2721  Economy / Micro Earnings / BEWARE OF ANY "ROCKET" Faucet. on: June 29, 2017, 11:03:35 AM
I would like everyone to be aware when using any faucets from "giwrg0s1" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=900845 that it might be a complete scam.

As you can see, he already has red trust, he is operating faucets with extremely high withdraw thresholds, removes every critical question he gets, and alot of people are calling him out for being a scammer.

For some reason there are still alot of people using his faucets, I am just warning you that the chances of getting paid are very low, and that you should reconsider putting your time and efforts into that site.

He was a ponzi operator previously aswell, if that doesn't tell you enough, i don't know what does.

If anyone has been paid by him, let me know, and i'll remove this thread.

2723  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: http://mining-graphic-cards.com - BIG SCAM WEBSITE on: June 23, 2017, 03:15:05 PM
I've order a graphic cards from them...They send me an email back saying they will give me a tracking number in 24h, which I never received..

I've done the payments thru

https://www.coinpayments.net/

and they can't do any refunds apparently the coins goes directly to them.

DON'T EVER ORDER from this website.. it's so unsafe...image if i will order more then 10 graphics cards....

PLEASE BE CAREFULL AND SPREAD this INFORMATION.

I'm afraid you've indeed been scammed.

Quote
HOW CAN WE BLOCK such websites?

Simply by googling their brand / domain with "scam" tags. Look at the domain registration, I wouldn't ever advise to be the first one to buy from some site like this which has no reviews just to get your card 50$ cheaper. Why don't buy them from a site like amazon where you have a money-back garantuee?
Sold out?

With 1 search i found the following info on them,

https://www.reddit.com/r/MoneroMining/comments/6ipovg/mininggraphiccardscom_a_scam/

1. Their address from their 'Contact' page seems to be somewhere a bit isolated in Denmark too: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Nordb%C3%A6kvej+17,+6040+Egtved,+Denmark/@55.6261973,9.2008703,3516m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x464b6585196ed677:0x5af4ac7c31505490!8m2!3d55.626148!4d9.207815

2. See the reddit post for some more info, however i'm guessing you're the one who made the post.
2724  Economy / Services / Re: NEED REFERRALS! I will pay in $ via btc! on: June 17, 2017, 04:04:35 PM
I can make 20 real signups for you, just offer me a good price i will do it immediately. Just pm me if you want me to do it. Ill be waiting for your message till 3 pm.
You make 20 real signups or do you have 20 people signing up for a link you post, aka followers? I am looking for the same thing OP is looking, and i am willing to pay a good amount of $ per REAL, and VALID bitcoin related referrals. (Which means no proxy, no bots, etc.)

If you can provide this to me, please PM, and maybe we can work something out.
2725  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: TomosFaucet on: June 17, 2017, 10:35:08 AM
UPDATE:

seniority reward:  every 10th claim = extra 50-100 satoshis directly to faucethub

Faucet works pretty nice, but is there an anti-bot and also, this mellowads link shortener only works for unique visitors, do you have a system to make every visit unique, or how do you do that? I'm pretty curious.

(They'll only pay for unique verified clicks, and you can claim every 5 minutes from your faucet... ?? )

Satoshi reward is pretty low though. 15 satoshi for 2 captchas...
2726  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help Script WebSite BitCoin on: June 17, 2017, 10:14:03 AM
Hello, I also have a question how can I make such a script to buy GH/s and to skip ... or what is called script ... in php ... thanks! http://imgur.com/a/g8pyk

You mean a cloud mining script? Which is essentially a ponzi? You want to sell "digital hashpower" to your customers?

Don't even try. Ponzi are not cool, and against the law. The market for these sites are already saturated, and everyone with a bit of knowledge who does a bit of research knows these sites are a scam.

Correct me if am wrong, but that pic and your description sound awfully like these sites.
2727  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Get 15% interest in 24 hrs on: June 16, 2017, 02:08:53 PM
Hi guys,
I am new to here. I would like to anounce a new method to give interest for your deposits.

The concept is very simple. All members deposits are rotaioned one by one with timings.

