2462  Economy / Digital goods / [WTB] Exchange scripts. on: October 24, 2017, 01:10:42 PM
i am looking to buy bitcoin exchange scripts,  not peer to peer, but more something like bittrex.

I was looking into using https://github.com/peatio/peatio, but its too outdated and not worth the hassle for me personally.

If you have something that more or less includes the same functionality as the above script, please PM me, and we can make a good deal.

An edited / updated version of peatio works aswell.
2463  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinmarketcap advertising Ponzi site on: October 23, 2017, 06:36:22 PM

I see a lot of people acting like it is objectively bad to say certain things, like we should all just gasp at any possibility of child pornography or whatever is taboo. I actually don't care. You can make child pornography legal, all I care, as long as no one gets physically hurt, it isn't a crime in my book.

You are honestly pretty fucking sick in your mind if that's really how you reason things. Seriously? You think childs make the porn themselves?

Is this really a big deal for you on what websites are advertising. I mean I would maybe understand if a website would have a long term ad running or something that would suggest that they are supporting it or at least very aware of it, but for some short term ads that the stuff might not be able to track, I don't see a big problem. After all, The Pirate Bay has some pretty bad ads, but no one really cares.

Piratebay is even worse indeed, but hey, that's the piratebay.

CMC uses both adsense and Cointraffic.io, and i know that cointraffic.io used to allow ponzis aswell.

Also, laser.online, for anyone concerned, is a completely scam in my book. Not only do they buy advertising, i have a feeling they buy traffic aswell, to increase SEO, and look at their twitter audit,

https://www.twitteraudit.com/LaserOnlineLLC - 16% real.

https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/laser.online -
https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@orangeogre/riding-the-scam-again-laser-online

-/- Advanced laser systems, my ass..

Quote
If you check their whole website, as well as the WHOIS details, you will find out completely mismatch information about their owner details. They claim to be from United States in their website and registered as LASER ONLINE LLC, but if you check the WHOIS details, you will find out that they have provided the address from United Arab Emirates and company's ownership under DotOnline Inc. So, which should we believe? Yep, there is a registered company in the name of LASER ONLINE LLC within Delaware, but there is not any proof that company is linked with Laser.Online in any means. If they are from USA, they should be listed in SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) database to run an investment company, but you can't find out any information about LASER ONLINE LLC or Laser.Online within SEC database.
2464  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex bitcoin 24 deposit/withdrawal suspension transaction on: October 23, 2017, 04:04:50 PM
Why would you just send it like that? You do know that the amount you are transferring is quite big and in that case you should have checked the wallet before depositing any amount to it. They didn't send the notification but it was clearly written in the wallet list.
You can only HOPE that the Bittrex team is kind enough to credit the amount to your wallet after the suspension of wallet.
You can raise a ticket now that you have made a mistake to deposit the amount to your wallet while it was under suspension.

It was a force of habit, i've send numerous times to exchanges to the same adres and i never had any problems. Yesterday evening i even checked bittrex and everything was ok (no mention what so ever about the bitcoin suspension) it's not that his was their first hard fork and suspension, why didn't they post this a week before on their website or even emailed us? even prior to this day? they had weeks to get the word out. This is not very professional of them. It's not much effort to get that info out. Like put " hey before the fork date, on the 23th we are going to suspend bitcoin withdrawal/deposits for 24 hours" in big letters on their website. No that was too much effort for them. Just like that suspend bitcoin deposits/withdrawals and screwing some traders. Very disappointed by them

Bittrex Posted an official statement about this furthermore a lot of people here as well as blog sites also posted about this. Some sites won't spoon feed you so you will have to wait and navigate their blogs for announcements.
Bittrex will close deposits and withdrawals of Bitcoin 24 hours prior at block 491,263 to the BTG snapshot block 491,407 occurring approximately on October 23, 11pm PT (6am UTC).

Deposits are closed but I'm sure you'll be credited once the market opens if not this is sufficient for scam accusations but bittrex won't stoop that low.

Anyways, You can send an email to them about this https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or at support@bittrex.com.

