I believe that we can develop our hobby in parallel with our main job and quit work only when we have managed to develop our hobby well enough. Bitcoin is a good investment, but it will be meaningless if we do not have the funds to buy Bitcoin.
The same thing to running a business without enough capital to sustain. Because investment doesn't give us instant return we can fully rely on it, maybe months after. That is how important to have a least another source of income to back it up while waiting for our business or investment to grow. We can just quit working on other people if we are really ready and when our investment/business can already support our living. In order to have a good living, we also have to make multiple sources of income which is somewhat hard for poor people and I feel how hard it was.
522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are no KYC casinos taking risks? on: September 21, 2023, 05:36:45 AM
I believe a casino that registers itself and acquires a valid license to operate won't be able to run without asking customers for KYC because registered and licensed casinos are compelled to comply with KYC and AML rules and they can't offer services without asking for KYC. So, no KYC casinos are probably unregistered.
Even if a casino is not registered but asks their customers to do KYC, we should be suspicious because we do not know their reason for asking us to do KYC. But for now, casinos already have a license and ask their customers to do KYC so that the casino knows who their customers are and ensures that their customers do not do illegal things that could harm their business. But customers can still rest easy because there are casinos that are not too strict regarding KYC, so only customers who use large amounts of money will be asked to do KYC. So we as gamblers can only follow the rules so that we don't get into any problems.

You don't need to be suspicious, though, as we are dealing with a system. The information they require is for everyone who would sign up. It's very simple; the answer is only yes or no. If we don't like their system, then we shouldn't sign up. That way, we will avoid complaining later if they make the withdrawal process difficult for us or, worse, if they go bankrupt. You know they could use that as an excuse, but in reality, they plan to scam us.

Draymond Green had this to say on Twitter (x) about a report that Dwight Howard has been given the all clear to join the Warriors by the vets and will be working out with Dray and CP3 tomorrow.

https://x.com/money23green/status/1704666006696960078

That sure does make it seem like Dwight Howard is going to get another shot in the NBA with the Warriors. That could cause problems for the rest of the league.

This is good news for Dwight, at least he has been given a chance to play again, and it will be against a contender like the Warriors. Although, for sure comments will be pouring regarding the age of the Warriors, but I don't see it as a problem though.

They have experimented before with young players like Jordan Poole and others who have been traded already. And then they still have Kuminga who has been reported to still have been growing to close to 7'0 foot now.

The Lob Party is coming soon for the Warriors, and I've always wanted to see Dwight play with Curry, and finally, it's happening. I'm not expecting too much from Dwight, though, but his energy on the floor is just remarkable. He can get under the skin of superstars who play the same position as he does, especially Jokic, of course, so he should be a vital piece for the team. CP3 should be happy to help Howard utilize his skills more.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How did Ripple (XRP) become so popular and blow up in price? on: September 20, 2023, 12:58:12 PM
I'm not sure if you visit https://coinmarketcap.com/ to check and see the current price of XRP. Because if you are talking about the current situation of this project, I was not sure where you get that price instead you will be wondering as well why it goes like this.
Well, XRP is quite popular yes and in fact, there is a time that it become the #2 standing in the market but guess what, it never has the chance to get bullish compared to other projects like meme coins. Instead, you will still see it low despite the popularity they have.
525  Economy / Economics / Re: Building wealth it's not just one time Luck on: September 20, 2023, 12:03:49 PM
I think whatever our discourse in terms of investment, one thing that needs to be instilled is to persevere and don't give up quickly when you are on a journey where there is a period of lowest point in running a business. Because anyone is able to build a business in the beginning, but we rarely find it to be big and only those who have the mentality of entrepreneurs or traders are able because they know how it feels when a business ends in vain. Yes, in the world of trading there are also many examples that we can see and use as samples.
That's right, everything we want to do requires perseverance and don't give up, this is the same as a rich person from his own efforts, even if he falls to 0 again, he can definitely run and get up. It's different from someone who gets 1 million in the lottery and is confused about what to do with the money. The end result was a spree, in the end we cried hysterically because the money had run out because it couldn't be managed properly.

It all depends on your mindset, you have to learn to be disciplined, persistent and work hard. These three words we must embed in our minds. And it is very true that all successful people are like that, whether in business or investment or trading, the most important thing in my opinion is the "why" factor. Why we have to be successful, the stronger the reason, the more we are willing to be disciplined, persistent and work hard.
Yes, that lies in how we think of ourselves in the future and what are the things we have to achieve. But of course, it was not just a plan, it needed to work it hard as well. Many people fail in making their business because of the lack of courage and motivating ideas. If we want to grow and improve our living, we must also show the courage we have and will take every opportunity that we see. We can't put our future in luck, this is a big mistake that most people think about gambling and instead of leading in the right direction, we are going the wrong way.
526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: September 20, 2023, 07:21:00 AM

Going back into the topic about against Tapales, then it would really be a good opportunity for Tapales on hitting two birds on one stone. #1 he would be a unified champion #2 he do able to beat up
the unbeatable monster which its a record that would really be that worth.

