I’ll admit I was worried at first that the Celtics were going to continue where they left off in the fourth quarter last game. Steph gave them the lead at the end of the quarter with a slick move to the basket. That gives me a little confidence that this is going to be a good game. The Celtics are still looking better than I’d expect though. Tatum especially is hitting some nice shots.

It looks like another close game as the first half is over, and the Warriors lead the Celtics by just 2 points. By the way, Tatum really plays better this time, given that he has already scored 21 points. At the same time, I am surprised that Horford is not as active as he was in the first match. He hasn't even made a single shot yet, even though he's been playing for 16 minutes.

In the first half, we can see that the game is close and I said to myself that this might go like what happened in Game 1 where the Celtics was just following the Warriors lead and eventually take over in the final quarter. But in the 2nd quarter, Poole and Curry made the lead even bigger and then Steve Kerr let Curry rest after having a 30 point lead.

I don't know why Horford didn't contributed well when the Warriors defense is not that tight, also Marcus Smart is always passing the ball and it looks like that he is afraid to make some shot. Tatum was left again carrying the team that's why they have been lost.

2 minutes remaining for the 3rd quarter and GSW is leading at 79-62. The first two quarters were close to each other but this quarter, the GSW had gained momentum. I guess this is all done for game 2. Although still a lot of time remaining and there's still the 4th quarter.
But, we'll see.

Jordan Poole with a dagger 3 to end the 3rd Quarter and this pretty much looks like a wrap already, but I'm sure Steve Kerr would be very about resting his stars early given what happened in Game 1.. It's a 23-point lead for the Warriors but since the got out score by 24 points in 4th of Game 1, we can all say the game just isn't over yet.

4th Quarter is about to get underway.

I stopped watching shortly after this.  I was glad to see the Warriors win in dominant fashion, but I'd always like to see a closer game.  Without money on the line, there wasn't really much of a reason to watch beyond the first couple minutes of the fourth.  I can't say this was a great game to watch, but the first quarter was decent.  I hope games get a little more exciting going forward, but I'd like to see this series over in 5 with Steph taking home his first Finals MVP award.

The second game ended up with a Warriors victory just as I expected. However it was a win by a really huge point gap also. They destroyed Celtics by 107-88 and this time they ended the third quarter as far ahead of Celtics. They were twenty-three points ahead of Celtics at the end of the third quarter. By the way it was really delightful to watch Jordan Poole's mid court short too. It seems like Curry has taught him well so far.    Curry and Tatum competed with each other to be the most scorer and Curry won the race by only one point (29 points).

Another game for these two teams and another expectations from the fans.

Warriors need to win this and continue their chase to win another NBA title, if they will lose it again inside the chase center
it will be a very big advantage for Boston.

Many will bet for the home team for sure, just like in game 1, they will still get bookies' heavy favorite. ML now is @ 1.50
for the warriors.

With this victory againts the Celtics,yesterday's (with almost 20 points of difference), it showed that GSW is still a strong team that can surprise everyone!

Technically the Warriors need to win at least game 3 or 4 to get back in Game 5 (at Chase Center) equal with Boston Celtics.

As it's been a few years since the Celtics reached it to an NBA finals (I believe the Celtics last appearance was in 2010) the fans and young players in Boston (Tatum, Brown, Smart and others) will do anything to get that ring!

I confess that these finals can be extremely interesting to watch!

Game 2 was really great for Warriors. They got what they wanted very comfortably by demolishing Celtics by a 19 point difference. I'm favouring Celtics in the final series maybe but I must admit that Warriors' performance impressed me too much. Curry had a wonderful game again and this time they didn't leave their job to chance as they were more than 20 points ahead before entering the final quarter. Celtics couldn't do much against this much solid performance this time. The series is 1-1 now and Celtics are the home team in the coming two games. I feel like the score will be 2-2 after those games.

Would like to see if we do reach out Game 7 which would really be that intense.For game 2 speculation earlier then i was right.They had never given a chance on having that dominance of celtics on 4th quarter and we've

seen on how curry is cooking with those 3's but its not really that bad performance for Celtics but that wasnt enough.The gap is too much and you can see their gameplay on 4th quarter where
closing the gap or points is meaningless but al least they have tried.