It's not about spoonfeeding, i log in to bittrex exchange so the message should come through or be at the bittrex exchange, not the support site of bittrex or any other blog sites. What kind of bs is this? Why should the warning be at the support site? what kind of logic is that? People are going to the exchange not the support site of bittrex. They really missed the ball on that one. Yesterday there was no warning what so ever, this morning btc trading is suspended. That's not correct. Inform the people correctly , there are so many ways to do that. Putting it on the support site of bittrex misses it's goal. Why would i or anybody be on the support site, it's for problems not for warnings. can't believe they did this.  I have to navigate for announcements? Seriously?

I'm pretty sure you're going to be fine once they reactivate the depositing / withdrawing of bitcoin, and that you'll be accordingly credited.

https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000233911-What-does-it-mean-when-a-wallet-is-in-maintenance-

This article should satisfy you, where they explicitely state it will be given once they turn the wallet back on.
2465  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whats happens if phone breaks for 2FA? on: October 23, 2017, 03:24:25 PM
Hello friends,

I have recently enabled 2 factor authentication using google authenticator for different exchanges such as coinbase, kraken and some more applications.

My question is, what happens if my phone breaks or get lost?  In my new phone if i install google authenticator with same phone number, will it automatically get backed up?

if not, what option will I have if phone is lost or broken?

Thanks  Smiley

You should have received a backup code in the form of a QR-code, or a  seed, see

https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2817262,
https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2488794-troubleshooting-2-factor-authentication,

I'm using coinbase here as an example, as im imagining Kraken & Bittrex will all be very similar to this.

Thanks for reply. So basically Google won't backup the authenticator applications?  is there no option?

I believe it does. (if i understand you question correctly) You should have received some kind of seed when you setted up your 2FA, which you can type in as a 1 time of recovery.
As i've linked you earlier this explains it, https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2817262

Also, even if you've lost everything, even your seed, i believe that in the case of coinbase, you can still submit a selfie / video session, and they could manually unlock the 2FA for you..

2467  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] MIXER.TO - High Privacy Bitcoin Mixer on: October 23, 2017, 01:48:23 PM
Our Bitcoin reserves have been increased.

I received funds partially.
Where my 1.8 BTC? You scammer?

Nothing more after 24 hours. Fucking bastards.

Seens like you made a throwaway account to make these posts, mind signing a message from the adress you sent the 1.8 BTC from?

You're making some serious claims here.. Sending 1.8 bitcoin to a new mixer?

Either you're really stupid and they did indeed scam you, or you're trying to slander them, which would be pretty concerning, as to your reasoning behind all your efforts :/..
2468  Other / Off-topic / Re: Changing my 25k Subscribed YouTube channel into a Cryptocurrency Channel on: October 22, 2017, 07:30:42 PM
Do you honestly think your current subscribers will enjoy cryptocurrency news?

No, I doubt most of them will even know what it is. However, most of my subscribers are not there for me or my content, if I happen to be reacting to some videos they find interesting, they might watch.

I guess it would be better then to start over again with 0 subs, but reading your OP, i don't think your current ""viewers"" are going to support this change en masse..

But, as you are already kind of established with your 25k subs, it could indeed be that people would View/Subscribe faster then if you were to start over, with a new channel that would be dedicated to specifically crypto.

It's not like all of your current subscribers will somehow instantly unsub, but i would suspect that some of them will.

In all honesty, there aren't that many people out there that watch videos on youtube on how crypto works.
Unless you would be able to plug your content to reddit/r/bitcoin for example, you're still gonna have an extremely hard time growing.

These are just my suspections / opinions.

Sixcoin please stop flooding this thread with your posts.
Create another thread.
And
aTriz, don't bother to reply his words.

I will continue to post here because the others are posting here and if they want to defend the accusations, they should open a new thread.

In 2015, I posted for aTriz/Decoded in both of the main accounts (aTriz & Decoded) and also 14 other accounts. Recently, they changed the passwords and stopped communications abruptly, and I do not understand why we were working together for 2 years and suddenly they no longer trust me. Of course, I am going to be posting this thread where he is asking for posters, because it is against the rules. https://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/post/need-someone-to-post-on-my-bitcointalk-accounts-for-me I contacted aTriz/Decoded on that forum in 2015 to post for him and we were working together until a couple of months ago and he stopped replying to me, I think he found another poster from India to do his posting for cheaper, and does not need my services now.

