LET'S RECAP SOME OF THE PROGRESS OF EVERGREENCOIN 'EGC'

1.0 Increase in EGC Volume, Market Cap and Price Beginning August 2016

Good Morning, Day or Evening EGC Community (depending where in the world you happen to be),

At the beginning of August 2016, the value of EvergreenCoin 'EGC' began to show noticeable upwards movement past 6000 Satoshis and on the 5th of August, EGC price took off!
Not since the middle of March this year had we seen our first positive price spike between 3k to 6k Satoshis. However, in the period that followed between April 2016 to June, as EGC caught the attention of new Miners and Investors who came onboard, EGC also fought through various 'Trial by Fire' challenges during the Proof of Work (PoW) phase of an emerging crypto-currency that can either make or break an Altcoin.

Amid constant PoW Miner sell-offs, 51% attacks and challenges to secure and maintain the correct EGC blockchain, people continued to believe in the EvergreenCoin Project and the original EGC Core Developer, Steven, worked tirelessly to keep everybody on the correct blockchain.
Steven recompiled several wallet updates during this time, and made new wallet downloads available to the community when necessary to secure the blockchain.
The Core Developer of EvergreenCoin even helped EGC community members and investors 'individually', one-on-one (including me) to help keep our wallets working!

And We Survived!
 
But we survived not without all of these 'tests' affecting our price, which hovered as low as 200 Satoshis (0.00000200 BTC) for a while during these difficult months. We managed to climb to 700 sats, then 1000 Satoshis, and throughout June-to-July our total Market Cap was a much lower $14000 USD.

2.3 - Monday, August 8, 2016: EvergreenCoin 'EGC' (www.evergreencoin.org), now solidly in the Top 100 World Crypto-Currencies List on www.CoinMarketCap.com comes within range of the only other Energy-Friendly focused Crypto-currency in the Top 100, 'Solarcoin' SLR (www.solarcoin.org).

It was an amazing start to the week for EvergreenCoin 'EGC'. And although profit-taking and selling-off of EGC has occurred since bring our price back down to as low as 11k with support stabilizing around 15k for most of the week, I think this price pump and investor confidence demonstrates what is possible for EGC.


3.0 Previous EGC Predictions I Have Made in the Past Have Now Been Met

3.1 - EGC Could Reach as High as 75K. Four months ago, I recommended that EGC shouldn't be sold for anything less than between 12k to 30k Satoshis! Today this is a reality...

4.0 Looking Forwards: EGC Website Communications Overhaul & New EGC Innovations



The magic and seed of an idea (pardon the pun!) with this unique Altcoin project is something that inspires us all at EvergreenCoin 'EGC'!

Other than Solarcoin, EvergreenCoin is the only true 'Green, Environmentally-focused' commercially-driven Altcoin Crypto-Currency to Bitcoin currently in the www.CoinMarketCap.com Top 100.

I believe the new fair base price for the market value of EGC now is between 25k to 30'000 sats (0.00025000 BTC to 0.00030000 BTC).

This is based on the basic credentials of a quality Altcoin Brand Concept, a good community, a stable network with Windows, Mac and Linux wallets, and a limited supply of 13M coins. We have to remind ourselves that EGC is still relatively scarce. This is also based on our Web Communications as they are now, prior to a new online presence website (with improved communications & features) and announcements of further pending EvergreenCoin 'EGC' innovations in the works.  

The fact remains now that EGC has soared towards 75k. If it has done it before, I'm sure that as we continue to move forward as a community to develop and support it, anything is possible for EGC and our value can be much higher again.

So I think we should aim to be a digital currency the market can rely on, and a Top 25 Position on CoinMarketCap or even higher should be our target going forward.

And the higher and more stable the value of EGC, the more viable it will be for a new and vibrant green business and enthusiast community to support EGC, and to accept it and trade it!

Yes, I have done some investigation beyond glancing over their exchange. Whois queries and some social media look-ups on the owner. I didn't uncover any blatant evidence of a scam and I am not making any accusations of that, but it does look slightly suspicious. Not much public information at all and that does slightly alarm me. Of course, I am all for the underdog or newcomer and would gladly help one, but only after sufficient trust was established.

Your caution is very well placed, abyaby and I do share it. Some of us will remember, EGC's first 'exchange' left many community members missing EGC and BTC. I have opted not to publicly pursue this exchange and at this time. The days of EGC needing to be desperate in exchange additions have long passed.

That said, there is nothing I or anyone else could do to stop them from adding EGC. If they did add EGC and community members reported a favorable sentiment, I would publicly support and add to the OP in hopes of bringing them volume. But as of now and until more transparent and available information is found, I can not.

Hello !! Can anybody help me with setting up EGC wallet for Windows. I downloaded and got two files in it 1. Evergreencoin-Qt(application) and other is qrcodelib.dll but after extraction the evergreencoin-qt application is missing?? I don't know why? Please help me with this one.
