2901  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins, Ether and such...are they still worth your time? on: May 01, 2017, 11:47:38 AM
Short answer, no, long answer no an this is why, bitcoin and all other cryptos are money and no one on their right mind gives significant amount of money for nothing so the same logic that you apply to fiat applies here, you want to earn then you need to work for it.

Why even with this, do people look to find an easy way out?
To me it would seem more profitable to mine/collect altcoin, wait for the price to go up, then sell and exchange for a better priced coin.

Mining would/could be profitable yes, but collecting them in the form of doing faucets or offers?

No.
Absolutely not.
Stay far away from that. You're way better off by just buying it with fiat at that point, instead of working hours for 1$ of some altcoin.

2902  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Bitcoin Earning on: May 01, 2017, 10:12:00 AM
I am earning btc 120% in few weeks. what about all of you guys?
You are talking about BTC -> Fiat, in that case, i've also earned ~20% over last month.

I'm currently trading some coins on yobit, and bittrex.

I've made some nice gains on some coins, while i've also lost quite a bit on other coins.
It's quite hard to say how much % i've made or lost in the last couple weeks. I guess the number is somewhere around +7.5% on avg. Which is not that bad for me, but also not that incredible compared to other traders.

2903  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade shitcoins? on: May 01, 2017, 09:30:10 AM
I'm new to trading and it's not helping when I hear something called shitcoins lol. Can someone help me please.

Shitcoins are basically coins with no active development behind them, but are instead, copies from other coins, and scripts, Litecoin for example.

They are made to be pumped and dumped, which means that ((whales)) - big players with alot of $$$$, will give the coin artificial value, then lure in new people, and dump the coins on them.

If you are at the right place at the right moment, there's alot of money to be made, on the other side, there is also alot of money to be lost, since the coin is extremely unstable.

That's why people are so negative about it, the price could dump very low every minute, if big players decide to jump out. Which is something you won't see with actual developed coins, (POSW) (ETH)
2904  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should bitcoins be recognized around the world?? on: April 30, 2017, 07:56:52 PM
Bitcoin is already recognized all over the world. In every country there is at least 1 person that knows and uses Bitcoin.

But i think you are talking about recognition as an official currency.

Well this is not going to happen, at least unless the bank and the goverments find a way to control it and eliminate the anonymity.

Some countries already official recognized it as a currency (Japan) or as a Commodity (USA) but still there are a lot other countrues that BTC transaction are illegal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory)

Isn't it also a problem that they cant get taxes over it?

One of the many problems, yes. If you didn't bought bitcoins using fiat/ ( using your bank accounts), they have no clue how much bitcoin you own.
In most western countries these days they do ask you how assets in BTC you own ( basically bitcoins + altcoins), I don't know how they're checking it.
It seems very hard.

2905  Economy / Auctions / Re: Faucet/dice site alexa rank 400k on: April 30, 2017, 07:22:29 PM
I have worked with the original owner of winbits, he sold the website win-bits.com for a great amount of btc. I also worked with him to improve his site for a while, I can confirm that it generated over 15 euro daily. I don't know if this user is the same as the original owner of winbits.

"Generated" Yes probably months ago. This site is not getting any impressions at all at current date. It's dead. just look at the A-Ads banner.

And you worked with the original owner of Winbits?

"Winbits" ? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=909717

No he didn't sold the faucet, he scammed another using by selling the faucet, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1782726.msg17780257#msg17780257

And now he's trying to sell this website using just another alt account.

It looks like he waited until the storm on him was over and then came back to try and sell this site. It's still using the same hosting as the original winbits domain was using, "qHoster", so the chance that this domain has swapped ownership looks extremely low to me.

( or the buyer bought the hosting with it, but i can't find any thread in wich the original owner is selling the domain, see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=953863;sa=showPosts;start=20 )

2906  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade shitcoins? on: April 30, 2017, 06:54:43 PM
I did and thank God it went well after that risk.
This things just takes a little time before getting out and  killing the coin all of a sudden.
If you want to profit from this kinds you would need a lot of time to monitor it just for 24 hours.
Look for the right time to buy and make sure there will be profit. Even for a hike of 5 satoshis it should be enough

What's the deal with putting up sell orders at a number where you will make X amount% of profit?
It seems like people are really disgusted if you put up these walls, because it is going to stop the pump,
but i don't have time to monitor it 24h.