I will conntinue to post here because the others are posting here and if they want to defend the accusations, they should open a new thread.

In other words, you will continue to not give a shit, and keep posting irrelevant offtopic shit that noone cares about.

Which in itself is pretty weird, but that you have the audacity to act as if you are "superior"
Quote
and if they want to defend the accusations, they should open a new thread

and that they furthermore have no right to defend themselves from  your shit, but that they instead should open up a new topic..

I'm not sure if you've read the last couple of posts, you're completely irrelevant to them it seems, and even more to me. Why should i, (and the rest of Chipmixer's signature caimpaigners), care about the internal affairs
you're having with a man that isn't even in this campaign.

Seriously, you're making yourself look like a damn fool, and if you had any credibility on these accusations, i'm pretty sure you've played them away by acting so goddamn retarded..

EDIT; Seems you've responded with the same generic response, which i reported,( which has now been deleted ( by a moderator? ) )
2470  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which Tradingtools to use? on: October 22, 2017, 05:59:18 PM
Hi Everybody,
In have problèmes with my phone and i must change soon. So i ask me next questions:
 - Are there more and best trading applications on Android or IOS? Because i read about programs like Cryptowatch, that can give you a alert on your Smartwatch. I supose there are other interesting programs..
- Which programs and Tools do you use like invester and trader? Which are the most interesting?
On internet you find so much, that finally you dont know if you have make a good choice. I read about some tradingplatforms that connected to Bitfinex or Polionex i think?
Sorry , if the question is already asked. But it woud be interesting to make a nice guide to all new cryptoinvesters.
Thanks!

I personally use blockfolio on my phone, and it seems that one is pretty popular.

As far as chalking on charts goes, i like to use https://www.tradingview.com/, the site is completely free, and it offers a wide range of tools you can use for TA, if you're into that kind of "meme" stuff.

They support charts from both poloniex and Bittrex.
2471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Transaction not confirming after 12 hours, HELP PLEASE on: October 22, 2017, 05:49:05 PM
do other cryptos take so long for small transactions? I see ACR is accepting 60 new coins, maybe it would be faster and cheaper to use something like zcash or litecoin in the future.

No, not at all, if you put a normal to low fee on most altcoins, with most of them, it will confirm in minutes. Litecoin for example is almost instant, literally with almost any amount of fee you set.
 fouind
If he had sent a decent fee over his bitcoin tx it would've confirmed already anyway. Now it's just waiting till the memcache clears.. Or the txaccelerator found a block..

This gives a nice overview for alot of altcoins, https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/litecoin-confirmationtime.html

i already accelerate it, should be confirmed asap . Anyway, i recomend you use custom fee depend on https://bitcoinfees.21.co , it will help you to chose best fee for you.

If you mind me asking, what txaccelerator did you use? It could've not been viabtc as the require a minimum of 10/sat pbyte...?
2472  Other / Meta / Re: ( theymos ) please reply on: October 22, 2017, 12:39:11 PM
how they allow anyone to post fake info about people. this is horrible.

Why are you worried if it's fake info?  Just let it disappear into the abyss of the forum.

You can also use the "report to moderator" link and mention that personal info should only be posted in the Investigations section of this forum.

A bit offtopic, but what makes it that it is allowed to effectively "Dox" people in the "Investigations" section? Is it not being indexed by google, or what is so special about it?
2473  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Localbitcoins accounts for sale on: October 22, 2017, 11:23:12 AM

If you have any ethics at all, you really shouldn't sell these. 99% chance that the buyer is going to try and scam the next customer with them, even with the localbitcoins escrow system...

