The site is not an exchange but they do have shiftlly's exchange widget which enables them to earn every time someone uses it to exchange funds. It's is my first time hearing about shiftlly. They've been featured to some reputable sites but I can't find a single user review about them hence why I would not recommend it.

@op, don't completely trust a single site, use as many sources as possible since it's pretty easy to fake reviews. Prominerz is obscure, and I would not touch an obscure site under any circumstances.

Their onion site doesn't work anymore and there's currently a bug where tor browser users can't access .com site.



How old is your wallet? If you're using the HD wallet, you can move to electrum, it has TOR support afaik. Import the old wallet and move all funds to a new one

Oh, I see what happened. I was actually talking about the accounts which are from a single seed--trezor. The "third window--wallet" is the account I tried to open after the other two.

@op, judging from your post history, you seem to be looking for an exchange which fits certain needs.

Another option is to tell those preferences as precise as possible so others could suggest you exchanges that fit those as closely as possible. Anything else aside from not wanting kyc?

The multiple domain names are confusing and inconvenient in terms determining if you're in a phishing site or not, hell, it's something you do every time you visit a site. It's not like the support would respond right way either 

So I started using trezor with electrum and earlier whenever I open the third window--wallet, I kept getting the hardware not detected error. I tried to unplug and plug it in again which did nothing.

The exchange had a pretty weak defense, all those coins were sitting in a hot wallet without multi-sig. Also, Imagine losing $500M just because one or some of your employees didn't know they shouldn't install unknown programs lol.

It's possible that the hackers may not be Russians since all evidence they've got is that the malware originated from Russia.

Then that's on cex.io, you should at least be able to withdraw in crypto. Have them double check it op!

You basically don't know who is behind the shop, there are no reviews and the site is pretty new, registered on 2019-04-09 (whois link)

Not to mention that there are two fake reviews above. Welp, I hope op isn't a part of them as I'm seeing that the username pattern and registration date are close.

First, It's another copycat of cex.io.
Second, anything that requires you to deposit in order to claim your winnings is a scam.
Third, if there's no way to confirm if the game is provably fair, then better stay away.

well yes as the problem requires a staff there to solve and there's no one here currently. What you can get here are advises/feedbacks from users plus the fact that this thread can be viewed by everyone, so if someone searched for reviewed about bitmex, its possible that they may stumble to this which could serve as a warning.

yes, ofc they will use that line just like how other exchanges did. To be fair, their withdrawal problem has been going on since last year-- I first read a thread here on November- and from the looks of it, they still have the same amount of users complaining about it all over social media. You can really see the improvement :' )

I'm not familiar with the specifics honestly. What you can do is, visit a marketplace where the buying and selling of Reddit accs are popular, then use the list there as a reference. If it's possible to ask, then go for it. Using many sources would help in seeing the big picture.

The required number of confirmation is at the asset's deposit page, check and see if your deposit's number of confirmation is under or way past it. Better update the support if it's the latter. Nothing's wrong yet if it's the former, you just need to wait.

It's their reputation imo as I believe majority of the investors are driven by hype which has been sinking continuously for a long time now because of the huge number of scams and those which suffered greatly because of the bear market causing their coin/token to fall below the ICO price.
