Their MasterCards have just been terminated by Wavecrest: 23 January 2018 Closure of the Wave Crest Card Program
Unfortunately we have to let you know that Wave Crest, our current card solution provider, is unilaterally shutting down our card program. New virtual and plastic cards are no longer issued to any users whether or not they are EEA/SEPA area residents.
Please make sure you have read and understood the info below:
- you will not be able to fund currently active plastic and virtual cards after Feb 9, 2018
- all existing plastic and virtual cards will be closed on March 27, 2018
- currently ATM withdrawals are allowed with a daily limit of EUR 1000 / USD 1000 in SEPA countries and EUR 500 / USD 500 outside the SEPA zone
- there are no new limits concerning POS transactions in shops
All plastic and virtual cards will be reissued for free after we implement the card platform from our new provider which is about to happen soon.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You guys have until the 27th of March to spend it all or withdraw or top up on other services. That's plenty of time IMO.

Where do you live?
I live in an Asian country but hold permanent residence in Australia. I used to have a Cryptopay Visa card (useless now) and their C.Pay EUR/USD cards too (also useless). I now have a Mistertango MasterCard. I used to live and work in Germany so I still have my IBAN account with a German bank but I prefer to not use it for bitcoin transactions. German banks are conservatively anti-bitcoin. If the cards are restricted to EEA + CH, then I can't apply. My German credit card statement is now showing my Australian address so I can't use that as proof of address. I have nothing on paper which shows my previous address in Germany. Too bad then, because I also live in Asia but used my residential address in Europe (they allow cards to be shipped to a different address). Maybe you can also check epayments.com I registered with them also but have not ordered a card yet, but I know they allow transfer from a bitcoin address to your wallet (this is a back up for me in case something happens with Advcash). You will need to contact them if you want to know if they can deliver a card outside Europe. avoid this trash epayments please, they can seize your funds any time. you should pick one with strict rules . these systems run by hungry wolfs , and the said feature added to lure you .

That's it. They covered every loophole. The two main prepaid card brands, Visa and MasterCard, shut down their entire Wave Crest affiliation. No more Gibraltar cards for now.
Options left is WageCan. It's a Chinese card provider so they have their own rules but they still do strict KYC/AML checks. Now that MasterCard shut down their Gibraltar issuer, WageCan will make their card fee of $200+ even more non-negotiable as it is now so if you want it, be prepared to pay.

You guys seem to have missed this:
"All plastic and virtual cards will be reissued for free after we implement the card platform from our new provider which is about to happen soon."
Let's wait then, and see, I'll write to the support today about this and see what they reply (which provider? Estimate date?). For now, we have time to withdraw and find a back up solution in case we need one.

In fact, I think all people saying it's "a disaster" have not understood that the failure point is most probably Wavescrest, as it happend before with Visa cards all around. I think they will shortly find a replacement processor.

I think they will shortly find a replacement processor. instead, you are not considering that, if there was ONLY one issuer, a single point of failure in the entire world, probably there was a reason. Do you really believe that as of a sudden, another provider will be found, and no one in the entire world has been able to find one in the last months? Consider that visa cards gad been shut down for no-sepa in august. And nothing has been done since then. anyway if you like espress your vote in my poll: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2812087.0 thanks
