that he is still a humble person despite all the riches he has. Unlike Moneyweather, he flaunts all his riches, posting photos counting money and all his material possessions. Maybe, that's the reason why I like this boxer, his humbleness and his passion towards this sports.
That really he is since from the start, people loves Manny because he remains from what he is.
Thurman is one of those big mouth boxers, yet he proves something but it is too far from how Manny is shown to us. Keeping himself humble and his passion for boxing sports has actually built a strong reputation even though if he loses against Thurman.

Very well, Manny is Manny for god sake he had a lot of fights already and been winning in most of them so I will surely vouch for Manny, Thurman maybe strong at his age but I don’t think he has what it takes to defeat Manny Pacquiao. Aside from that despite being well known and successful in boxing he keeps his feet on the ground that is why Manny is loved by many regardless if he won or not.
1503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From Janitor to Millionaire on: July 05, 2019, 12:13:11 AM
This was on the news this week on our local television. A man named Vito Halasan was won a 7M canadian dollars in a draw. He is already on late 50's and is currently working as a janitor and buy lottery tickets for the hope to have a better life. I dont think that this man is lucky but i consider him blessed. They say that gambling isnt the answer to poverty but this man becomes an exception knowing he deserved to won and i know its really for him.

“I buy lottery tickets so I can dream. I dream of being able to take care of my kids and make their future better. Now we’ll be able to buy a nice house for my children and grandchildren,” -  Vito Halasan

In every rule, there is an exception but we also should not compare his life to us. The universe wants to make him win because of some particular reasons. If you devote your money and time with gambling, you will end up with a life completely opposite to him. Hardwork and dedication is really the key.

Here's the link for complete article:
https://news.mb.com.ph/2019/05/29/filipino-janitor-wins-7-million-jackpot-in-canadian-lottery/

I think there was no celestial involvement to particularly pick this man (even if he deserved it) or any other higher order but rather pure chance and he just got what we call "lucky". I suppose after buying lottery tickets for what was a few decades ago a lifetime by the odds are relatively probably that  you'd end up getting something in return. In his case, he just got damn lucky and good for him. Though, I do not think this is an example people should use as the outcome is very probabilistic.

I don’t believe in superficial or celestial thing, there is no such thing as celestial involvement the guy is just lucky that he won the jackpot. It is inspiring to know that someone with this status in life was lucky to win the jackpot and that he spend it wisely unlike other who spend it lavishly until nothing left.
1504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you play online casino? if Yes... on: July 04, 2019, 07:31:53 PM
If you are following my previous post,  you can clearly see i think that the online casino industry can increase the number of bitcoin user, however i still wondering what the casinos should do to optimize their offers, so the players take the next step and move from traditional to crypto casinos.
Better support and Payouts is what my concern is,those two are the most important aspects for me to the casino site increases players and gamblers

Potential bigger wins.

I mostly use Fortune Jack and they tick off all the other options.

LOL I believe you are the user of fortunejack. Hens definitely you will suggest this site only as the best casino site. If you want to show some of your good profit means we will be happy to see it.  Wink
I choose casino because of fastest payment.
But not all casino brings fastest payments lol, specially when you hit a huge win because some of them will desperate requires KYC and other things just to hold your wins

Right, the process tends to get complicated after winning a huge amount, its either they are doing the KYC just to ensure no fraud will happen and that the recipient is the person he is saying to be or they just wanted to delay the payment until the gambler gets tired, who knows.
1505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: July 04, 2019, 07:06:11 PM
3 to 5 hours ? Wow its kinda bit long  for a gambljng session . i cant imagine how do you sustain yourself to stay in the game  .  may i know how small you bet every round ? Too much small bets does not make sense to me at all because your only wasting your time and you cant earn sufficient income  . when i play i bet half or full of my balance so that i can earn or loose instantly  .

For some, that time is already a long time but there is a lot of gamblers out there that that time is not even enough to play. I am talking about the lovers of gambling, I can say lovers or maybe addicted to it. I think it is like gamers, 3-5 hours is not enough for them for grinding and finishing games, their normal game time is like 8-10 hours a day.
That is not a normal gambler played 8-10 hours per day, maybe that is a gambling addict that makes gambling as a source of income for them. Lol, lovers in gambling and gambling addict were the same and play almost the whole day. For me, the purpose of gambling is to relieve my stress from whole day work when I am at home and gamble 1-3 hours until I am asleep. Win or lose, I already accepted with regarding that matter.
Right, 8-10 hours a day is too much already it is not only gonna affect your holdings but as well as you health, I even read here that a gambler played 13 hours and died. Gambling should only for fun like maybe 1-3 hours just to get entertained, don’t play too much because too much will kill you.
1506  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: July 04, 2019, 06:48:55 PM
because bitcoin prices dropped as a result no new rich people arrived suddenly. . . on the contrary, many people go bankrupt because they suffer losses ... haha haahaa
This thred proves that prices of Bitcoin will never fall to the level that people can make no profit from it.just wait for your turn to become more rich don't follow others or you will lose.

