2161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bitcoin banknotes for sale on: January 05, 2022, 08:54:23 AM
Hey folks, you found right forum for your product however I am not pretty sure if you are having right product at your hands.

The first thing, those notes are pretty decent and by the view they seems to be made out of glossy material and looking nice.

You might be able to sell them on this forum but you will have to follow right protocol to do so.

You have following options:

1) Auction: You can simply put them for auction with some bid value and see if forum members get any interest for the same.
2) Collectible section: The notes feel like antic one and you might be able to advertise them in collectible section. I think you may get pretty decent value if someone loves the idea of bitcoin bank note.

One advice: Escrow all your transaction on the forum. Don’t fall for the sale traps.

Good luck.
2162  Economy / Economics / Re: U.S. Contemplating Isolating Russia from SWIFT Banking System on: January 05, 2022, 05:57:02 AM
Thats terrific news. Im wondering how US took this much aggressive step while cutting them off. Though rivalries are their but banking used to be considered as backbone for any country. The main reason is businesses that runs on the import export nature has to gain the money from border based payment.

How about off shore settled companies from US to Russia and Vice versa would work? Because giant firms always need to send and receive money from their internal departments for production, expansion, operational activities and sometime salaries too.

This will literally not help USA gain anything from this. Even Russia will get affected with this but at the cost of huge losses in taxes. Now as the banking is cut off for them, the businesses may try to flee the money via black ways or under the table ways. That will cause serious consequences to US and Russia both.

I think they are forgetting that Taxes not only get generated from within the country businesses but also from the off shore businesses.
2163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Annual January 3rd Proof of Keys Celebration of the Genesis Block on: January 05, 2022, 03:40:14 AM
I respect this day as it has taught us what is our's and how you own it! (With the keys here).

However, I find it little off the track that how I will have to pay enormous fees to withdraw my hard earned BTC's (satoshi's basically), into my wallet and whenever I will need to sell them I will have to put them back on an exchanger with even more fees. Then they will have maker and taker fees thus messing up with my hard earn money.

I just wish it would have been very affordable on that side. Somehow they have given us the freedom in many sense for banking sector but the few steps are becoming the huddles these days.

Im not sure if Satoshi ever thought about this problem while he was working on it?
What if he just thought that it may not be used by at such great extent so there is no need to add that congestion block program to relieve the traffic and make it fee free.  Smiley

Just a thought over coffee. What he did is out of the box obviously.
2164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just seeing what interest there is for another Betnomi Poker Series on: January 05, 2022, 02:48:55 AM
Amazing to see that we are talking about another poker series. Hell ya I’m interested. With new year gearing up we should start with this right away.

I have enrolled myself into the previous series few times. Had amazing experiences with the whole team. Few of them names were always on the winning list so had good adrenaline time playing all the time.

Suggestions:
Well two series should be there per week. This increases the chances for everyone to get on board.
Point system should be the same with number of winners should be more. I mean at least there should be some sort of perks for the runners ups too. Just to keep everyone motivated.  Tongue
2165  Economy / Economics / Re: LEGO Sets Are Better Investments than Stocks, Bonds or Even Gold on: January 04, 2022, 06:48:16 AM
Could be.
With the collectible market up rising since ages one can think of LEGO as futuristic investment. However there are many cons in this investment considering the “availability” of the product on the market. It’s nothing like LEGO can not be manufactured by others or there is any sort of monopoly or patent in doing so. There is high chance of forgery since it’s widely available and can be mixed up with adulterated material easily. How would you verify a box of Lego that is opened up by kid and has missing parts too. The devaluation is at its peak.

But surely it’s something out of box.  Wink
2166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk guesses who bitcoin's mysterious creator Satoshi Nakamoto is on: January 02, 2022, 07:03:12 PM
I’m wondering how this could be of much importance if we came to know about whose real satoshi? In one of the discussion it was concluded that Satoshi might be hidden because he just don’t like the idea to be presented in front of the world or may be he has his own privacy concerns. I think none of this matters for real Satoshi and that’s why we should not be much worried about real charmer.

Let him be where he is and live his life at the fullest. He might have crossed us on the beach holding pint of beer or could be standing next to burger guy!

