Maybe, or maybe they’re going to package Giannis and Thanasis as a package to get even more assets in return. Not that the couple million will make a big difference, but when you’re scrounging for every asset you can, you gotta take advantage of what you’ve got. That may be what we’re seeing here.

With Jonas they get more deeper inside protection and offensive advantage, both him and Jokic can shoot outside with them together inside the court plus the hardwork coming from Aaron Gordon that's really something fans can expect, they are a good contender for this season, it's a matter of how they will blend and established good chemistries since they've got a new coach and new players that will be playing with the core key players it interesting to see if how they'll going to run their system.

A well earned bag for P.J. Washington he's one those guys that always give it their on the floor, and about PJ getting certain amount without Westbrook still looking for one, PJ Washington is 27 years old, while Westbrook would be 37 years by the time the new season gets underway, that's definitely the factor at play, Westbrook would for sure find a spot in the league, no team is just going to make him the center of attention, and would only get on when the teams are more or less done with their roster.

Washington was lethal during the playoffs, and I think giving him that contract was the right move. He deserves it as he’s a hard worker on the court, reliable with his 3-point shooting, and most importantly, solid on defense.

Now with Dallas adding the No. 1 pick, their defense should get even stronger. They’re looking like a real threat this season, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up winning a chip.

As long as Jokic is with them, the chance is there. But they need to strengthen their roster IMHO.

The current that they have isn't that consistent at all. They have no longer Russ AFAIK and they need one athletic guy. They can't built around MPJ.

I even cheered them to have a back to back championship but every year is a challenge to all teams. But at least, they've got their ring already.

Definitely but I think they need a good catch and shoot shooters especially in 3 point and mid range area (aside from Murray), when Jokic has the ball the defense magnetize in him and considering his IQ in passing and offense it will be really easy to win games. I definitely agree that they need to strengthen their roster too and probably improved Aaron Gordon shooting ability just like he did the recent playoffs. By the way, MPJ isn't on Nuggets anymore lol he's been traded to Nets for Cam Johnson.

They need someone who's athletic and can get along with the plays that Jokic might do.

He's the playmaker and he sees all of them easy. While Aaron is on the outside, Murray is on the outside. Someone who can do isolation and move from all sides of the paint.

Yes, in the court they battle, but outside of basketball, this guy might be friends as we all know Jokic is funny. So maybe he talk Jonas not to join and test it out with his team at Nuggets. And yes, he needed a back up center and Jonas is a perfect fit.

That's for sure, they will be a big problem, while other teams try to play small ball, the Nuggets are going to the old and traditional way of having one great center and then have a backup that can only play like Jonas.

But still the problem in the West is the defending champion, very young and the core is still intact and some of them might not yet in their primes. So it's scary how the Thunder will be this season.

And look at their stats last season, especially the average points, the gap isn’t huge, but the salary gap is. I think Dallas is considering his potential future contributions. His rebounds went up to 7.8 last season as well. As for Westbrook, well, he’s a future HOF, but at this point, he’s no longer the player he used to be, nor will he get back to that level. Maybe since he’s a future HOF, he thinks he should at least get a slightly higher offer, or maybe like CP3, just consider retirement, negotiate, and then go back to the Thunder.

Yeah, I definitely have him the props for reaching the 2024 Finals, he's making it on all end of the floors may it be offense or defense a definitely a good deal indeed and he deserves it. Not sure with winning a chip, Flagg is still not ripe imo he probably need more years before that, could be mind blowing if he did make it in his rookie years.