Right, the price may go down a few hundred or thousand dollars but most of the time investors had profit already or they can hold it a little longer and wait for the price to spike up again because based on previous bitcoin price after a fall it will always go up, bitcoin has find its way to go up no matter what so there will still be rich people despite of the bitcoin going down.
1507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for bitcoin holders, after falling price now Bitcoin Surges above 12% on: July 04, 2019, 06:37:44 PM
It was happend several times during this year after uptrend there was slightly decrease for the price and some of people consider this is not more than corrections price because after that the price can bounce back and i do agree with the post above me i think that was good time to bought more bitcoin

I agree, I think it is already considered a norm in bitcoins price, whenever we see pump in the price then we can also expect a correction after so we can expect a dump, good thing the correction isn’t that much unlike before and I think it will remain on the $9k mark for quite sometime.
1508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people bought Bitcoin because of you? on: July 04, 2019, 11:21:42 AM
Awww i gave the knowledge  about bitcoin to many peoples.. But unfortunately  no one will join the bitcoin.. they don't  trust  on bitcoin.. so i left all those...

Same here, I did spread the knowledge I have for bitcoins to my friends and family but unfortunately, most of them don't trust bitcoin that much, they even ask if it is really legit business or investment, even after providing facts they still decided not to invest because they find it very risky, despite this I still want to provide awareness of bitcoin to others and hopefully help them become successful in crypto.

1510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig W. only claims to be Satoshi, because he knows the real Satoshi is dead? on: July 04, 2019, 11:05:06 AM
The way people fight over this matter, man, I wonder if the world will go into explosion if they don’t come up with the person behind that name: Satoshi Nakamoto. Now someone has decided to claim he’s the real SN, and people are still doubting. Infact the real thing is this: nobody is Satoshi Nakamoto, it’s just a code name (as in a username).

Right, actually a lot has been coming out claiming they are Satoshi Nakamoto but people is doubting them all that is why the debate of who Satoshi Nakamoto is always on the run, I think this will be a never ending debate. It could be that's like a group of people collaboration and all wanted to take credits that is why they are coming out but who knows, for me it doesn't really matter because bitcoin survived without Satoshi coming out into the light.
1511  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless Economy: Is Society ready for transformation? on: July 04, 2019, 07:54:05 AM
Cashless India, the Digital India programme is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. “Faceless, Paperless, Cashless” is one of the professed roles of Digital India.
Lets discuss!!

"Toiletless", "Paperless", "Flushless" would be far better.
When you have more people drowning each year than people using cryptos you, as a government, should really start to learn what to prioritize.

No offense to the people from India but this is a normal reaction when you hear that countries that are unable to solve basic health and education problems are spending money trying to accelerate things that should come normally if the market is ready and if not would be just a budget hole eating funds after funds.

One of those programs (that should have started in 2016) says something about close to 900 million $ spent on "service centers"...probably money well spent.

Exactly, how can they make cashless economy successful when most people in India aren't that educated. They can't even solve poverty in the country and now they are trying to pursue a cashless economy which I think will only be a failure. Having a cashless economy needs internet connection and all people are required to have a bank account and I don't think all people in India have bank accounts and I read in an article that internet in rural areas are very slow so I guess it's just a waste of time pushing something that isn't for everybody.
1512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FreeBitco.in Auto Free Roll Collector on: July 04, 2019, 03:51:08 AM
Assuming that you did all correctly and without any malware in the script I think many people will like it.As a caution to anyone that wants to try this script always try these things in a virtual machine as you can create snapshots which are kinda like save states and you can revert back without any harm if the script is not made correctly.

I agree, before using any plugins or bots make sure to be very cautious and better to try it out somewhere else to check is there's any malware. Or better if you can make one on your own in that way you can guarantee safety since it is your own work. Installing plugins can be very risky so don't just download and install anything.
1513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Psychological Technique - Play without Pressure on: July 04, 2019, 02:31:18 AM
Playing without pressure? This is only applicable for those people who do completely playing without minding on losing their money on the first place yet they are just seeking out for pleasure.

Right, playing without pressure only applies to those who don't have issues with money or should I say those who have excess money that they don't know where to spend it to so they decided to gamble, but for those who gamble to make money, playing without pressure is very hard because you worry too much, like what if I lose, how am I going to recover the money if I lose, something like that, with all these in mind they become pressured and sometimes make reckless decisions. This technique could be good for the gambler not to feel stress but only a few practice it that is why most gamblers get addicted and at the same time broke.
1514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Royal ramble in the casino on: July 04, 2019, 02:11:00 AM
That is one of the reasons why I prefer to play online rather than physically going to a casino to play there.I am the kind of person who like privacy and quietness when gambling, also I don't like smoke, drugs or gambling addicts like the person in this story description.