Both fighters have an equal opportunity in this bout, but if Inoue were to lose, it could have a significant impact on his future. He may find it challenging to continue moving up in the ranks, as his perceived strength might not hold up. The pressure on Inoue is quite high, with the world cheering for him, so winning this fight is crucial for him.
527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Oguni - October 12 on: September 20, 2023, 03:06:21 AM
Have you noticed that the names Casimero and Inoue are still frequently discussed? It appears they are considered among the best fighters in their division.

We have many Filipino fans here, and despite Tapales being a champion, we still believe that Casimero is the better fighter, which is why we'd love to see him fight Inoue. Personally, I'm not very confident that Tapales could beat Inoue. However, if it's Casimero who gets the chance to face Inoue, it would truly excite me. I'd even be willing to bet on Casimero winning via KO, even if the odds of that happening are slim.

I believe that's quite evident. Even Filipino fans don't see Tapales as the favorite to beat Inoue. Inoue is currently in his prime, and his dominance in the ring, with most of his fights ending in knockouts, sets him apart as a special boxer. Tapales deserves appreciation for his courage in facing Inoue without fearing the loss of his belts. He truly embodies the spirit of a warrior.

Just imagine, if he loses both of his belts in this fight, he'll essentially be starting over again. That's how much is at stake for him in this bout.
528  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Let's share some tips among ourselves. on: September 19, 2023, 09:56:27 PM
This is what I did. I buy when - there are market corrections and I sell - when I already see a profit. This means that I only rely on the market sentiment and take advantage of the volatility of the market - up and down.

As a holder and trader, every up and down is an opportunity to earn which I believe that most of us see it through. We can use the volatile feature of the market to make money in the crypto space. Here in crypto, it is not just we have a concrete plan but must also have an effective way of investing.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My first sell with cypto after some months of introducing crypto as a payment on: September 19, 2023, 09:31:16 PM
Not really bad but after several months of introducing crypto as a mode of payment which you only got once, I thought that even though crypto has been known globally, still only a few people make use of it as a currency while the majority consider this as an investment. For me, it was not a success already, yet it was an indication that the people around you were not innocent about crypto at least someone had tried doing it.
I'd see that it was not the fees, the fast transactions but it was how the people were more comfortable using fiat money than using digital currencies like crypto.
530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Regis Prograis vs Devin Haney on: September 19, 2023, 02:37:19 PM

That's why this fight is going to be interesting and intriguing how Haney will handle the power of Regis, or if he can outbox a power puncher in full 12 rounds because sooner or later he will hit at least one good shot at Haney and we will see how he will react to it.

Haney should be able to handle that power by evading those punches. With his defensive style and quickness, he can frustrate Regis and disrupt his concentration during the fight. That's why it's understandable that even though Regis is the champion, sportsbooks still rate Haney as the favorite to win.
531  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm ready to learn crypto on: September 18, 2023, 09:46:48 PM
Why newbies are more afraid of bear market than senior crypto users? Is it because they don't know that bull market will come up later?
No, I believe they know already but because of their doubtful minds and less experience, they've been influenced by their emotion and worried about the situation. It is normal for anyone who is new to crypto, the lack of trust because negativity arises and many people talk about when the market is in a bear situation and this will affect their thinking. But it all gonna change when we fully embrace and understand the volatility of the market. And of course, when having faith in crypto, especially for Bitcoin.
532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin kwoledge is not complete without bitcoin investment on: September 18, 2023, 09:23:05 PM
Investing in Bitcoin is just an option but can't hide the fact that people are here, googling/searching about Bitcoin for investment purposes. Either they will be investing today while still learning more or after. I don't believe that someone spent their time without a strong reason for doing it for I was sure that there is something that urged them to do that. And it is just a waste of time (for me) not using it after learning as it will just pass by and then forget in the future.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Experience for new and old gambler? on: September 18, 2023, 03:32:35 PM

With regard to breaking the addiction, I submit that it would be the same. The form may be different but it is still the same in its very essence- which is gambling.

Indeed, there are plenty of gamblers all over the world, and we each have our own preferences when it comes to gambling. For example, my father is focused on going to the cockpit to bet on cockfighting, while I prefer to bet online. Both of us find the same entertainment in our choices, but we are also equally at risk of developing gambling addiction. Regardless of the type of gambling we engage in, the potential for addiction is always present, ready to influence us if we make the wrong decisions. It's essential to understand the risks of gambling, not just the rewards, as that's the only way to maintain a realistic approach.
534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: September 18, 2023, 02:44:06 PM
No team wants him anymore even though he's the top leading assist last season. I wonder why hmmm.  Huh Huh

I don't believe Harden will lose his value in this situation. Harden is in a similar situation to Ben Simmons, but I consider Harden to be more valuable. Therefore, I think he will eventually be traded, just as Simmons was traded by the 76ers after not playing for a while. They might be delaying it, but eventually, they will find a good trade for Harden. What's certain for now is that Harden won't be playing for the 76ers anymore. As he struggles, the same fate may befall his team, so there's no clear winner in this situation.

