1481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC procedure in online casinos does more good than bad or the other way around? on: July 08, 2019, 07:09:50 AM
I think many don't want KYC on gambling because of personal detail its sounds not safe to be known the details of gamblers, and some KYC need more time to approve so, they don't want to wait and they dont want a hassle thing will happened.
Most of these KYC accepting gambling platform's are not just going to deraile your sincere submission of your KYC but will eventually sell out your KYC, which is more reason gamblers online avoid them by all means because they cannot be trusted for a second. Personally I wouldn't gamble on a platform that require KYC before deposit or after deposit.

I don't think all cannot be trusted it's just that it is very risky because the site can be hacked, so if the sites system will be hacked then they can get the information for KYC which scammer can use to scam other people, that is why most gamblers don't like KYC. Though it is good for added security but it has risk of being exposed if the site security isn't that strong.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: July 08, 2019, 06:48:42 AM

I think kyc is important but the problem can cine from scam sites or sites who not have a good security and documents to be shared with 3rd parties, but if huge amount of money are put on a casino if they have a rule to ask kyc they will ask it.

Why should it matter if a huge amount of money is put, or a small amount? You have to understand the whole concept of KYC is because of compliance with laws of anti money laundering and to prevent other sort of criminal activity like terrorist funding.

I saw a documentary once about how the bombs were funded in some parts of the world, tiny tiny amounts were sent from 100s of different sources, all flowing to the same organization. And this way they were not tracked because it was tiny amounts.

Right, they normally do it in tiny amounts not to get attention from banks because if they do it in big amount surely they will be investigated. For me, KYC is good because it will serve as an added security not only for the players but for the owners as well.
1483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling vs. "leveraged" trading on: July 08, 2019, 05:17:54 AM
I found it pretty much same, tried leverage trading for first time yesterday, made some cents with 10x leverage then went all in at 100x leverage ($11, in case you are wondering) and lost it all.

I agree, you can consider leverage trading as gambling because you gamble by borrowing money to increase your funds but in leverage trading it isn’t about luck, it is about making the right decision or predictions based on facts and historical data to succeed unlike gambling which is more on luck.
1484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a strategy in Mine games on: July 08, 2019, 01:04:39 AM
I am also enjoying mine games at first but everytime I doubled and set a higher bet amount I always tap and caught up by the bomb. I am being influenced by a certain gambling user who are lucky because she (yes a girl) won at mines games and bought a new motorcycle from it. I hope there are also strategy for that game aside from the pure luck. Lol

I think that’s how it gambling works, it is good at first but the longer you play and once you increase the bet you’ll lose. I’m also a fan of mine games but it can be frustrating when you are at the climax of your the game and you’ll lose all of a sudden.
1485  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Paano mo ipapaliwanag? on: July 07, 2019, 06:07:27 PM

1486  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ilang BTC kailangan nating I hold para sa future? on: July 07, 2019, 05:55:05 PM

Dapit may BTC0.0083 lang tayo na savings at least in a month. Kaya natin yan di ba?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/morgan-creek-ceo-says-every-investor-should-hold-some-bitcoin

1488  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Pinoy takot paren sa crypto-investing? on: July 07, 2019, 04:56:25 PM

1489  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Be careful of asking Non collateral loans outside the local on: July 07, 2019, 04:35:04 PM

1490  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [DISCUSSION] Paano Makatulong Sa Pagpigil ng Bitcoin/Crypto Investment Scams? on: July 07, 2019, 03:54:53 PM

1491  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Trading with bitcoin - Different stages of emotion on: July 07, 2019, 02:09:31 AM

1492  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Anung plano mo pag bumaba/bumagsak ulit price ni bitcoin? on: July 06, 2019, 06:00:34 PM
Just as title says. Whats your plan incase unti-unting bumaba/bumagsak price ni bitcoin?
change to fiat na? Pag oo, panu mo ito gagawin? mukhang napaka unreliable ni coins.ph pagka ganito.

In my case, hindi pa din ako mag switch to fiat, I will probably buy some bitcoins again kasi kahit naman na bumababa man ang price ng bitcoin ngayon eh palagi naman na nag bounce back plan ko bumuli kung sakaling bumaba  pa talaga ang presyo at e hold ko until mkabawi naman si bitcoin at mag spike up ulit ang presyo nya.
1493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your most weird betting experience? on: July 06, 2019, 01:21:38 AM
Probably the one that stands out most is the time this super obnoxious prick was trolling everyone, then got rekt by a straight flush vs three aces Cheesy
Very common behavior on poker yet there are people who do became too confident with their hands and then suddenly flopped down when they do saw others card which is
better than them.I haven't experience to be one of those boastful player but I do see numbers on these kind of instances which are actually funny and I do just laugh silently on what they have done.

