2341  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: November 05, 2021, 05:05:19 AM
Wondering how much chances I can increase if I buy golden ticket everyday. Will it increase my chance of winning the lambo. The cost involved in it is huge I know but the returns are also amazing. Or it puts me in second thought of buying the lottery tickets instead, since I would be able to grab more of them as compared to the golden one. 1:500 1:2500 ratio I believe if we calculate as per cost. 500 2500 sats for GT and 1 sat for LT. Edite: Just noticed currently the cost is 0.00025000 BTC for GT. Dam thats costly now.

Moreover, has anyone done anything like this before and how was your experience in that process?
2342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Necessary reminder: watch out for $5 wrench attacks on: November 05, 2021, 03:41:15 AM
Well in my country if you got robbed for the coins then no one will simply care and there wont be any police case because there is no jurisdiction as far as I know for the coins. The first thing policeman will ask is how did you get those coins. Lolz.

Moreover even if I loge a FIR, it will take decades of time to solve my case and by the time the robber would have fled to some other country living his life on shores with good beer in his hand.

So by nature only we are told how to be way careful with your stuff even when you are traveling by bus or train here. So yeah, exposing the wealth over social media is the last thing I would do. The country: India Grin

Thanks for the reminder. Thats really important one.
2343  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are trading platforms useful? on: November 04, 2021, 07:16:31 AM
Trading platform is just the stage where you can play the whole thing of buy and sell. Now a days most of the platforms are equipped with data and chart view analyser. Without this they are almost next to incomplete.

However, I would urge one important thing here, having stage does not mean you can play the music of your choice. You still need great deal of knowledge to plot and read the theories that are built using those chart data’s. It’s simply process of calculating the outcomes based on technical and fundamental inputs.

So your friend will still need to learn how to work around them so that they can benefit from it.
2344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful with the hype on: November 04, 2021, 05:35:11 AM
We have had several hyped coins and token lately and many have been a victim of hyped projects that ended up crashing in not long after attaining a very little profit margin. Been extremely careful with how we go about our analysis will help save a lot. Just wondering why developers would come up with nice projects only to crash after a short while keeping investors in losses.

Very simple, its all about $$$ at the end so you can't expect any good project to develop further once they fulfil their dreams. Lolz. We live in the era where peeps are behind the money rather than they are in developing some good stuff. Gone those days when we used to see some excellent projects who really cared about the services and products than the money. They knew very well if they follow the roadmap then investors will come to them and not the other way around.

Today, they invest heavily on social media campaigns, other marketing strategies and later once they are in the profit then they will fly away.

In fact I also see one dangerous result of this. Peeps have started to double cross them by investing carefully, once they made the profits they will pull out all the investment. Due to this reason such projects go down the sink very carefully.
2345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETHEREUM: THE RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN GAS FEES on: November 04, 2021, 03:30:19 AM
Another hard complaint about the ETH. Not good at all and we are in 2021 year end. If ETH team does not work on the 2.0 at the earliest then ETH is gonna be messy place for real. This much amount in fees is crazy, I would literally shake to spend 24 bucks on the transaction fees alone considering its fiat conversion is huge in my local currency. I don't understand why they did not take the good step when ETH was on the verge of bursting out to high levels (2017 may be??).

These little forks won't do much if they have not already. Kinda started to feel that peeps might be literally holding all the coins because they do not want to spend too much gas fees and thats why the prices are hiking. (Due to holding effect). Lolz.

a project which will help us keep the data on spreadsheet
Have you seen this attempt? Or just Ninjastic Space? It may save you some time.

Thanks for the heads up.

I saw both of them. Mine is way simpler and organised I think as compared to the first one published by mdayonliner and not sure if second one is really about ownership and stuff.
I think I will still work on it, will publish the whole work to you guys and let me know what you guys think!

Great to see the first thread, I think it will help me to enter the data way faster since it is arranged in alphabetical order. But surely its complicated to update and publish in the thread all the time. So will make my attempt and let me know what you think.   Grin

Also I love doing such stuff so I am all okay if at the end it goes off the record.  Cheesy

I am going to enter the data which is already published in this thread (may be some or may be all of it), this will help to understand how easy it is by my methodology. Lets just hope you guys will love it.

Quoted and "verified with electrum".

However, after seeing this thread I have started working on a project which will help us keep the data on spreadsheet along with more proofs uploading options.
Am I correct to assume that it'd extract the information [signed messages + verifications] from this thread and just lists them on a spreadsheet [probably as a link]?
- I'm sorry to sound rude, but I don't think such a thing is needed.

Thank you for verification.

