Any idea on android wallet being back up ?
with the new i2p and tor wallet releases, should be soon, im hoping less than two weeks from now. Straight to Tor or I2P, no fuss, no muss. It's brilliant and way more valuable to consumers and businesses than any smart contract or dapp. If you're smart contract or dapp system was built ontop of the Verge network, you might have something... This release is going to be a game changer in crypto  Keep up the good fight Dev, the world needs Verge. Does this mean no clearnet? Probably good having it untraceable by default. User doesn't need to fiddle around or risk using the wrong option. yes the i2p wallet will only use i2p, and the tor wallet will only use tor =] This sounds like a really really good thing. If it is a game changer then how do we let people know this so we can increase interest?   promoting it, telling friends and family.. twitter, facebook, whatever.. |

i should have kept that .5 for 2 months..
I should have mined bitcoin in 2009 and sold in Dec 2013. If you find yourself saying you "should have" just stop, no one has a magic ball. You're not gonna last long if you can't absorb a couple hundred dollar loss in crypto. This will cycle back and you'll make it back. Or you'll sell and in the future you'll say. "I should have kept that VERGE for ..." and the cycle will repeat. Meanwhile, those of us with patience will buy alts when they're low and BTC is high and sell alts when they're high and BTC is low. It's really not that hard. |

things are still normal on my end =] im just working away on xvg releases.. i try not to pay too much attention to the market when btc is up ;] It maybe certain things have to happen for this coin to get deserved appreciation but for short term it's impossible to resist from buying it right now. Something is wrong on your end. My verge updated just fine to the last block. took about 3min updated yesterday morning as well. (and that counts Launching time...which is slow on my system) , might want to delete your blockchain and let it resync. g |

Lot of good buys in Alts at the moment....especially XVG.
update - as of 3 o'clock this afternoon just on 'trex......over 1000 BtC volume on Dao and 2100 BtC on Eth

I can't find any nodes for this wallet...are they needed? Is the coin that thin, that there are no connections??

i have anywhere from 27 to 56 connections on my nodes. try adding a VERGE.conf file and putting connect=37.59.24.15 in it. that should straighten it out. |

after it syncs, you can remove the connect line from the .conf file. the connect line will force it to only connect to 1 node, the one specified. (it's suprnovas node, and is always up to date) if you have 7 connections you may not have named the .conf correctly. it is case sensitive and has to be named VERGE.conf (in the data directory. in windows its located in C:\users\you\appdata\roaming\VERGE\) if you have any more issues feel free to drop me a pm here or in our irc chat, im @vergeDEV in the chat room. =] |

You are right.. i never restarted the client when i realized it was continuing to sync, so it never re-loaded the config file.
I will just remove the connect line and keep things the way they were... you have this stuff down, don't you!!