The main requirement is 100% trust. But now a days so many peoples are scammed online by fake websites & posts that like this.

But i don't scam peoples with fake websites, x2 double ur bitcoins, etc... I can give only 15% interest its enough. Greed is a great evil. Every scammers only weapon is "greed". So please dont be greed.

DEPOSIT ADDRESS

1EAvA6hXxdqXR3V71SAUGX4ymCShBWkNK5

*Minimum deposit 0.0005 btc
*Maximum deposit 0.01
*The deposited amount will be sent to the same address with 15% + transaction fees with in 24hrs.
*For example: if u deposit 0.0005 with in 24 hrs u will receive 0.000575 btc

No 3rd party website. All transactions will be posted & updated here.

Address                     Deposit Amt            TxId                Status&TxId

You have 5 posts and no trust / no previous track records in this world of anonymity. Do you think you are even one hair more trustworthy then these obvious ponzi websites?

LOL.

You are doing the exact same thing. How are you getting me another 15%? It seems to me that you are just hoping to get some investors here with some shitty program that has been done a million times before and a hundred times better.

Why don't you go work for it?
2728  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BTCFASTDOUBLE - btcfastdouble.com on: June 16, 2017, 01:37:31 PM

Deposit is 0.02 minimum so you can immediately run away with your profit? Why don't you lower it to 0.001?

Let me answer that.

2730  Other / Archival / Re: Litecoin-QT compiling. on: June 15, 2017, 03:13:50 PM
Have you installed BDB 4.8?

I have it installed yes, in /usr/local/berkeleyDB.4.8/ , I used CPPflags to compile the litecoin wallet on linux,

Code:
 ./configure CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.8/include -O2" LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.4.8/lib"

But whenever i try to run

Code:
 $ litecoin-qt

It'll just give me the previous stated error.

Code:
Error while loading shared libraries: libdb_cxx-4.8.so: cannot open shared object file

Whenever i try to find where libdb_cxx-4.8.so is installed,

Code:
 $ whereis libdb_cxx-4.8.so

The output is just this,

Code:
 libdb_cxx-4.8:

Thanks for your time.

Is it somewhere in /etc/ld.so.conf.d ? And if so, what command should i run?

2733  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ticket #181654 Poloniex.com [SCAM on MARGIN][UNRESOLVED]. Proofs inside. on: June 13, 2017, 05:25:47 PM
I opened ticket #181654 more than 72h ago but no any answer there.

What happened:
I had open LONG positions on BTS, STR, XRP.
Recently they were fully closed (BTS, STR) and a part of LONG XRP was also reduced.
I did not do these operations:
https://gyazo.com/ff83c910649a3b3b9f9311a12ad894ae
https://gyazo.com/5ef88f4b069a186beaee7bc30fa41613
https://gyazo.com/224b7812c454d04015a414cda637a8cf

I didnt get any email about forced liquidation of my positions.
I didnt get email that my Current Margin dips below your Maintenance Margin.

That was in the last email from poloniex:
Current Margin   26.05%

Btw now I have open DASH and DOGE LONG positions without BTC margin balance and without DASH or DOGE margin balances. I have on margin only ripple! But I didnt buy ripple on exchange! I borrowed BTC for long positions I didnt transfer XRP from exchange to margin. There is no such transaction.
How can I have open DASH and DOGE long positions when I have only XRP balance on margin?

https://gyazo.com/6ecf717864de5e559108f1e14c53cb97
https://gyazo.com/c2181366d2bb482d11c4c4e5cd3980f9

I asked poloniex refund my btc balance before margin but they ignore me. I lost about 1.5 btc because of poloniex manipulations with my account.

I have 2FA, in IP history only my IP adresses.

I recently got 1015 errors right after i opened a margin position on polo.

Seems very coincidental to me.

Has anyone else experienced this aswell?
Quite weird since Polo normally works just fine for me.

2734  Economy / Services / Re: Developers; where to find? on: June 13, 2017, 05:05:22 PM
Hi all,

I would like to start a coin, just for smaller purposes and local.

Where to find devs on this forum?

of course, paid work.

Thank you!