& regarding your response:

No man you are not rude at all. Suggestions are always welcomed when working on some important stuff.

Actually I was preparing a form where users will submit the signed message, profile links, additional proofs if any which will get collected in the excel. Since this will be automatic process it will have time stamp and date of submission too. For the part of verification it will be done by me and few trusted members of the forum. Sheet will have history track on so there wont be any chance of interference with the same.

On top of this we can have additional signed messages submission process to showcase the ownership of account.

Well, I will literally make it anyways, if forum members like it then its well and good, if they don't we will make it history post.  Smiley

2349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the effects of the G20 Summit on the Crypto Ecosystem on: November 03, 2021, 03:31:40 AM
I am very happy that we are discussing how G20 is going to fight against the carbon emission motto and reduce it for the sake of Green Earth. What I dont understand is, why bitcoin should be targeted in all of this?

I mean the whole banking system, its server, its back up server (all around the globe), Giant IT companies (Visit India, they are in acres with thousands of IT peeps under one roof) working 24 x 7 in shifts and what not. Imagine how much electricity they are using? Does any one speak about how much indirect carbon emission they are doing?

I am 100% sure that small to mid scale mining farm use less energy than a acre spread IT company using electricity for its Servers, PC's, AirConditioning Units, Lights etc.

It's complete non sense to target something that you can't control. OR may be its being targeted because you can't control it.
2350  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Making profit with a bubble on: November 02, 2021, 03:58:49 PM
We can't be sure until the year 2140 pops in and the last bit is mined by the miners. The bubble will surely last until then we are safe or either most of us will be buried and burnt somewhere at the corner of morgue. Lolz. So lets think about the current cycle may be for next 40 years on an average we all be trading it. Until then I dont see any problem. May be most of the countries would have supported the bitcoin legally, may be by this time StarLink is active and we are able to send and receive the bitcoin from every corner of the world. May be this will increase the bitcoin value enormously and its already trading at 1 bitcoin equal to hundred thousand USD or more. There are multi-bubble theories for this. I would say lets focus on the current times and keep gaining as much profits we could!
2351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Verified Information - Missed Opportunities on: November 02, 2021, 10:31:02 AM
Started very first investment in 2017 after complete understanding of bitcoin and its regulation in my country. The good thing was, I was all set to buy good amount of coins and also work for them on the forum too or collect them by any means possible from other works around the internet.

The bad thing was our Government was producing shitty Bills of Crypto currency where suddenly they accepted it and suddenly they also maliciously changed to banned status. This made me very very cautious about my investments. Bought some on local bitcoin at the rate of 1400-2k at the start of 2017.

But never had guts to hold them because of regulations changing in my country all the time.

So missed great deal of opportunity to become millionaire today.
2352  Economy / Economics / Re: Getting things off your list. on: November 02, 2021, 10:22:22 AM
That's such a broad "advice" that it could mean multiple things.

If you meant that just buy that thing asap just to get it done with, then prooobably not a good idea.

On the other hand, if you meant buy that thing if you already have enough savings for a rainy day, that your finances are already managed really well, and that you've already done your monthly DCA investment, then probably; sure.

I think what he meant is real simple buy the things which you need, wait for your turn to buy those things which are way expensive for ya at this time. I think it’s okay to be like this if we are on medium scale wagers and has a family to look after. I have observed my parents who are chief wage earners would always go after the dreams of rest of family rather than theirs. Their priority is always grocery and food, important stuff required to run the house like fuel, different bills, etc. I think that’s what it is, you don’t overspend on unwanted things.
2353  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daytrading vs Holding on: October 31, 2021, 04:46:30 PM
Holding is best to me than day trading because day trading looks risky than holding. That why they say patience is a virtue, exercising patience is the only thing that one does in holding, you wait untill your projects yeields good result before you sell it,while in day trading, you buy when it's low and sell it when it high within hours, but it's quite risky, you can lose your money in less than no time.
I have the same opinion as you. Daily trading can maximize profits, but the level of risk is high, we need to analyze the indicators and make decisions in a short time. For holding, of course, there will still be risks, but we will have enough time to choose the right cryptos, make reasonable decisions and plans.

It's not just a risk, it's like giving away your money to others to play on your own grounds. Day trading shall be done by those who know for sure what it is, how the technical stuff works, needs extensive knowledge of the trading patterns, candle sticks and must have forward extinct to predict the future of the coin. In case of long term holding you get plenty of the time to predict the future and you can also take in between profits, decisions based on the current judgments over the performance of the coin/project. I think it's pretty straight to put forth your thoughts on the coins which are long lasting with better roadmaps. So for me, day trading is like onlye sometime and on the selected coins which I have studied in-depth. Mostly these are altcoins with high volatility and also higher volumes of trading per 24 hours.
2354  Economy / Economics / Re: Valour Launches World's First Fee-Free Bitcoin Exchange Traded Product (ETP) on: October 31, 2021, 11:57:13 AM
Excellent but I’m not sure if this instrument will be available to trade globally? I mean this would be by means of trading platform so in the end it has to be international one I guess?

