1141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you value Bitcoin ? on: October 28, 2017, 04:10:04 AM
As Dollar is the most common currency in the world and most use it to find the fair price of a product it's normal that we value Bitcoin in comparasion with Dollar. I do this and next I multiply how much my local currency prices for dollar, then I can see how much of money I have in BTCs.
1142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can you avoid to be scammed by hyip investment of bitcoins? on: October 28, 2017, 02:07:54 AM
First step to avoid scams is - don't invest in anything that looks suspicious and don't invest if something looks too good to be true. Also go to "investor based games" board and look at all examples of how scam looks like.

Second step to avoid of being scammed by someone is: don't listen to people who are saying this:
You cannot avoid being scammed but there are websites that monitors profitable hyip. Some may even last for years in terms of integrity and profitability. Not all HYIP are scams. But never join facebook groups that begs for your Bitcoin. They are beggars.
Sure they are. Research HYIP. It is ponzi which means it is scam.

Research Bitcoins. They all say it is a scam. It is a ponzi scheme. But is it?Huh
Excuse me, but how is bitcoin ponzi?
Who gave you that silly idea?
I did my research about bitcoins, i am not sure to who you are referring when you say "they all say it is a scam". Who are they?

Don't try to sweep it under the rug. Your argument failed. People have been saying that Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme for eight years now. But is it really a ponzi scheme? Ergo are all HYIP a ponzi scheme?

I think they are the same, Ponzies and HYIPs.

But some people say HYIPs could be "legit" because scheme's owners are doing real business while the Ponzi scheme just shares the investment among other investors, there isn't business, only a share from newer to older members until the pyramid crashes. HYIP would be a very profitable legit business, but that isn't the reality... As everyone said, better to stay away.
1143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use Social Media for Bitcoin on: October 28, 2017, 01:16:54 AM
seems this is experience use social media for bitcoin, it's great and I like, but I have not yet experience, because I still newbie, haha LOL  Grin

Since everybody is connected with the internet all the time promoting bitcoin through social media can go a very long way. Recently I saw on facebook that they have some clips about bitcoin, and there are a lot of possitve comments, I hope they will post more about bitcoin.

Social media can be good or bad for promoting bitcoin because some people only promotes their scam to lure people that wants easy money and this is the bad side. Now, some people are promoting bitcoin and it's benefits if we use it. I see a lot of bitcoin related pages that get many likes especially in facebook. There are a lot of facebook users and sharing a video or just a post related to bitcoin will get engagement even if you are a crypto or non crypto users. I think social media is a good help for bitcoin to reach a wider audience or to get many users to involve.
Yes, thank you for letting us know the bad points of social media for bitcoin,
Bitcoin also has dead spots, when used by scammers for fraudulent schemes such as hyip, MLM

That is a negative point, but not so hard to avoid scammers like that at Social Medias. It's not everyone on Social Medias that you should trust, especially Facebook that is full of scammers of all kinds. They fake everything: Videos, images, Blockchain account's info, informations about their personal life, etc. Some years ago it was much worse, now people are more aware about the risks. Try to build a trust network on Social Media, don't fool people and they will trust you back.
1144  Economy / Economics / Re: The human brain is not ready to deal with exponential growth on: October 27, 2017, 08:47:09 PM
This guy just got the wrong prediction... It's easy to say now how dumb were those people who didn't believe Bitcoin as we have the past and the present to compare the situations, but on that time how could the guy have sure about something improbable that couldn't happen? That was the reality on that time.

It's like to speculate now about the price in 5 years. Some people will be right and others will be wrong or maybe no one will be right...  Cheesy
1145  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is it possible to use bitcoin like offline currency? on: October 27, 2017, 07:48:41 PM
Bitcoin needs internet to survive. But someone could create a business which sell physical coins for BTCs. Example: You give me 1 BTC and I give you physical coins worthing 1 BTC to spend "offline", but first this feature should be supported by several stores to have effect... Maybe governments can create this feature in the future.

Any tricks available in gambling to won the bet?
i dont think if this is a trick but you can do this follow my strategy in primedice and stake i always raise low bitcoin then if i lose again atleast 3 times i will triple the raise then again if i lose i double or triple again in again if i lose like 5 times then i stop after i lose or win in that i always stop

In gambling you have to learn your own strategies to decrease the loss percentage.I also don't know any trick in gambling if any available anyone can win game and can become rich easily. If you know any trick don't reveal it to anyone.Best of luck.

