I would stay away from any stranger who suddenly wants to be involved with my money, it's a huge red flag. And someone with an inside info (assuming it's credible) redirecting you to an obscure and new exchange doesn't add up.

Doing a couple of successful transactions, doesn't mean it's legit or guarantees it wont zucc your money. Take a look at the exchanges which were once reputable and exit scammed. The girl most likely (and her team[?]) owns the sketchy website and is just doing that to gain your trust. Domain name and UI is enough for me to stay away, honestly. If there's barely any information about a certain service, then it's a no-touch zone.

Hitbtc at it again making the whole process hard so they can hold their users funds and/or make them give up.

Another thing you can do is to continue posting your story to forums and such because the more attention it gets, the higher the chances of being noticed and be taken seriously. There were cases of users getting their money back because hitbtc was trying to save their face.

Definitely disclose your conversation as proofs strengthens your case. Move this thread to scam accusations and follow the format

Assuming exchange is reputable. I'd check the address in block explorers just to make sure actual coins have gone thru, not just some numbers 'cause of a glitch.

Also thinking that this maybe is just a pov problem. Small to you may not be the same for them. It's easier to give when you have 10 apples as oppose to 1. and/or you have no idea how much those reviews helped them, maybe they dodged a bullet or sth.

There's nothing trustable about them.

Using that domain name means they deliberately want to associate themselves to paxful and that can't be any good. They can't even run a decent website (+ to the missing TOS, privacy policy, team behind, broken english), how can we expect them to keep safe their users money and personal information. People should be warned about this.

The best you can do is manually delete all your post. Seeing it's only few, it shouldn't be that tiresome. Next is to ask Loyce to delete your data in loyce.club as posts are archived there for safety purposes (more info: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5167469.0). I'm not sure if they would be willing to, but you can still ask.

Lastly is cloudflare or other trackers that may have logged related data, which is out of your control. This is our current state, unfortunately. It's pretty much impossible to completely delete your digital footprint since every company is trying to collect data and track us even without our consent, and that means it's possible that you wouldn't know A, B, C, company has data about you. Still, it's better than not trying anything.

That's an escrow for, assuming you picked a reputable person. If it's confirmed they received the product, I doubt the escrow would still hold the funds/give it back to the buyer. By confirmed, I mean not only through the tracking page but also thru the courier's support as further confirmation has to be made.

You should also take note of the store's/product's refund/return policies and allow it when it's applicable.

Binance is decent for a centralized exchange, you have a 2BTC/day withdrawal limit as an unverified user. Just don't forget that they can at anytime ask you to undergo KYC and hold your funds.

I'm assuming you have received similar emails more than once.

The sender address can be forged easily so there's a fair chance it's a phishing email, you can try checking where do all the links redirect using https://checkshorturl.com/

Although, given bitcoin.com's rep, I wouldn't be surprised if they're really doing this.

I did a simple reverse image search and found that Ramzi, the head of IT is from a stock video (https://www.istockphoto.com/ca/video/black-and-white-portrait-of-man-gm92887959-8043032?). I wouldn't be surprised if there's more, and that also sheds light of what theyre capable of doing, I wouldn't trust them with anything.

If I were you, I'll steer clear from anything offering trading signals, they're not as great as what they claim to be-- which is another form of deceit imo, as they're misleading their users or lying like these guys

Also, I'm worried that lot's of built-in's could slow down its performance, especially to those with low end hardware. There were already cases of users experiencing high disk/cpu usage, which was fixed by disabling bat services.

Note that they will only be liable if it's their fault and the problem is proving that. Do you have a proof to support it?

Since bittrex is refusing to give back the lost money, Im assuming they're claiming it's your fault and therefore you are liable for it (which is usually the case). If that's the case, their support will just give you dismissive answers that they cant help you and you should move on.

A lawsuit is better but I understand that it cost money and time...

But you have reviews on your website starting from December 1, 2019 (https://archive.is/rN8vi) which is 110 days ago! and I can't find them in the actual Trustpilot site (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/coinswapy.com?languages=all).

Another thing is this user saying they were using your service for several years

Their core team is searchable, you'll see them especially in Binance's SNS.

Beware of any centralized services that don't want to reveal their team behind. It's easier to scam ppl when their identity isn't tied to their actions. The possible attacks when one has revealed their identity isn't much of a threat and can be minimized hence, I don't see why the transparency to the users should be compromised.