Or will it be still available through normal crypto exchanges who also offers the real world trading instrument ?

Can anyone also shed some light on difference between ETF and ETP. Just the alternate terms or they hold the bigger meaning in themselves.
2355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest issue with Bitcoin wallets? on: October 31, 2021, 05:12:16 AM
1. What are the features that you feel that are sorely missing?

I am using three wallets for now. This includes mycelium, electrum and nano ledger.
For all of them or any other wallet out there I see one major challenge or feature that is missing -> Offline Transactions. Traditional banking apps who needs internet to synch the data and validate the data before confirming a transaction. Unlike that, crypto wallets has additional benefits of blockchain where the Tx gets confirmed after miner validates it once it is broadcasted to the chain and picked up by miners. When we have a wallet installed in our phone they usually synch up the latest blockchain data and work in series of data packs received and sent.

I believe that crypto wallets should be able to send the money even when its not connected to the interenet. They can add the feature in wallet which will help embed the broadcasted transaction hash on the phone its itself and get "temporary confirmation". The receiver address should gain the coins in their wallet by means of NFC, IR, Bluetooth to synch up this hash and make the coins available in their wallet.

Once any of the mobile phone is connected to the interent then wallet shall be able to synch this data with the parent blockchain and get the "permanent confirmation" about that Tx.

Obviously this will have many technical issues but what I have mentioned an issue and an imaginary solution to it as per my thoughts.
May be developers could have solution on this in near future, but with the blockchain tech I believe it should have been invented already.

2. What are your biggest issues with specific wallets you're using, or with BTC/cryptocurrency wallets as a whole?

Well I have no other complaints with the wallets. All I am concern about the connectivity which they have given us. No network means the app is useless.
At least they should be able to add the feature where I can synch the data between my mobile version and desktop versions too. Read above to understand this.  Smiley

3. What's your favourite wallet and why? Is it the user interface / user experience, colours, specific functionality, habit, perceived trustworthiness, something else?

Mycelium is great one for me. Idk, may be this is the wallet where it all started for me. Obviously the ease of use is way better than other wallets. I can easily bump the fees, tx if not broadcasted or got stuck. I get to have HD wallet and regular wallets which I can segregate as per my needs. Good feature mostly not seen with other wallets. The fee structure can be chosen as per your speed. They have unique differentiation of fees, like low priority to highest priority. Recently I have seen lowered fees in the mycelium as compared to others.

4. What changes would you like to see with the wallet(s) that you're using?

Ability to notify the incoming and outgoing transaction in the notification bar is not available for the ledger and mycelium if the app is closed. Or in case of ledger you need to have it plugged in to see the notifications.

Also, they dont have the quick smart apps on the Apple watch. For example, Raven Core has their smart watch app to where you can quickly see the upcoming transaction and also check the balances. This is missing for others I believe.

2356  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't lose your profit unnecessarily on: October 31, 2021, 03:19:44 AM
[...]
What way do you take your profit ?

Or you feel the regained profit is same profit that you lost  Huh Roll Eyes

The way I take profit is by calculating how much I have actually lost down the pit. Meaning, I will not go for the next profit because logically you are not profiting unless and until you recover your lost investment. The trade goes very simple: If you had x trade going on and at the same time you also have y trade on going but meanwhile you lost the investment and gotten (y + profit) - x = On going trade. In this case, y must be in profit otherwise you will straight away end up as (y - x) = - ( y - x) ~ If unsold and ( y - x) = 0 (If portfolio is sold already).

This means you already lost the bet. If not sold, then you should always rely on the y + profit and must not introduce any other investment z which I call as extra burden to be recovered. You are in positive only if your  y + ( profit = x value). This is the simplest way to tackle this just dont add that z until you are clear off all the bets.
2357  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: October 31, 2021, 02:30:08 AM
Cricket Betting at FreeBitco.in - T20 World Cup Is in Full Swing!

The T20 World Cup is underway and it has been a spectacle so far! There have been some exciting moments - from upsets to drubbings - and FreeBitco.in is covering all the action on our Betting page.

