1341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: FURY vs WHYTE - CONFIRMED on: March 25, 2022, 10:38:46 PM
~
I'm not sure that Fury is technically superior to Usyk, but he is very much superior to him in physical strength. I can well imagine that Usyk will box with Fury on equal terms (and it seems to me that Usyk is faster than Fury), but I can hardly imagine that Usyk will be able to keep Fury away for all 12 rounds and prevent him from delivering his crushing blows.
The interesting aspect of Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury match up is that both are technically strong and both have a ton of experience in the amateurs and Usyk is an Olympic champion and hence that will be a great match up. Tyson Fury is not known for his crushing blows, he picks apart boxers usually and he always finds a way to win the fight as he can adapt to the situation.

This is how the nft space will grow, when real gaming industries decided to take advantage of the nft space to build standard gaming experience for users. i believe these are the type of projects that will really make a difference in this space and can also make p2e worth it (if they will enable it).
The power of the NFT space is not just for pictures and artist but for gaming companies who will start launching their dedicated in game collectables and then all the sports entities will start launching their exclusive NFT, especially companies like major Football leagues, Basketball leagues, UFC and even sports entertainment Wwe will be launching their NFT in the coming years.

The victory of North Macedonia is a real sensation. Take a look at the statistics:

Second World Cup in a row without Italians. Unimaginable. If their defeat with Sweden was "the end of football world" for them, what about North Macedonia, less than a year after winning the European Championship.
A real shock for everyone who watched the match and they way in which Italy was struggling to score a goal and then at the last minutes of the match, the stupid substitutions and i really could not believe that North Macedonia could score a goal in the last few minutes of the match and i lost a large amount of money as i included this match in a parlay and i really regret placing a bet for this match as the odds were really low Undecided.

It is the worst time for South African cricket that they are losing ODI series against Bangladesh, specially losing this last ODI by 9 wickets and 24 overs spare at home is surely one of there the worst performance in recent years. We all know how strong was South Africa few years back but now suddenly just because of internal politics and decisions which are coming just because of personal egos are hurting them very badly.
I would say, you need to give credit to Bangladesh and how they played the series and surprised everyone. This is basically the same team India faced and they were not able to beat them recently and now Bangladesh was able to beat them easily and now everyone is complaining how bad a team South Africa is having  Cheesy.
They put together the best team they had and Bangladesh was able to create history by winning a series and all credits to them.

I am afraid that very soon we will be left with teams that are comprised only of imported players, as cricket is vanishing from the smaller nations. Look at countries such as Kenya and Canada. Where are they now? Kenya had a number of native players, such as Steve Tikolo, Thomas Odoyo and Maurice Odumbe (I'm sure that the younger generation may not know them). Canada also had a few natives, such as John Davison and Ian Billcliff. But the import power of teams like UAE and Oman prevailed over them unfortunately.
The main reason is there are other sports that will give them a much financial stability than Cricket and hence you do not see many quality players coming forward. Football aka Soccer is the most popular sport in Kenya and in Canada Ice hockey and other sports will give them a stable financial security and hence all the natural athletes will be play those sports than Cricket.

When it comes to GCC there was never a time when their local citizens played the game because they love Football and they are crazy about the game and you do not see Arabs playing Cricket anywhere in GCC but there are several clubs for India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
1347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: March 20, 2022, 06:53:36 PM
~
This fight will go on as plan because of the amount of money involved here. The only thing that some of the people have concern about is the sanctioning of this fight because of Bivol being a Russian. Some don't want this to be a title fight, some want to cancel but the promoters is keen on proceeding whether there is a belt or none as long as Canelo can fulfill what is written on the contract.
If there is a written contract in place, is it possible for any governing body to overrule that and expect the opponent will not drag them to court. I am not familiar with these aspects when there is a sanction being imposed on countries, but generally they need to honor the contract if not they need to spend a lot of money to keep the opposition quite.