For curiosity the discussion is fine. But come on let him live for God Sake.  Grin
2167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are the new US tax / cash reporting rules going to affect the way you trade? on: January 02, 2022, 04:36:33 PM
Awaiting response from the US based guys. Simply put we need to pay taxes anyways whether this rule was enforced earlier or not. The thing is, if you are earning money by any means and it’s coming to your bank account then you have pay taxes for it. Being from India, we are literally unclear from all sorts of rules associated with bitcoin. But I personally paid the tax for financial year 20-21 as we had last date as 31st.

So I’m securing myself from any sort of trouble that may arise from IRS.

Let’s here what US guys has to say about the same!
2168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin mistake In 2020-2021 on: January 02, 2022, 03:15:19 PM
That is good experience you have and you should continue to explore the bitcoin word like that only. Never repeat the mistakes and this will surely reduce the losses we incur all the time. Bitcoin as whole is good concept to put our investment into it. Though well thought out of transaction based ideology it is now has become way to make profits through trading, mining, and hodling.

The only thing one needs to follow is: Be patient enough to wait for your turn. Everyone makes money here by adding their real world money slowly, which you seems to be following all the time. Keep doing that and one day bitcoins upright prices will tell the story of profits.  Cheesy
2169  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 02, 2022, 09:12:15 AM
Another payday on freebitcoin with Wheel of Fortune!

Well just like my last post regarding WOF, I played around 250 spins all at once had no luck in getting some big payouts.
In the current cycle I had accumulated around 107 spins which I played today.

I was trying to pace myself to accumulate more spins and reach 250 but thought to do it on the occasio of new year to try out my luck.  Tongue
It seems today was Lottery Day for me. I got only Lottery tickets as the biggest win with total 5,000 tickets approx. At the second place is RP's followed by satoshi's winning.

Now I have started to think that I should have played more often when the rewards were very big and they were frquent when the program was launched.  Grin
But no worries, this is also something out of nothing. Thank you free bitcoin.

No GT this time!

2170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An example of a Powerful Rebranding on: January 02, 2022, 09:01:11 AM
Its native token “XEC” powers the eCash platform with significant use-cases such as token minting and staking.
No offense, but I'm a fan of innovation and I don't think that token minting and staking is a "significant" use case. I think they've been around for many years, long enough for this to be nothing new anymore.

And then, the 1:1000000 ratio difference is insane and the fact that they want to have faster/more often bull runs says something about the project imo. Also, how is having "bits" an upgrade? Again, this has been around with BTC and any altcoin for so many years - what's next, the "e-Sats" upgrade? lol...

This brings absolutely nothing new to the space, but this is just my 2c.

I was about to say the first line from this post. In fact I dont even consider minting and staking as utility structure. Utility would be something far more than staking and minting. Utility would be like exchanging the token in a transaction against goods or services. Or may be something like they offer you physical stuff that can be redeemed somewhere for your own benefits as you are buying it with their tokens/coins.

There could be any utility applications such as use of coins to get discounts / offers / coupons on the third party websites or walk in stores.

I don't think they have made it any different than existing eCash services.
2171  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: January 02, 2022, 04:25:52 AM

2172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Signal Notifications on: January 02, 2022, 04:01:51 AM
Automatic signal, that seems to be coming out of no where. Trading signal groups exists on social network but believe me you should be going to the opposite direction of the same. There is no practical way that anyone can predict right opportunities or perfect coin in the crypto market. Everything here is volatile, off limits, unpredictable. That kind of trading market we are talking about and that’s why relying on trading signal is far fetched. You need perfection in data analysis of coin which are new or which has just step forward in the crypto market.

I see many alternative options mentioned in all the posts. However its always best to be manual analyser in trading market.
2173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN DO YOU BUY BITCOIN? on: January 01, 2022, 05:49:58 PM
Well today is the amazing day to buy bitcoin. Simply check the market, it’s at pretty low level and it’s the start of new year. This means you have high chance of ending up at ATH slot of this year which could be more than 70k USD as it is in nature of bitcoin to land at higher rate as compared to previous year.

This kinda logics should also be applied while trading bitcoin now a days. Don’t just think about this much % is in negation or this much is higher etc etc. Sometimes fundamentals could play crucial role while entering the market.