The only trick I know is luck. If you are able to keep it for a long time nothing can beat you.  Wink
There are some different configurations to set, but as I see until here none of them worked. You can start betting low like 1 satoshi with high or low chance of winning and increase many or few percents on loss and it won't change much... You can start betting high few times a day with high chance winning and after some days it won't work anymore...
1147  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: October 27, 2017, 04:13:55 PM
1. Do not invest your own money

Since most businesses are risky, seek partners. So, if things do not go all the way, you will not go bankrupt because of the start-up funds, and not pursued debt.

In other words: If something goes wrong with the business burn other's money and preserve yourself from a loss... I would avoid this kind of partner at all costs...

2. Work hard

If you are not willing to work hard, overtime, forget personal gain and health, then entrepreneurship is not for you. At first, you definitely will not be able to pay employees, even if the employees are cheap. So, your employees are your own.

I think more important than hard work is strategy and management. If you know how to manage it well you will find the smartest way to do business and will avoid a lot of desnecessary hard work.

3. Use the latest technology

New technologies such as software and data storage with small companies are able to compete with large companies. Take advantage of low cost technologies on the market.

It's always good to be updated about the lastest news to know the technologies and the best methods to do business, however over physical business it doesn't have much effect. But it's an important advice anyway.

4. Respect the time

Rate the money in your time, for example Rp20 thousand per hour. This will help when you have to make a decision: If a store charges Rp10 thousand for shipping every week, and it takes you 2 hours to go to the store itself, then pay for the postage from the company, because it is cheaper.

Don't know exactly what it means.

5. Realistic

When creating a business model, look around and look for a successful example of the business model you want, then learn. If you can not find, whether you are an incredible genius, or your business model will not work in the real world.

To do this we can look through the internet searching for successful examples and if possible, some hints too. If there is someone reliable, it's good to ask this person about more details and to clear the doubts about the subject.

6. Sell excess, not price

You start a business, you are naturally frustrated marketing it. But, if you compete on the price, you will end up selling at barely or even under capital. Master the skills of communicating with customers, to explain that your product price is higher because it has a better value

It depends your target public. There are people who prefers quantity instead of quality, others prefer quality. Focus on the right public. If you want to sell quality explain your product is more expensive telling the positive differentials compared to the competitors.

Bitcoin gambling is very popular online, but can we use our BTCs to gamble at land based casinos?

With BTCs I'm not sure if it's already possible, but with this Crypto-Currency it's possible: CRC.

1150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Leaving Other Digital Coins in the Dust - What's your opinion? on: October 27, 2017, 02:32:25 PM
Bitcoin was always ahead, it's true, but I think the article focus on this title because the advantage of BTC over AltCoins increased more recently and it's more evident. There is always some people thinking one or another AltCoin can surpass Bitcoin and become the main one of Crypto-World, but when BTCs power is too evident like now it's hard to believe in such things.
1151  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Speedup Faucet Dogecoin - 3 to 3.5 Dogecoin - 5 Minutes on: October 27, 2017, 03:44:36 AM
I can't claim, captcha keeps showing: "Wow~ monster eats the image".

If keep getting the message just refresh the page once then should be allright.

Now it's working fine. Good reward... I like DOGE faucets, but most of them offers less than 1 DOGE per claim, on your faucet we can get 2 DOGEs every 5 minutes, good one (at least I got 2 DOGEs per claim, not 3 as the title says).

One short-link, fast to claim, thank you for this reward with option to ask for direct payment via FaucetHub.io, the best micro payment system.

1153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? on: October 27, 2017, 12:52:05 AM
I have never lost time involving into gambling, but lost good sum of money in gambling. People have difference in opinion, because some losing in gambling consider it to be an wasting of their time. I never consider it in similar manner, just spend on gambling and expect the outcome. The winning and losing doesn't have any correlation with time.
Very wise my friend! Gambling is a useless act. It does not really return anything beneficial. Above that, it wastes our precious time also. Time is money and we must spend that time in some more useful and productive task. I don't condemn gamblers but they must have limits for their own safety.

I think there are no limits for gamblers. These are just story words. Actually every human is greedy, for money and for many other things. Particularly if money is concerned, then you can go to any level of rise and fall to get money.

So is the case with gambling, you are so true, that gambling is just a useless act and it is all about wasting your energy and money.
Maybe it is not right to say that every human is greedy for all individuals are created in such different way by attitude, characters and its view and vision towards life, like gamblers they all have different reason some take it for fun and pleasure and some are looking towards the profit of winning.
I will support your stance because every human being is a masterpiece of God and we all are different for each other. Yeah but what you can say is that majority of the gamblers is greedy and they gamble just for money. They are not concerned about fun, they are main aim is to make maximum money in short time. Gambling is going to be fun for those who have more than enough money and want to spend it.

