921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fan Tokens on: September 17, 2022, 09:24:05 PM
Could make sense to expect fan tokens to blow up during the next bull-run?

It also make sense to expect fan tokens won't blow up on the next bull-run.  You know anything can happen in crypto regardless of its trend.  So do not put high hopes on anything especially Fan Tokens because if you do, you might find yourself disappointed if nothing of your expectation happens.
922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When betting becomes to high on: September 16, 2022, 10:53:01 PM
I never had an experience where I forget about my gambling plan and indulge myself in spending money way more than my planned budget.  I know gambling is really attractive so I always play with great care and self-control because the moment control slipped out of our hands, the next consequence is quite hard to control.
923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to LUNC after its founder is arrested?! on: September 15, 2022, 10:40:51 PM
It is obvious, when a founder is arrested the market will crash to oblivion.  One best example is Centra, when their founders got arrested and jailed, Centra become worthless.  Now I feel sorry to those who blindly follow and trust the founders of LUNA.
924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin should u mine right now? on: September 15, 2022, 10:24:44 PM
It is a bear market trend, so I think buying directly on the market is the most beneficial.  Mining it raw is good, yes but buying them will solve us maintenance expenses and other stuff.  Besides if we buy, it is a guaranteed coins/token while if we mine, we need time, pool mining might be helpful but at the current price it points that Buying is way better.

Considering ETH, I think pointing your hashes to ETC  is a good move.
925  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin bear market over? on: September 13, 2022, 11:52:00 PM
so many people that sold the bottom in the comments, so many that sold and thought btc will hit 10k. wonder what they going to do when btc hits new all-time highs, without reaching 10k.
now it is near 24,000, so it is the time to buy.
I didn't think that bitcoin will go down on 10k but I also think that market condition isn't still that good yet. Yes bitcoin had touch 24k on the last of august but it's could create any resistance or any stability on that range . Now it  is bellow 20k  I think after some time here a good resistance is created at 17k to 19k then a little pump may be seen later but we still have to wait for some time to see bull-run.

Same here, I am not thinking that the price of Bitcoin will crash to $10k.   I think if ever Bitcoin record another lower-low, it will be around $15k - $17k  range.  I don't think that the market will allow Bitcoin to crash to $10k.  I am sure if ever Bitcoin touches $15k - 17k, there will be massive buying since people will definitely buy a discounted BTC.
926  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit 2022 low again? on: September 13, 2022, 11:36:26 PM

Bitcoin's future movement might be wishful thinking, but nobody can predict it. Regardless of what you've done in the past, adjust yourself. Few sold their positions in the hope that things would get lower, but unfortunately it did not happen. There are more and more signs that the system is becoming difficult to trust; this might just be another trick to fool people and revive retail FOMO. As of now, we do not have any agreement with Bitcoin that 17k will never be seen again or that 20k will remain stable.

I agree, Bitcoin future price is very unpredictable.  Nobody knows what will be the price of Bitcoin in the next week, all we know is that the market is currently at the bear market so anything about price going down is  likely to happen.  But of course we cannot remove the fact the recovery trend of Bitcoin since it only need good news to change the current trend of Bitcoin market.
927  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: September 12, 2022, 10:21:18 PM
Gambling does not have a history because gambling is something we don't know when it starts and the country gambling starts from, what ever we are talking of gambling is on our own, when we talk of gambling we are talking what will give us entanglement, and if we say gambling started from somewhere how did other countries notice of gambling since social media were not existing that period and that should be what we supposed to understand.

What are you trying to say here?  Even when gambling just started a day and poofed in a day, it can still have history.  History is something that happen that is related to the subject matter.  And the subject here is gambling.  Gambling history can be traces thousands of year ago, and you can read about some of it on OP.  If you are trying to say something new about gambling, make sure it is acceptable.  Though social media isn't available by that time, there are traces of evidence and even writings and drawings that tells gambling exist during those times.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is web3 scam? on: September 12, 2022, 09:58:59 PM
Web3 is just another version of Web, this is where decentralized transaction really shines since web3 has a function to take advantage of blockchain technology and the decentralization.  I think you should read more about web3 @OP in order to understand more about it.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Terra Classic recovered? on: September 12, 2022, 09:49:49 PM

Terra classic is far from recovering.  Terra Classic were once trading around $119.18 so it is down almost 100% and yet to recover even 1% of the current ATH.  I would suggest to stay away from this project because its future is very unclear if you plan to hold it for a long time.  If you plan to just day trade this then I don't think there is harm in trying so.  But be aware that LUNC is currently hyped so you might find yourself unfavorable in the future if you buy it now.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too good to be true? on: September 12, 2022, 08:31:09 PM
Is it possible to invest 100$ in altcoin and turn to 7,000$? Have this ever happened to anyone on here? Is this even possible?.

This is possible if you hit gem projects at its initial price distribution.  ETH initial investors happen to get way more than 700x profit.  Dogecoin also is one of the project that gives more than 700x profit.  There are still lots on the list but beware of the scam projects that promised huge profit because they tend to use the promise as bait to scam people.  Legit projects will never promise anyone huge profit.  They do it with their works on developments.
931  Economy / Gambling / Re: Some Crazy Fun Facts About Casinos And Gambling You Might Not Know. on: September 11, 2022, 10:56:51 PM
CEO's do take a big risk on their business but taking risk on playing a gambling with the stake of your company is pretty hardcore in my own opinion. Imagine that the all hardworking days you offer to your company would go down into one night session of playing gambling. I just hope that FedEx won't be on that kind of state again, It would be a hard decision for the CEO on what will he do especially that FedEx is a big company now. Will he resort into playing gambling again for the second time incase his company go into the same situation again?