Everytime I read these kind of stories I become more and more convinced that online gambling is better.
Its better, but in real casinos are very interesting and you can really experience, if you compare in online casinos. Royal gamble will happen if the gamblers are not control their emotion, especially if they losing money at the moment and it is difficult for them to recover their losses.

But everyone has our own comfort, for me, if I choose to do regular gambling, I would also choose online casino than a regular casino due to the reasons stated by swogerino. You are safe and you can be private in an online casino, especially now that in crypto casinos, you are not required to pass the KYC.

Right, it still depends on the gambler if he prefers online casino or regular casino, I do agree that online casino is safer when in comes to your winnings because it is only online unlike if you go to a regular casino and if you are lucky and you won big time there's a chance you'll get robbed as what I have read before here in the forum as well so I believe online casino is better.
1515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: July 04, 2019, 01:28:09 AM
Being addictive to gambling is probably the worse kind of condition you can possibly have, it will ruin everything in you, your family, your relationship your financial, you are left with nothing, and your health will deteriorate, you are living a zombie if nobody helps you to overcome it, that is government set up an intervention for people like this.
I think that is an excessive consequence because gambling addicts are not as bad as you might think, I'm sure wise gambling addicts can still control their emotions and may only be bad for themselves and will not involve other people in their addictions in gambling.

That is if they can still think wiser once greed takes over them, no matter how wise and smart you are if you don't know to control your greed then you can become stupid when it comes to your decisions and actions. Addiction may it be gambling or other addiction is all bad not only to our health but to our family since they will hurt seeing a family member suffering from addiction. Better not enter in gambling if you can't control yourself.
1516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Justin Bieber VS Steve-O - UFC Fight on: July 03, 2019, 03:11:16 PM
Who else he (Bieber) is going to fight with? Last time I heard he was challenging Tom Cruise LOL
Has he faced Cruise or yet to face before this fight with Steve?

Right, but I think it was just a joke but he really didn't mean to fight Tom Cruise but base on what I read Tom said no to the challenge of Beiber so they didn't get a chance to fight. Now, base on what I understood Steve is the one challenging Beiber I just don't know if it is something serious but i'm curious if Beiber will accept it.
1517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The time of seriousness is disappearing on: July 03, 2019, 03:00:11 PM
I suggest you don't listen to only limited experts in the market, if you are bullish, you would appreciate more bullish news and prediction but what I learned in my journey here thus far, experts are wrong most of the time especially when they are giving a very high or very low price prediction.

Right, experts always make predictions here and there and most of the time it didn't come true, don't base your decision in mere predictions without you analyzing it yourself because you might just lose, some predictions may be right but I guess 90% is just bluff so better do your own research and analysis.
1518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: SUMO WRESTLING is it entertaining? on: July 02, 2019, 09:33:42 AM
Can we integrate it to blockchain and betting platforms?

I think it has to make it to major sports news first before it can be considered by betting platforms. At the moment, I really do not see it that popular.
Well, the local betting market for Sumo wrestling is high enough. I remember watching a documentary about the millionaires who got rich by betting on Sumo wrestlers. Maybe if local betting sites target the sport, people can bet on it but I don't see that happening due to gambling restrictions in those countries.

Well yeah, it is part of Japan's culture, it is Japan's national sport so it is not a question that local betting is high enough and some may get rich from that but I think it is not a common to other countries to bet on SUMO wrestling because not all don't find it interesting and only a few from other countries who are watching SUMO wrestling.
1519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: July 02, 2019, 05:19:16 AM
Gambling is an addiction, once they get addicted then it would be difficult for them not to gambling even a single day. If not treated in time, it can have dire consequences.

"Gambling" is a recreational activity or hobby and it is not equivalent to addiction. But gambling addiction can be a serious issue for many of the individuals who get involved in gambling. But addiction can happen with a lot many activities and not just gambling. It can happen to smokers, alcoholics, and even to fitness buffs. We need to separate recreational gambling from gambling addiction. It is the responsibility of the gambler to make sure that he doesn't fall in to the trap of gambling addiction.

Any type of addiction is not good. Once someone become addicted into something it slowly destroys not just  physically but also mentally and socially. It's not that easy to quit on addiction so if someone can't control himself it's better to seek someone professional to treat him.

This is very true, any addiction will only make things worst to addicted gamblers, I think aside from professional help, a strong support from family and friends would also be necessary to help the gambler overcome addiction and it will serve as his motivation to quit completely.
1520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Royal ramble in the casino on: July 02, 2019, 03:24:30 AM
He probably wasn't an addict. I think addicts won't be shocked at that point in time because they gamble for fun. I also believe most addicts would gamble with experience as they already know the right way to gamble.
He most likely was a new gambler who was naiive, reckless and greedy.

Not all addicts play for fun so this can also happen to addicts most especially those who are playing to recover the losses or those who are gambling to make money. On the other hand, I do agree that most addicts knows the right way to gamble it's just that when greed takeover them they can't think straight, they can become naive and reckless at times.