Isn't there an app which monitors  coin prices, and could alarm you if the coin goes past a certain price? Like an alarm clock?

2907  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How Much we can earn here weekly Through signature campaign on: April 30, 2017, 06:28:39 PM
If you have a hero or legendary rank, post high quality content, and post very often you might be able to get like 20$ a week. You'll never be able to make a living or anything like that, but it doesn't hurt to get a few bucks to post (and it is especially nice if you already post and the Sig campaign is just a bonus payment for something you do regardless).
I am not sure in which campaigns you are participating where hero/legendary are getting 20$ at max, ( ~0.0156BTC) per week, but that is not the case for most campaigns.

I often see Hero's/Legendaries getting around ~0.04/0.05BTC weekly, for around 30 posts.

Bitdice, Duckdice, Bitsler, Coinroll, to just name a few campaigns.
2908  Economy / Auctions / Re: Faucet/dice site alexa rank 400k on: April 30, 2017, 03:42:14 PM
First of all, take a look at his A-Ads advertisement.

He is getting 20$ daily? Oh boy you are lying. You barely get any impressions.

https://a-ads.com/ad_units/416129

^^ The unit on his site.

20K users right? Huh? 40 impressions daily.. It doesn't add up..??

Furthermore is the script he is using for free, and he does NOT own the copyright for it. He simply scrapped all the OG logo's from it.

This is the ANN thread of bitscasino.net -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1784824.20

This is the feedback of the OP of the ANN thread ->> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=953863

This is the loan that connects him to Winbits -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1792332.0

You can surf through his trust history to see why he is the alt of Winbits. Fake feedback, etcetera.

They're also using the same language.
2909  Economy / Auctions / Re: Faucet/dice site alexa rank 400k on: April 30, 2017, 03:33:21 PM
Site has 20k users daily and a income of +- 20$ daily from ads
Is the ads structure handled correctly?
Where do u have ads income from?
Could you PM me all the details?

If the stats u send me look nice, I will make a bid of 0.05 btc.
But also specify when this auction ends.

DON'T. This site is owned by a known scammer, Winbits. Give me a minute to look up this site again.

Also 20k users with an alexa of 400k? Sure.
2910  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade shitcoins? on: April 30, 2017, 03:17:51 PM
Hi. I was just wondering what you guys' opinion is about the large volume of shitcoins, and if there is profit to be made in these coins. For example Lepen, Macron, TRUMP, Putin, and 85% of the other coins listed on YoBit.

Why do you want to trade shitcoin if in another place already there good altcoins for you? I never trade shit coin like them.
Do you trade in them? If yes, what kind of volume? Is it worth it?
It will never worth, Have you ever seen Edinar coin, Does it looks good for you? i can say they're all full of shit.
Too many investors or traders got scammed by them(shit coin)

Just try to look at his chart history and you will see a real evidence.

Well maybe because there is a good chance to make some nice profit on the shortterm, I know people who x5'd on the lepen/mcrn coin already. Now ofcourse i'm already too late to invest in those, but there might be some other ones in the future.

I'm currently finding out if the risk is worth the reward, since the % of losing if you're not an early investor is ofcourse huge, as you said.

I will look into that Edinar coin, I can't find it on CoinmarketCap.. Do you have a  link?

link: www.btcbay.info

8.3% Hourly? - 8.3*24 = 200%?

Come on man. Do you think anyone will fall for this? Your site isn't even listed on http://www.allhyipmonitors.com/search/?keyword=btcbay And yet you already have 60BTC Deposited in total?

Seriously?

Funny thing is that i've seen this script being sold earlier on this forum if i remember correctly. It included fake transactions aswell.

SITE IS AN OBVIOUS PONZI SCAM, WHICH WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY. DON'T INVEST!