Right, and I don’t know but I find it very entertaining to see arrogant gamblers who are too confident but in the end loses.  Cheesy Well, in my case I haven’t experience anything yet because I don’t gamble to much but the most common that I noticed when a player is celebrating even before the game ends thinking he is gonna win for sure but when the cards are revealed, there is someone who has better card.
1494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to safely store big amounts of BTC? on: July 05, 2019, 11:51:55 AM
In my case, I store my BTC in hardware wallet as well, I believe there are a lot of good hardware wallet to where you can store you coins it depends on what works on you. In my opinion, don’t store them in just one wallet because as what you have said what if the wallet will be gone so you can divide it and store them in different hardware wallets just make sure to choose the best one there is, ledger being one of them - it has good reviews and it’s safer.
1495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency In The Gambling Industry: All You Need To Know About Bitcoin on: July 05, 2019, 10:41:08 AM
Very well, those are good insights you have there though it is a very long topic and I believe not all would take time to read it. Anyways, indeed gambling in cryptocurrencies is becoming more and more popular to gamblers due to multiple reasons, one is anonymity, gamblers wanted to gamble anonymously, another is it is safer and secure when you gamble cryptocurrency its because of blockchain being unhackable and most importantly transactions don’t take so much time to process.
1496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The past, present and future of Bitcoin? on: July 05, 2019, 10:08:51 AM
at present bitcoin is 11200 dollar but in future it will exceed 20000 dollar.many country accepting it and many country will accept it in future.bitcoin future is bright

I just hope it will indeed exceed the $20,000 mark, bitcoin is now back at 11,200 after the correction and we can’t really predict the next step of the price. Some people say the market is becoming bearish again but I think it will still rise up, we just started July and we still have few months left this year, I hope the bull run will really take place this year.
1497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: July 05, 2019, 08:52:51 AM
Perhaps today the requirement to provide passport information in some online casinos is only a struggle against gambling underage players.  In all other aspects I see no reason for such demands.  But if we are talking about minority, then in reality parents should control their children and restrict their access to the Internet to resources for which access to minors is prohibited.  It turns out that due to minors, the rights of adults who want to remain anonymous are violated.
Been the case I guess, it's should be the parents obligation to protect the kids online, having good restrictions will not allow then to easily access the online gambling house, but  most of the time it's just an excuse since site can work without this procedures same with existing site that already providing services without KYC.

Parents can't really protect their children on the internet.

It is the internet, even if a site has a KYC, there are more sites that has no KYC. They may restrict a site but there will be a lot more. That will be hard that is why parents should just raise their children well that they will not be addicted nor addicted to gambling.

Right, children right now are into gadgets, youtube and internet and a variety of gambling sites are present in the internet and most of them don’t have KYC so there is still a chance children will came across them, it is very important for parents to regulated their children and guide them with regards to the the sites in the internet, parents shouldn’t leave their child unattended while using the internet for them to be guided accordingly.
1498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why I am so frustrated with bitcoin on: July 05, 2019, 08:30:44 AM
you cant blame bitcoin. they use bitcoin because it more valuable and full of hope than other altcoin. if i have one, i will accept like they do.
if you have some store or anything else, you can make decision about which altcoin you used to make payment.

Right, especially now that bitcoin is becoming bullish thus people will choose bitcoin over other altcoins, I know it can be frustrating that with bitcoins continuous success other altcoins are left behind which isn’t generating profits to investors so I would suggest you invest more in bitcoin and you can either hold the altcoin if there is a chance it will rise or you can use it as a payment or what not.
1499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese Media Is All Praises For Bitcoin on: July 05, 2019, 06:42:42 AM
I would not greatly happy this news, as this may be an isolated case. In addition, China is a state with rigid censorship and the attitude to cryptocurrency on the part of the state is not very positive. Media in general is not worth much trust. When bitcoin fell, almost everyone wrote that cryptocurrency is a scam, that they are not secured and because of them many people lost their money, but as soon as bitcoin began to grow again, it suddenly became the hope of the future, breakthrough technologies and opportunities protect yourself from inflation and stress in the global financial market.

I agree, not all media are worthy of trust because if not all then most of them tend to omit some parts of the news to make it look like it is something not to worry about and sadly, media plays a big role in the awareness of people. Also based on previous articles that I read China’s feedback to bitcoin isn’t that good in majority of the state so I don’t think it is something that we should be happy about.
1500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: INFOGRAPHIC: Most Common Sports Betting Terms Every Beginner Should Know on: July 05, 2019, 06:13:50 AM
Very useful for me, I seldom gamble, I only do it if I have free time so I don’t get a chance to know all those terms, honestly, I don’t know most of the terms mentioned above so it’s good this has been published to help people like me to be familiar with those terms.