Open up a thread what you exactly need, and i am pretty sure you will find someone who is able to do it for you.

There are a lot of developers in the altcoin sections aswell.
Might make a post there aswell, for the right price you'll surely find someone.

Not sure if you have trouble reading, but this is the micro-earning section. This thread is about selling Vpses. Please move it to digital goods, i think it is more suitable then here.

How did you ended up here anyway? Pretty curious.
2736  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: ▞▞▞ ✮ BTCStack - 10% hourly - Just Started ✮ ▚▚▚ on: June 13, 2017, 03:35:33 PM
Last year had a scammer who stole many bitcoins, where did you buy this script?

Because it has something similar to what this scammer had...

Can you tell me how you got this script?
Are you not convinced by the rates already that he is a scammer? 10% per hour? wtf? That's an extreme amount.

That's daily ~240%. It's unsustainable for him.

Script looks like it is just another off the shelves one, a copy pasta from someone else.

Shame on you @OP. Stop scamming people with your shitty ponzi.
2737  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucets like bitlucky.io, bituniverse.net,huefaucet.xyz, Scam?? Errors?? on: June 13, 2017, 03:01:57 PM
I don't know why but when I try to withdraw I get this problem..
Anybody else facing this problem??
Are this sites trying to scam ?? like that site epay.info
Getting free traffic so that we visit many times just to check that now we can withdraw or not ..

Getting this errors from all the faucets sites given below.

1) bitlucky.io
2) bituniverse.net
3) https://huefaucet.xyz/faucet
4) https://btcforclicks.io/faucet
5) https://bitgolden.io/

Here is the screenshot of error that I get on all the above sites.
https://ibb.co/fBsLHa

These faucets have been operating for years without any problems, and i think their adrevenue is pretty big compared to what they give. It's probably technical failure, rather then them scamming you.

Might be because they're out of funds?
I think that error come from FaucetHub or micro wallet service that they are using, sometime my faucet face with the same problem. Their api request might be limited or errors on server.
Just keep calm and try again.

Most faucets would notice you about that with a notification i'm pretty sure.

It seems that OP's problem is resolved, but does this mean that FusionSe7en owns all of these sites?
2738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Will there be a flippening? on: June 12, 2017, 02:24:43 PM
The last couple days, the price of ETH went through the roof, due to china having interest in the token, and alot of other big companies and banks aswell.

ETH is currently nearing the marketcap, and if it continues like this, it will pass bitcoin's marketcap before august 1st.

What will happen then? Do you guys think there is going to be a flippening? Will eth take over the role of bitcoin?

2739  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: June 11, 2017, 07:46:32 PM
I don't anything will ever replace fiat ever. Bitcoin is an alternative to currency. Even if Bitcoin becomes normal to use day to day, I still think fiat will still be the main currency in any country.

Yeah sure, because goverment can control fiat. Even bitcoin price is $50.000 it wont replace fiat, sometime we need to think with many traditional people which use fiat, they wont leave fiat
If bitcoin would get that big, governments will just ban bitcoin if it is getting too much influence.

Fiat is already worthless. It is just a number, or a piece of paper. The value is artificial unlike bitcoin, however because of the government it will never useless.

These are two very different things.

Also, look at what happens when you have an unstable government like venezuela. Bitcoin has almost replaced fiat there. So yes, it is very possible with third world countries.

Here's a post about IPHub.info and an example code to integrate it in your faucet script:

http://coinadia.com/iphub-info-nastyhosts-alternative-block-proxys-vpns/

Or simply add this if your site is using php, and put it preferably into the index.php. Should work aswell.
Code: (https://docs.iphub.info/documentation/php-integration/)

$homepage = file_get_contents('http://iphub.info/api.php?ip='.$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'].'&showtype=4');
$vpn = json_decode($homepage, true);

if($vpn['proxy'] == '1')
{
 echo "We do not accept vpns/proxies to view our ads and claim from our site. Please contact us on X_X if you believe this was done in error. Thanks. / anything  could be here /";
}

https://proxycheck.io/examples/

I see they went to V2 or something which means you need to edit
