That's some bad algebra right there. E and F do not represent unknowns or variables in this equation; they're adjectives used to describe the glass from alternative perspectives, nothing to do with the volume of liquid contained in the glasses themselves.

The point is this. Until you do hands-on experiments yourself, there is no absolute proof of flat-earth or globe earth for you. And even if you do the experimentation you need to be sure that you have done them correctly.

The second point is, we trust all kinds of people in life. We trust the operation of the computer that we barely know how to program a little, just to be on this forum.

Using the second point, there are vast numbers of people who have determined that the earth is a globe, through experimentation. Many of these have written their results in books in ways that others can do the same experimentations.

Flat earth science not only doesn't have complete and accurate experimentation, but it also doesn't have the many thousands who do and use globe earth science all the time.

Believe what you like. But logic and science show that flat earth is false.

He could use this site to check the International Space Station passages over his house: http://www.heavens-above.com/PassSummary.aspx?satid=25544&lat=41.8781&lng=-87.6298&loc=Chicago&alt=182&tz=CST&cul=en (of course you can choose whatever location in the world).

1. click on the above link
2. select a date where the magnitude (brightness) is very low, the less the value the more the brightness of the object
3. click on the choosen date (let use 17 nov, -3.3 mag as an example)
4. click on "ground track", a map will open with the direction and position of the ISS at that time
5. wait the choosen date (hoping for clear skies)
6. go outside, look above... when you see a very bright object passing in the sky, coming from NW to SE you will have the unquestionable proof that nomad13666 is a DOUCHEBAG! (unless you don't believe your own eyes)

While you're outside you can bring a tablet/notebook with you and connect to this site: http://eol.jsc.nasa.gov/HDEV/ ... you can track the ISS in realtime and, even if at the chosen date it will be in the night side of the Earth, you can just wait the sunrise and check that the actual position of the station is correct just by looking at the image and at the position on the map.

The ISS is real because an Android application tells you so?