2912  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade shitcoins? on: April 30, 2017, 01:58:53 PM
Some people believe that trading is gambling. Actually its different. Trading involves analysis and research.. But if you trade your bitcoin to shitcoin then you are not trading anymore but doing a gambling.
That's actually pretty true. You're depending on 1/2 (a selective group of whales) big players, which may or may not pump the coin, or dump the coin.

No I don't trade shitcoin because I don't believe that coin can make profit, I ever once believe in that coin and make me lost money, you need to be super lucky with shitcoin to be able to make profit, I only trade alt coin that already reputable and that alt coin give me a lot of profit

Not sure. I think you can make a lot of money with these shitcoins if you're the early investor. Other then that, yeah, you're probably going to lose money.

It is good to know that the volume of that shitcoin is high but it doesn't mean that you buy that shitcoin. Shitcoin is a fast pumping and a fast dumping so don't buy shitcoin if its already pumped caused it will only make you to lose. Honestly, I am buying also a shitcoin but I buy only if it is already dumped too much cause I know it pump like a skyrocket. Its up to you if you apply this information.

Would you consider the LEPEN/MCRN coins on Yobit fast pump&dump coins?

If we look at TRUMP, that coin still holds its value, far after the election..

2914  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: My first faucet on FaucetFly on: April 29, 2017, 09:08:30 PM
This is a fun faucet made to share some dogecoins.  A bunch have already been claimed, and theres plenty more.  I'm more into playing dice than developing faucets, but I might try to make a really cool faucet in the future, and will most likely seek help on these forums.
Ah okay. Thats good to hear, more unique, fun and good faucets are always welcomed. Let me know if you'd need help with anything!

"Suspicious link removed."
We can't access your faucets.

And another suggestion, it is smarter to use a microwallet, since more people will have trust in you, and they won't be collecting dust, instead of these 10k withdraw thresholds, when we don't know for sure if you are going to pay or not.

2916  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: New bitcoin Faucet http://azer.ml on: April 29, 2017, 05:54:09 PM
Site is displaying "Internal Error 500". It looks like it's no longer working? Is that intentionally or not?

I guess that there is something wrong with your .HTACCESS, or you removed essential files such as the index.php?

It would also be nice if you could payout to faucethub instead of faucetsystem.

2917  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: How do i implement VPN shielding in Xapo Faucet on: April 29, 2017, 05:24:05 PM
Hey guys its been a while since ive been here and im trying to get my Xapo faucet back running.

does anyone now how to to vpn shielding like faucethub does?
You mean blocking off vpns from accessing the site? Because it is a bit unclear what  VPN shielding means, but i can tell you that that is not what faucethub.io does, they don't block vpns/proxies.

If you do however want to block them, you could use a third party such as iphub.info, or nastyhosts. They have proven to be effective, but not 100%, and sometimes it will generate false positives.
2918  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Is PayPal Good or Bad for transaction on: April 29, 2017, 04:23:21 PM
Hello guys, need a little words of advice and help

Is PayPal good for transactions and any other activities,...for storing money.... buying and selling of goods or crypto-currencies Huh
good if you are doing everything legally.
Formal trading crypto-currencies again pp rules, so you will not get any protection from their side.

Also take care of disputes, if you're doing right people can't even dispute. Read more info before starting to trade. Don't take more than 150$ daily from a person at begging.

Okay, what about taking less than a $100 and using it for crypto currency purchase...
If you're willing to pay insane amounts of fees, and verify yourself, i think that there are some people on Localbitcoins which are willing to trade with you.

Is it smart? No.
Would it work? Yes.

If it's your only possibility, then go for it, if not, i would highly recommend avoiding buying crypto with paypal.

Hello guys, need a little words of advice and help

Is PayPal good for transactions and any other activities,...for storing money.... buying and selling of goods or crypto-currencies Huh
It is not good to sell bitcoin with. It also isn't useful for buying bitcoin since you are an untrusted member. I'll explain why.

It is extremely easy to chargeback with paypal, even if you sent as family and friends, since you can act as if your account was hacked.

Which is why most sellers ask for fees up to 25% if you try to buy using paypal, and if you try to sell bitcoin using paypal, you are having extremely high risks of being scammed.

(Unless you deal with highly trusted members, in which case it would be very useful to use paypal).