I do not think that the FEDEX CEO is gambling with the stake of his company.  What he gambled is his own money and luckily he won.  He didn't sell any share of the company and gambled.  The CEO probably just wanted to take a breather after an intoxicating event on the company.  And he get what he wanted, with bonuses ..  additional cash and new motivation to solve the problem of his company.
932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trading strategies how to turn 50$ into 100k$ in a month ? on: September 11, 2022, 08:27:26 PM
There have been People who with the help of bnb chain even turned 50$ into 150k$ in a months time.

This is no strategy.  This is full gamble and full luck.  And those who turned $50 to 150k are probably scam developer who used $50 amount to setup the token and put a hype then rug pull after sometimes.

I am not saying that this is impossible but the chance of hitting a project that will give us this kind of return is very slim.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rug pull scams on: September 11, 2022, 05:16:15 PM
This had been normal operation of the scammers taking advantage of the Defi platform.  Since many believe that Defi platform are decentralized, they are unwary of the possible scam that will happen on the platform.  I think those who are pulling this kind of scams are the same group.  They are just creating new projects again and again, then rug pulling again and again.
934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This makes sense or not? on: September 11, 2022, 04:54:21 PM
Hi Fam, I am new to crypto investment and crypto mining, I have a plan in mind with this upcoming merge, just tell me if it's bad or not, I plan to sell all my bags after the merge because I believe there will be a massive sell off, and I will buy back at a lower price, is this making sense or not.

It does make sense.  As we can see before the ETH merge event, the market is greatly hype, I think the hype coming from the event will eventually die after the event so we would be expecting that a massive dump will occur since many will be cashing out to take their profit.  So if you plan to take advantage of the possible situation then it is a good move to sell before the big dump happen and accumulate when the price dump.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid Scam Tokens in the name of late Queen Elizabeth on: September 09, 2022, 11:30:40 PM
These scammers are really fast, it is very remarkable how within just 24 hours of the queens death, they have launched scam tokens themed around her. You will be surprised that they already may have gotten a few victims who have fallen prey especially those in the UK. I sincerely hope no newbie here is that dumb not to be able to discern that this is another activity of scammers.

I think these scam tokens in the name of the late Queen Elizabeth is created by the same people who always exploit certain events and trends and later poof.  This is obvious a scam projects that exploits naïve investors and newbies and eventually run away with the funds.  I hope not many will fall victim to this scam.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Queen Elizabeth and Cryptocurrency on: September 09, 2022, 10:43:39 PM

She is 96. She had seen a lot of sufferings in her time. I guess she's lucky enough not to see more of the sufferings that are to come. RIP Queen Elizabeth.

But damn!  Anything can be monetized these days with meme tokens even the death of the Queen.
If  blockchain was already alive when Micheal Jackson died, the internet will be full of meme coins already with his image doing the moonwalk. It was sort of a debate during that time when Micheal's death was monetized by spreading articles about the controversial death.

Lucky, the blockchain isn't around yet during that time.  I would see lots of people getting scammed if blockchain is already around by that time.  I think majority of these meme coins is created by the same people.  For them events like this is like a harvesting time since they can use it to create another shitcoins.  Still, I don't understand why people never learn.  This kind of coins or token is only short lived.  Just wait another month or two and it would be lucky if one or two of these project is still available.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LUNA PUMP on: September 09, 2022, 10:11:39 PM
If you are a bit hesitant then you can either hodl or sell half of your coins, but I would hold it if I were you.  a $28 amount won't make you any poorer or richer.  It is a free money that I am sure you can afford to lose if things go hay wired.  Wait another month or set a selling target.

Despite what I said, I still won't advise my friend to invest in such failed project let along a team with a lead developer on hiding/running from South Korea authority.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cryptocurrencies Change the View of the Game Industry in the Future on: September 08, 2022, 10:03:07 PM
Yes cryptocurrency can change the view of the game industry.  We can see how NFT and metaverse are integrated on the game and many game developer is adopting this kind of technology.  There are also big company that jump in the bandwagon of NFT and the play to earn concept.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Terra Luna Classic pumping - can it last? on: September 08, 2022, 09:23:02 PM
Terra Luna Classic was previously in trouble. I'm afraid this is just part of the whale's strategy to take more money from new people who see the coin with a pretty deep drop. its value is cheap and it would be very easy to say a potential coin at a low price that would make the pump bigger.
yes, we are now looking at the pump, but I doubt this project will get consistent support. their market could have crashed as their developers did.

It is still in trouble.  The developers are still hiding from the authority, its personnel are still barred from going out of South Korea, and there is actually no reason for the price to surge unless it is the typical pump and dump scheme.  Though they are burning the some of the supply of LUNC, I do not think that it will reflect this early.  The previous crash is abnormal and this recent surge is way more abnormal.  Be wary of the possible dump in the future.
940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I won't be buying Eth until the merge is completed things are running fine on: September 06, 2022, 10:50:53 PM
Is this ideal or let me use the word most suitable, I plan not to buy Ethereum until the merge is complete because

1. Its been years that we've been waiting for this merge to happen and there have been so many delays and postponements for the past years, I doubt things will go smoothly, what if something so catastrophic happens to Ethereum when and after the merge?. .this upgrade has not been tested yet so anything could go wrong.

2. Many exchanges already halted every Eth transactions starting from today and that's even on other chains as well, I think they knew anything could go wrong, even erc20 tokens can't be processed or sent when the merge is close am I right?

I am open to learning more about crypto, if you think there are things I don't understand please do correct me in a friendly way, God bless

1.  The upgrade had already been tested several times on the test net.  Developers are not that dumb to implement something that is not tested elsewhere.

2. They halted isn't because of worrying about the possibility of error of the network, they are halting because they wanted to avoid internal error of records and possible confusion or exploits.