For the current buy cycle I am pretty sure above logic applies just perfectly.
2174  Economy / Economics / Re: IRS says stolen property and bribes must be reported as income on: January 01, 2022, 10:55:42 AM
. . and why is this not a part of money laundering? I mean if we go with this news then imagine the amount of drugs that is caught up at the airports every year around the world! This could be part of big revenue in terms of taxes. However, I don't understand one thing here, in what legal book this one is written? Or is it like they are making their own comforting rules for themselves? How they can levy taxes on smuggled things if no one is gonna utilise it after it is being captured by the legal authorities. For example, goods and services when sold get the taxes paid by end user which then is paid to the IRS while filing the income tax returns.

Since in this case there are no organisation, no user, how are they getting the same?

If property is stolen and it got captured by authorities then its value is zero because it wont be sold up ahead, right? How is it going to be taxed property!
2175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Not too late to meet up on: January 01, 2022, 09:19:00 AM
I’m saying the same thing all the time. Now since the year is starting everyone must start the investments with fresh start. Right from today one should start buying the crypto, whether it is small coins or big bulls around the market; you must start possessing the coins. Once the new year starts, many peeps will start doing the purchasing and it will drive the natural pump in first quarter. This is where we could even book most of the profits.

Later quarters are more or less surprise rides, they can be those trains which everyone is missing. That’s why start right from today and don’t regret later.
2176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is really controlling the Bitcoin market. on: January 01, 2022, 03:40:53 AM
Actually bitcoin being a free market I don’t think anyone can control it so easily. What I mean is to control the bitcoin one would need huge impact on the society first, and secondly one would need billions of dollars to invest and manipulate (pump method). The second one is straight away not possible as after putting that much money too no one can get any spark in the bitcoin movement. The reason is very simple, bitcoin market is over trillions of dollars thus has no impact. The first reason keeps happening but at lower pace and now a days peeps are very smart enough to not get influenced by anything that come there way. So ultimately controlling is difficult. It’s just go with the flow coin now.
2177  Economy / Economics / New Year - The crypto economics on: December 31, 2021, 07:46:58 PM
Happy new year to all of us. (Asian region passed the timeline). I’m still on forum and that makes me think how addicted I am to crypto currencies and bitcointalk forum. Lolz. I can hear the fire crackers outside with happy moments situation.

Well, the reason for this topic is new year and how is our outlook of it for the financial side. I’m very obsessed with 2021 and how it turned everything upside down for the financial part of my life.

I have learnt great amount of deal coming 2021 in regards with how I invest and earn my money. The balance of your income sources is way important than your expenses and investment. In 2022, I have very importnst goal to achieve and that is to add another income sources into my existing list. This could be either e-commerce based on crypto currency payment availability. This is just to cherish the new year with crypto as well as my personal income source outlook.

I wanna know how you guys gonna react to your own “personal economic world”.  Tongue
2178  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID has driven Americans to bank $1.6 TRILLION in savings on: December 31, 2021, 05:43:17 PM
True point that they could have saved their money into something much more profitable. For example, dipped shared with guaranteed up surge for the NIFTY or Fortune 500 companies and her highest returns by the end of this year or may be first quarter of 2022 as the market recovers from dips.

However, its the crisis situation that’s why everyone saved it in the most secure place which savings account in a bank. Fine, you get 4-5% interest in it but it’s safe money and it’s being saved for the crisis situation and it’s not investment money.

May be that is the reason why it all got stuck in savings bank account.
2179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mainstream media eager to announce Bitcoin dead on: December 31, 2021, 11:07:33 AM
Ever heard of green Bills ?
If yes, then ever seen millions of it altogether?  Grin

Oh yeah, those anti-bitcoin news could be coming from one of those millions green bills together. Why not, no one is going to interfere with the media channels, they read it in the morning and flush it by bed time. The news channels or blogs, all are paid media’s now a days and they would literally show and present anything that would seek immediate attention towards them.

It’s all about TRP, paid negative marketing or may be market manipulation strategies. You never know what it could be.
2180  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are new generation of investors more into gambling? on: December 30, 2021, 07:11:06 PM
Option trading is being chosen because it’s more profitable than stock trading or even day trading. I feel that there is no issue in that and they don’t need portray any other theories on the same. If they choosing option trading and putting investment into those stocks then don’t forget it’s being utilised in the market for their own development too. (the companies).

Investors generation is important cycle. This will lead us to the newer era of lifestyle. Most of them Will have rich minds and rich wallets too. Well that’s national development along the way. So yeah no issues at all.