When it comes to the fight, it is going to be a masterclass from Canelo Alvarez as he is way above the level of Dmitry Bivol.
1348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: wrx token going continue down, why? on: March 20, 2022, 06:07:09 PM
Wazirx is India's largest cryptoexchange. But for some time now, the value of its coin has been plummeting. Its all time high was about four to five dollars. Even though it has been going down for almost six to eight months now, do you know the reason?
The all time high you are talking about only lasted for a few minutes. I was watching the rally and i was surprised to see the rally to begin with because i was holding a large number of coins and the beauty of that is the coins i was holding were dropped to me by the exchange because i was trading large amount of coins and hence it was a bonus for me and i booked my profit and after that i am having the coins as they keeps on unlocking the coins but i am not touching them unless we see a trend reversal.
1349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: March 20, 2022, 05:29:51 PM
The general consensus here is that the third Test between Pakistan and Australia will end up in a draw, anyone placing a bet on a drawn series. I have to check the odds for that before placing a bet, not sure how the match will go and if they are preparing flat wickets even for the final Test then both the batsman will score plenty of runs and they will draw the series and both teams will be happy  Cheesy.

At this moment Ukraine have made this decision to overcome the ongoing issues with transaction and to receive the donations with ease. Already it have recieved more than $60 million in donation. By the same time Ukrainian Bank have restricted the people from buying bitcoin with fiat. This is an initiative to recover the fallen economy.
It is not just about the donations, people are not able to withdraw the funds from banks and there is a serious shortage of paper currency and the government needed to act in order to counter these issues and glad to see that they are including the cryptocurrency market in the grand scheme of things.

The two things i loved is

Ukrainians will be able to protect their investments in virtual assets.
The state will guarantee judicial protection of rights to virtual assets

But i am curious whether we need to reveal our assets before hand before getting these protection or a simple proof of owning the wallets is more than enough to get these protection.

A lot of mobile wallets are out there can really make that happen and if other prostitutes around the world get inspired by this article they can also start to accept Bitcoin. The only problem that I see here would be the fees because where I am located you can sometimes in some remote villages find a prostitute for just 5 EUR or like 10-20 EUR in cities,I am not talking about escorts that cost like 300-500 EUR for night. Many people would be turned down by fees if fees in the Bitcoin network are high at the moment of the "meeting".
The majority who work these line of work are uneducated people and you cannot expect them to understand how to accept BTCitcoin, let alone for us to think that anyone who works in the streets will understand these things is a bit funny  Cheesy.

I do expect a gradual progression in these and may be they are accepting cryptocurrency in high end clubs and strip clubs and i wont be surprised if these wallets are controlled by someone else and not the working women  Wink.

Bangladesh's performance in the first ODI surprised me. Their performance in today's match has surprised me even more. At the end of 12 overs, Bangladesh collected 34, they lost four valuable wickets. And if they can't build a partnership, they will lose all their wickets before 100 runs. Mahmudullah and Mushfiqur are in the crease. Both are experienced players. Let's see if the team can play well at this bad time.
It is a bag of surprises from Bangladesh and i was happy to see Bangladesh perform like they did in the first ODI but in the second one i knew South Africa will be waiting to smash them but i did not expect Bangladesh to fold like this and in return Quinton de Kock is batting as if he got a huge target to chase striking at over 165 and the match would end pretty fast if it continues like this Cheesy.

I think with every match the match referee will compile a report regarding the pitch condition and if the pitch condition were dead then it will be reported as well. I am not sure what are the conditions that are said while preparing the wickets but considering how we used to see results in Test matches in the past several years, i think there is a benchmark.
After every match the officials will rate the pitch and the outfield and they will give a ratings according to the standard in which they were able to hold during the entire duration of the match or if it does have an unfair assistance to either batsman or bowler and if that is the case it gets a poor rating then it will affect the rankings in Test championships of the home team as a poor pitch will result in a 3 point deduction.

Another defeat by Indian Woman in the World Cup even though they scored a decent total with a blistering innings from Harmanpreet Kaur and Pooja Vastrakar and a slow paced innings from Mithali Raj and still Australia was too good especially their top order Rachael Haynes, Alyssa Healy and Meg Lanning and it looks like they have the complete team to win this world cup.