That is their mistake. Gambling isn't a game to make profit, otherwise it would be a job, especially casino games. People see this like an opportunity to double, triple their money without effort and to continue doing it on a daily basis until they become rich. Gambling isn't a game to become rich, it's a game for rich people have fun... And it becomes worse when people are losing their work/school time to gamble, it can generate nasty consequences in real life.
1154  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Dark use of Bitcoin on: October 27, 2017, 12:13:13 AM
No, I'm not used to buy illegal stuff with Bitcoin. Bitcoin has another purposes for me. Nowadays, it's better to use fiat to buy most things as Bitcoin isn't accepted on most places where people are used to buy things and Bitcoin is a valuable currency that is gaining too much power these days, so I don't think it's a smart idea to use Bitcoins now, better to hold maximum as possible to enjoy the benefits from its price.

But it depends how and why you are using Bitcoins. For some people it's an investment, for others it's a full income source... On this second case Bitcoin is needed for almost things people need to buy, when not buying with BTC directly, exchanging into fiat first.
1155  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 26, 2017, 10:48:21 PM
Please help me understand where freebitco takes a lot of funds(hundreds of bitcoins) to pay its users every day since there aren't banners on pages Huh

Dice game income, mining income... There are many people who uses the site depositing money to play Dice game and most of these people lose their money playing like at any other casino. I think this is the main income from FreeBitco.in, but only Myfe or wetsuit can confirm it exactly.  Wink
1156  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Which kind of sites brings the most referrals? on: October 26, 2017, 02:46:35 PM
The sites that bring referrals the most are those who offers better rewards, that is the reality. What means cloud minings (which aren't cloud minings, but Scam schemes) are more showy. I have seen people with more than 200 referrals on scam sites, 200 referrals gotten in few days... Anyway, everyone was scammed in the end, so don't do this, people will trust you once and then never more.

PTC sites are hard to refer people, it was a hype when there wasn't Bitcoin, a common method to earn money online many years ago. People aren't interest on it very much. Faucets depending how you advertise it can generate some satoshis profit, but not too much.
1157  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 26, 2017, 03:24:01 AM
i'am earn 0.5 Btc every month

0.5BTC? dude, you are either kidding or you have a million referals, 3000$ is not a low ammount.....

Yes he seems to make a joke, he should show us a valid evidence if he really earns 0.5btc every month from this site. Even if he is a big gambler, there will be time to lose because there is no ways to always win. But if he earn it from referrals, so he should have very active whales as his referral.

The only two possibilities of this statement be true are if he has lots of referral spending a lot of time and money on the site or if he has 166.7 Bitcoins on his balance generating 0.01667 BTC daily profit, total of 0.5 BTC monthly... Or his referrals are investing high on this site too.  Cheesy

For earlier adopters this isn't too much money. Using FreeBitco.in since 2013 and never cashing out or gambling should have given a lot of advantage these days.
1158  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: October 26, 2017, 02:35:16 AM
Man that's a bad idea, before you invest make sure that you have an emergency fund. You will never know what will happen in the future. If you have a job and have health plan then if iwere in your shoes i will probably invest about 60% - 80% of that amount and keep the remaining as an emergency fund. Also ask your self how long are you willing to wait for the profit.

I agree, an emergency fund in fiat is needed. We never know when we will need money from our savings for something important in our lifes, especially when we talk about health and as Crypto-Currency is unpredictable, you can have some losses on the middle of way when investing in Bitcoins, Litecoin, Ethereum, if a depreciation in price happens and you need money for any reason at same time, you will have to cashout some money to cover your expenses and on this case, you will have financial losses... Anyway, his configuration investment between Bitcoin and AltCoins are good in my opinion.
1159  Economy / Speculation / Re: Was Bitcoin Gold a Good Idea? on: October 26, 2017, 01:22:16 AM
Well, Bitcoin will continue ruling the world of Crypto-Currency, BTG will be distributed for free among Bitcoin holders. There is nothing wrong with this, no one is being scammed, the important here is that you will keep your Bitcoins and will receive extra free money, Bitcoin Gold. We are already receiving free coins and people are complaining about its price? Lol, better than nothing... It's surely a good idea, it won't destabilize Bitcoin and will give us extra profit.
1160  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why do we keep converting bitcoin back to dollars ? on: October 26, 2017, 12:50:56 AM
I convert BTCs to fiat because sometimes I need money in real life, or I need to lend money for someone near me that is in need. It's not a good choice, because I would like to keep the money in BTCs to grow its value on long term, but life is unpredictable and money is needed suddenly. Also, if I have some idea about business in real life I need the BTCs exchanged into fiat to start the project.