Bet on T20 World Cup matches and win BTC! Let's take a look at some upcoming matches:

31st October - India vs New Zealand
1st November - England vs Sri Lanka
2nd November - South Africa vs Bangladesh
[...]

Was looking forward to see this one. I think I missed earlier match of Ind Vs Pak, or. not sure if it was even included in the betting since the betting has been published 30th oct and match held way before that.

So let us see, India vs NZ, I am pretty sure odds are in the India's ball court after they lost their first match itself and now including all rounder Hardik Pandya in the upcoming games. The performance of this guy is damaging to the opponents. For Eng vs SL, I think SL has less chance of winning considering the history of both the teams. SA vs BA, obviously SA players are way stronger batsman and fielders as compared to the bangladesh. I am pretty sure this match is just warm up match for the South africans and they will win it for sure.

Does anyone got the chance to look after the stats and got some opinion? Would love to hear from your guys too.
2358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia doesn't wants its citizens earning with cryptos on: October 30, 2021, 05:01:37 PM
I hardly see this as a problem for the russian peeps or may be peeps at any corner of the world. By now, btc has reached every corner of the world (directly/ indirectly) due to it's nature. Being on the blockchain has given it deep routed existence which no government in the world can change. In fact most of them are just banning the crypto by means of stopping its purchase through their bank accounts directly. There are million more ways to get into the crypto. You have cash, you exchange it with the foreign nationals and they will transfer the crypto to you pseudo anonymously over blockchain. Work done properly! I seriously think it is a problem for them. Even in my country peeps are using p2p platform on daily basis. The p2p even surpassed the local government by registering its domain to the foreign land with its offices off shore thus no local government can interfere with them. Since all the work is over the internet they hardly get hampered by local authorities. So tell me something new about it, bitcoin is inevitable its gonna reach everywhere.
2359  Economy / Economics / Financial Stability - Get yourself non ending economic circle. on: October 30, 2021, 04:33:49 AM
This morning, I was reading a book on "Good Economics for Hard Times", written by two MIT professors Abhijit V. Banerjee and Esther Duflo.
I am not reading it in-depth however were looking over few chunks out of it.

It made me think about my daily routine, how I see things in financial perspective. If you see yourself and analyse by each hour, day, or monthly basis in terms of your expenses then you get know how slow earner we are and how expensive we are.

Obviously by now I have understood one thing in my life, you need multiple income sources to have all that you always dream!

I know very well you can live a low budget life too. For example someone might just argue, you need only single stable income. True. BUT, as you go on in your life, you start to experience big burden of expenses piling up on your shoulder. Whether it is commute expense, fuel, daily food, dates with your wife, school expenses of kids, their wishes, birthdays, car loans, home EMI, personal world tours and non ending stuff you name it. Things will always be boomerang and they will sometimes go ahead of your income.

This will never end up in financial stability, rather it will just keep you up to date with your 9 to 5 job, a small circle, with broken dreams and stuff.

So, a thought cam in; you need that Non-Ending Economic Circle. By definition literally means you should be able to tackle the satisfaction by means of scarce sources.

How one can have this satisfaction?

Well as far as I am thinking you get into the market and create multiple income sources. There should be flow of money your banks all the time. You should be thinking more about your plans rather than bending your plans according to your bank balance.

With the digital era, there are just so many ways to earn the money. If spoken about the crypto space then . .
1) Crypto staking
2) Mining Farm (Very profitable if done properly)
3) Crypto Trading
4) Crypto Investment by HODL (More or less staking without fixed APY%)
5) Work at Forum

Apart from above list:

1) Blogging
2) YT influencer
3) Social platform king e.g. Insta page, FB pages, Twitter (Promoters)
4) Digital Marketing

The Big Boy
Be an entrepreneur or business owner of at least one stream of product that suits you.

Moreover there is big platform to work as part time earner on amazon, medical writer, medical coder, flyer influencer and many more opportunities which can be availed with few course or based on your skills.

Has it occurred to you sometime you should have more income sources than just relying on single one?

Do you really believe in such economic circle where your income is unlimited and your expenses does not matter.  Cheesy
2360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meme coin craze on: October 29, 2021, 05:38:16 PM
This kinda garbage will always follow when some coin is in the boom. Sometimes I feel like there is whole team is sitting around the corner who is continuously coding a token or coin once they find the parent coin is booming. Lolz. They would immediately start with their github development, make some non sense site with lucrative design, social media accounts with cheap budget followers and everything that can support it as amazing looking project.
You are completely right, they will also deceive the newbies with the same names either the whole or partial. It's such a stupid thing to do but these peeps know they have the ability to loot peeps so its like criminal warfare of crypto underworld. Funny and worst at the same time.
