As long as they are in your walllet (ver 4.0.4) you are good.
Spots will take a snapshot at some point - not sure when - ??
and he will have a record of the coins in your wallet today.

1. The exchange rate will be calculated
2. You will need the New Gorilla Bucks wallet from his website - available soon.
    (not to be confsed with Gorilla Bucks (Bucks) 1 of the 4 coins being exchanged)
3. You will be directed to send Spots your Private Key (not to be shared with anyone else)
    The key will allow anyone who has it to empty your walley
4. To get the Private key do the following:
       Open wallet and unlock (if encrypted and locked)
       Make sure to uncheck the box which says unlock for staking only
5. Click help on top bar of wallet- then, debug window - then, Console tab
6. In bottom bar type "dumpprivkey (a space) "your wallet receive address"    
     - no quote marks and only 1 space between
     - just copy receive coins address and paste address
7. You will get a long string of letters and numbers.
    This is what you will send spots when it is time for the exchange.
    If you have more than 1 receive address - you will need to do it for each

Spots has stated that there is no rush on sending him the private key for the exchange - the crucial step is all coins in current version of wallet today.

These are both very true and accurate. THE IMPORTANT THING IS GETTING COINS IN YOUR WALLET TODAY

Sending me your Private Keys can be done a day late, a week, a month, whatever, but you must move your coins within the next 24 hours to a local wallet

In regards to #1, I thought the plan was 250k coins to each of the old 4 coins? That's what it says on the media page regarding the switch. Besides that the exchange rates have gone kablooey lately.. long term MMXIV holders getting shafted as it has the most coins.. and is now barely worth anything.

Shhhh you'll mess up the good deals lol..

On bittrex their cost make them even out, maybe still a little better with vary (If you can purchase some at a low enough price) since there's only 100k vary coins and 350k teeth coins in supply. That means the vary will be 2.5x in the new bucks  

On a side note, I can't get my teeth wallet to sync. My last deposits are showing up but not confirmed.. good enough? or do i need to worry..

How much of a persons computer resources are used for gorillabands. Variance wallet uses 99,000k and MMXIV uses 132,000k of memory. In reading your description of gorillabands is my computer running heavy tasks in the background similar to cpu mining or something.

Because they are staking they use extra resources. GorillaBands should use less than a GorillaBucks wallet staking

As long as you have not moved the coins, the private key will be be the same in both versions