Well, comparing it to your brother in law may be a great comparisson, but at the end of the day I think both of you can still settle the issue and set it aside, but for Khabib Nurmagomedov and Connor McGregor I think their grudge was just for hype, and it is just for the entertainment value, although I could also be wrong, because that bus that Connor have broke is just a liability to him
If any other fighters say that the gimmicks were just for the hype then we could understand, there are certain fighters that do not play this entertainment game, especially Khabib Nurmagomedov, Diaz brothers, Guida brothers and there is no way someone would jump off the cage after the fight and stand a chance to loose millions of dollars and suspension after the fight is over.

Paddy Pimblett won the fight via submission and there were some heavy underdog wins in this fight card.  Elise Reed, Makwan Amirkhani.

Now the co main event and the main event is left. I am picking Tom Aspinall and Dan Hooker to win.

A long game too boring for the players and the viewers as well. I have seen there were hardly any spectator in the ground as well. Sometime such a long games drain too much of energy. I think it well end in draw like Pk and Aus match. I will keep a look on the  update to see if my prediction turns out to be right.
There was a time when there is a match in West Indies, the stadiums used to fill and it used to be like a carnival and it is strange to see that the stadiums are empty. I did not watch the matches because the run rate is really low and you need to have the patience to watch the match  Cheesy.
West Indies still trail by 97 runs but the match is not going anywhere as it will end up in a draw as there is not much time left in this match.
1357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 19, 2022, 05:56:13 PM
Bayern Munich - Union Berlin match is about to start. Leader Bayern Munich lost 4 points in the last 2 weeks. Point gap with Dortmund is closing. They don't have the luxury of losing points. They definitely need to beat Union Berlin. They boosted morale by beating Salzburg 7-1 in the Champions League. I think they will reflect this performance in the league. I predict Bayern Munich will win this match.
I lost money in some of the matches recently where Bayern Munich were involved because there was a couple of draws which i did not expect and even today it should be an easy win for Bayern Munich if they play to their strength but the odds were really low and hence went with over 2.5 goals and win to get a decent odds. Kingsley Coman scored the first goal for Bayern Munich and i am waiting to see couple more goals from them .

Edit: Three goals were scored in the first half itself and now my bet is safe.  Kiss
1358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the purpose of all these altcoins? on: March 19, 2022, 03:19:49 PM

Anyone can make up coins but why is anyone even buying any of these?  If dogecoin has no real use... then none of those other coins have any use.  So why do these new coins keep showing up?
There are literally thousands of projects that pops up on a early basis and why do you think that these projects keeps creeping up, the sole reason is anyone could raise funds if they are able to convince the investors that they can make a quick buck and that is the reason you keep seeing all these projects popping up. I would not list Dogecoin in the list you mentioned as it is accepted in multiple gambling sites and merchants and that is the use case that is necessary for a coin.
1359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Quit expecting a ETH killer on: March 18, 2022, 11:41:39 PM

Oasis Network is the next ETH killer but before it was EOS, Cardano, Chainlink, Tezos and a few more, get busy gathering these good projects and stop expecting them to be the ETH killer, not killing ETH won't stop them from becoming very useful smart contract project in this space.
There are Solana, Polkadot, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon are gaining popularity with developers and projects because of the inefficiency of Ethereum to meet up with the demand and the transaction charges are really high and if you are looking for speculative rally in terms of price then you need to wait to see huge investments coming into these mentioned projects.

Undoubtedly the match will be a draw. As we have seen the West Indies bowlers bowling poorly, the England bowlers are not doing well either. For a long time they could not take any wicket. And the pair of Braithwaite and Blackwood have probably scored 159 runs already.
It is highly likely that the match would end up in a draw because West Indies is fighting back and Kraigg Brathwaite is leading from the front and had a good partnership with Jermaine Blackwood and both reached their century, but Jermaine Blackwood lost his wicket and they are still trailing by 219 runs and two more days left in this match and unless there is a big turnaround in the morning session the match will end up in a draw .