Besides, if he's worried that judges might be unfair with their decision, then he should ensure that he will win via KO. I'm sure it's not hard for him as he is a KO artist.

That depends on his opponent. The fact that you mentioned he would have to go up and challenge the champion, it's also a challenge for him if he can carry his power and speed in a heavier division. Every division that he would climb is a gamble, as he is fighting the champion and risking his undefeated record. And as his opponents get bigger and bigger, it will be harder for him to win by KO. That could jeopardize his record, since most of the time, the champions are favored when the fight reaches the judges' scorecards. What I'm saying is he needs to ensure that he carefully evaluates himself before making a decision.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the stars that Milwaukee has and is it true that Giannis will really leave Milwaukee to look for opportunities with another team that could potentially take him to the top and win the NBA?
Giannis Antetokounmpo have the credits he deserved, I think is time for him to push forward and make more accomplishments in the league. He is a brilliant NBA player and has couples of achievements in the game. It's quite unfortunate that Milwaukee can't give him the necessary accolades he deserves, rather he needs to push for an exits from the team and explore more alternatives elsewhere. There's more time for him to developed into a more prominent player and ofcourse, all clubs would want him because he's a crucial player.
He has done his job with the Bucks since he already delivered a championship. He has played 10 seasons with his current team, and I believe the management will understand his decision. They can't keep a player forever, especially if they can't provide what he wants, which is another championship. Considering the current lineup of the Bucks, I'm doubtful they will win another championship, so Giannis's decision seems justified.
537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: September 15, 2023, 11:26:44 AM

There are returning players too that exciting to watch like Calvin Abueva and Terrence Romeo.

I hope they can return to their usual athletic shape despite those injuries in the past and already passing their prime.

These two could bring the energy to the team that is needed for them to win. Romeo has faced injuries in the past, but he still played well when he was healthy. Calvin Abueva, on the other hand, might not be the same, but he is more patient now, which is good for the team so he won't be thrown out of the game in case their opponents target him. Calvin is the type of player that you can truly say has 'PUSO' because he plays with high energy, which is infectious to his teammates.

Calvin is known to be a player who plays with high energy on the court. Despite not being very tall, his hustle is highly commendable, and we need that kind of player to energize the whole team. Calvin Abueva could have played overseas, but he chose to stay with the PBA. Now that he has been given an opportunity to represent the country again, I'm sure he will do his best to bring gold to Gilas Pilipinas in the upcoming Asian Games.

We were all excited when he returned from years of suspension in the PBA, so I'm sure we had the same feeling about seeing him play again for our team. However, he is not getting any younger, as he is already 35 years old, so we might not see the same Calvin that played before for Gilas Pilipinas. Nevertheless, since this competition is only in Asia, I'm confident we will not be left behind even if we do not reach the championship round.

You can find his statistics here: ; https://basketball.realgm.com/player/Calvin-Abueva/Summary/44990

I believe his production has not declined.

Calvin isn't really an offensive threat; he is more known for his defense and rebounding. So, I would like to see the same in the coming Asian games. Although I've seen him shoot well from the 3-point range before, that was under Coach Tab. Since it's Tim Cone now, I expect that his role will change. According to his statistics, his 3-point shooting isn't that impressive.
538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin kwoledge is not complete without bitcoin investment on: September 14, 2023, 10:08:58 AM

Although I'm offering advice here, the responsible decision ultimately rests with OP, and we don't know if they will sell based on price increases or at specific time intervals. As long as they don't sell at a loss, that's a positive outcome.

And I believe that OP knows already of the outcome of making wrong decisions.
In fact, there is no failure in learning Bitcoin but when it comes to investment, that somewhat varies at all. Because not all who invest have deep knowledge about Bitcoin but still, they earn a profit and become successful with their plan. It tells us that it was not the knowledge that would bring us success but also, the way we manage it. You'll somehow lose money even if you have knowledge due to some factors, and one of them is our emotions.
539  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If they have the ability why would they sell? on: September 14, 2023, 09:27:24 AM
These people have no other intention but to fool and deceive people by pretending that they are right and that their signal is working effectively. After giving free signals, they'll then ask for money in exchange for these unreliable signals.
Yes, if we are going to analyze it carefully, how they could say they are right knowing that the market is unpredictable? Because if we are really on our mind, we can think that is not true but all of those signals are just their personal market assumption and predictions. No way to trust them, they are useless indeed.