Also, i'm not sure if you verified these accounts using any sort of passport, but if you did, you're putting your entire reputation on the line for just a few bucks. Really doesn't seem to be worth it to me..

i have only 3 days here in bit coin But ive already joined Some Airdrops And look for my coin wallet My Friend claim some other coin in air drop participaing.. but me why i cant get that bounty too ..?? i joined any available airdrops just for my rank only that no qualification i fill up all needs for the form but they didnt put it in my walley.. is it because of my rank?? Huh Huh
Probably, yes. Most airdrops require an account that is atleast Jr. Member  and 3+ months old. Your account has been created yesterday, thus airdrop manager will think you are multiaccounting / spamming.

If you mind me asking, which airdrops did you signed up for? Why didn't you check their requirements beforehand?
2475  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Poloniex Account Suspension Scam on: October 22, 2017, 09:43:43 AM
what Polo turned scam, wow.  I knew this stuff was going to happen, is why I never trusted exchanges.

But you do fully trust a random stranger on the internet who has zero verifiable proof we can check, over a multi-million dollar exchange? I'm not saying that poloniex is good, or bad, but come on man.

Use your brain for once. There would be more then 2/3/4/5 complaints if poloniex went rogue with all their funds..

do someone know a ios application for trading euthereum ?
thank u for answering  Smiley

What exactly do you mean? Trading Ethereum -> Other altcoins? Or -> USD?

If you're talking about the latter, i would just use an exchange. If you ain't, i know that shapeshift released the first cryptoexchange app, https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/shapeshift-crypto-converter/id996569075?mt=8

I have never used it, neither do i know if it works / is legit, so use it on your own risk.
2477  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Help, my blockchain wallet might be hacked! on: October 21, 2017, 05:29:09 PM
Anyhow, to avoid this, use 2-factor authentication, that way making it acessable only to you.

2 factor on blockchain.info, is that even possible? Also, this is an extremely dumb statement you're making.

2-FA through SMS / Phone has proven to be extremely vulnerable to both social engineering and cracking/hacking.

See https://www.theverge.com/2017/9/18/16328172/sms-two-factor-authentication-hack-password-bitcoin

The best thing to do is to download a hardware wallet / buy one and store it offline.

I know. I made a mistake. Because I am very novice in this case
I know that people are crooks but kind people are also found for help.
I had no other choice.
Sorry

Which is why you are plugging both your BTC & ETR ( Huh) Adress in your main post? It seems you are part of the problem, if you really did invest in these sites at all.

It seems to me that you don't know the real value of your money if you're giving it to a stranger like that.

I had no other choice.

You had no other choice but to give all your bitcoins so some shady chance? Were you being digitally kidnapped?

So now you have no other choice then to beg for more money you can efficiently 'gamble' on these HYIP sites?

some people are scam-mentally...if you're go to a doc don't ruine someone posts and say I'm a scammer? lol nice logic what I asked for is help and why I have the transactions sent in my wallet that i didn't even send

also thanks for your respond, but tell me why they don't send all bitcoins and why send only 22 usd?

Could you link your original adress? You said you owned 3.64 BTC, but i can't find a single adress in all the transactions chains you linked to us...

Your story really doesn't check out either.

If someone would've hacked your account, he would've sent all your funds away for sure.

I think we're missing some information here.
2480  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC--->USD day trading possible? on: October 21, 2017, 02:03:27 PM
Hi Friends,

Is it possible to do BTC--USD ( not any other coins) day trading? Which platform will be good for this?

I tried in coinbase but their fees is too high. I tried to do with 1 BTC and I end up loosing money.  I sold 1 btc and they charged $80 then when I bought back again they charged again $80 so instead of making some money when btc price increaased about $150, I lost $10  because of fees. Angry Angry

So, is there any other platform that charge less fess so that at least I can make money if btc price increases about $150 or so?

Many Thanks  Cheesy

Yes, there is a variety of exchanges you can do this on. For example, http://gdax.com http://cex.io http://bitfinex.com, http://bitstamp.net

The fees on all of these exchanges are different, so you have to find out which one fits your payment method best, and which one is the most comfortable for you. I personally enjoy bitfinex, due to them having the most liqudity and a  very good layout, but that's pretty much personal preference.

Also, you could've find most of them by a simple google search, which is something i would recommend you do next time Wink
