Morning everyone! I made a cash deposit to GOX this morning thru BitInstant. It went thru perfectly. The system is working great. Now let's solve some back logged issues!!! Me too Charlie, ZipZapp'ed a payment at around 10:30 AM EST this morning to BTC address but no trace of anything on BlockChain. Did I just miss the "working great" cutoff? Just a quick update for you guys, I finally have the BTC I paid for, and it seems to be at the market rate I purchased them at(which sucks, but at least I have the money I paid.) just be patient and it will happen
Good to hear that you got your coins. I apologize for your experience and I hope you will still consider us in the future. If you look a few posts down, I already made another deposit ;P it seems to be going through I am just waiting for it to appear in my wallet. I want to thank you again for your work, URSAY, despite how it looks, things will get better. Patience is key even when it comes to money. Patience is key when it comes to BITCOIN. This market will mature and things WILL get better.

My order was short half a coin due to the execution price being $113 when the real market value is closer to $80.
Are you going to do anything about this?
So your first issue was resolved and now your wanting to open another issue regarding execution price? Yes?

Okay, looking back through some of these post I see lot's of people getting fed up. Join the crowd. Other people are like "Why so childish and impatient?" Because my fucking money has been in limbo for not 3 hours, not a day, not a week, but 6 fucking months. You'd be pissed to. I'd imagaine some of those who were so patient at first are now on the same page as the rest of us "children" and dicks". If not, you're time is coming. I await you're apology. It's all the same story- patient, nice, told the problem would be fixed. After a week the patience is done. I just want my money and too be done with this company. Your time is coming to get ripped off. I urge you not to wait- if you get your money, count yourself lucky and DO Not Use BIT"instant" Again.

I have 2 success email's saying transactions went through and to check blockchain.info
No coins in my wallet yet.. Been over approx 2 hours on 1 transaction... and 45 minutes on the other. They should have shown up in one place or the other by now??

I am waiting on a cash>moneygram>zipzap>BTC wallet transaction. I received BI's support email saying the transaction was executed but there is nothing currently in the blockchain. do you know the turnaround time for that kind of transaction? How long, in your opinion, should I wait before submitting an official support request.