In first half they made stupid calls and no calls, ignoring travels, techs etc. Draymond shouldn't be in the court after his first tech. They had to make a move to avoid any surprises. Because in finals none of the teams can make a comeback after 0-2 loss. This series will go to at least sixth game, it's obvious now.
Boston had too many turnovers, they could've played better if they were focused on the game. In third quarter they had a breakdown and gave up the fight. Now it will be harder for them because I don't think they can win both games at home. Tatum should be more productive.

Boston is a traditional and classic team, we cannot underestimate the young and promising team that Boston has, but on the other hand, the Warriors are an experienced team and have an excellent squad, Curry, Thompson among others...

Every single role player who played earlier really maximizes the help that they can bring, fewer minutes but good enough to

make an impact. Otto, Bjelica and GP2 players who came from the bench who gave enough minutes for the stars to rest.

Boston show a good start but again, 2nd half is being dominated by the Warriors and they didn't give any sign for the Celtics

to make a comeback and rally to win. They completely sealed this game and win with a very confident leads.

I have to say, when you have Poole, Wiggins, gp2 etc etc playing well, then there is no way that Warriors would lose. And do not even think that those players are good or anything, Warriors is a team that could play with their system and put almost any player and make them look good, because their system actually works.

Glad to see the series tied right now, I hope by game 4 we would have another 2-2 tie as well because that makes things interesting and odds go up. By the looks of it Warriors will not let it be easy for Celtics, maybe they got the first game but Celtics are looking a bit more troubled on defensive part for the both games.

It is going to be a different story now since it's going to be a home-court advantage for the Celtics. That matters but it won't be a matter to the Warriors. They've been used to it and that's not a problem for them but this matters to the Celtics as the first two games it's on the advantage of GSW. 2-2 is possible or it will end as 3-1, we don't know. It's always like this when we're watching the finals and it makes us impatient because we want to see the game as soon as possible.

They did this by a huge performance too and Celtics were helpless against them in the first three quarters. There might be some cases of wrong officiating or questionable calls but the core problem of why the Boston Celtics lose is a) they lack offensive power, in the end, failed short, and b) the Warriors make sure to keep the phase favored to them until the last seconds - momentum.

We have seen how the Boston Celtics crashed their momentum when the Warriors are now doing some continuous shooting streaks. Different from what they have shown during Game 1 that even behind a large lead, they focused on the rally and eventually win.

With that loss, I'm sure the Celtics already know what's the problem. A bounce back is always possible.

They need to be consistent, control the game from 1st quarter to then end of the game, that way they'll win game 3.

Celtics had a double digit lead IIRC, but no safe lead for the Warriors as they will come back and have their own big run.

The thing i do noticed is that they do able to cope up on early quarters specially on 1st and 2nd on where point gaps arent too wide and here comes 3rd where their consistency turns out to fade
and letting warriors on making out points and starts to lead up big where they are really having a hard time on reaching it out or getting equal.If they do rely on that 1st game
performance on trying out to cope up and tie then its not something  that always happen and they should have stopped that kind of belief.

I agree with the missed calls in Draymond's case but there are also missed calls in the Celtics part when it comes to traveling cases.
Regarding the 2nd tech that Draymond should've received, I think former referee Steve Javie of the replay center explained it well. There will always be what they call "consideration" for those who were called with 1 technical foul.
This is not the first, I was actually shocked at how the fans reacted to it. Besides, it's not really that bad of a scene. IMO, I am amazed at how the officials changed their way from being soft to no calls.

Well they are known to have a very good 3rd quarter, if my memory serves me right, regular seasons games, the Suns did to on the way to their league leading records. But Warriors is the consistent one, that's why they just demolished teams in the playoffs. No problem except for the Memphis series and maybe this finals obviously. So Boston will have to play better in the second half, so that they won't blown away like in game 2.

That off-the-ball movement of the Warriors really killed the Boston. Also, they respected Horford in this game as they don't allow him open and the Celtics were not able to have success on the kick pass every a player drives because Warriors have already anticipated it. Now, game 3 is coming soon, let's see what would be the adjustment they will make.

It looks like they are still gonna defend that title favorite for this year's NBA title. The thing is, will they beat them on the Celtics homecourt? During the regular season they got a 28/13 during their home games and 5/4 this playoffs. That's still 50%+ advantage for them this playoffs to win on their homecourt while 3/4 win for GSW on the road. That should be noted I guess.
