that's too late, you should have informed us before!

If the wallet address existed prior to the fork and they still use it should be fine.

If your comment above is directed at dev, then WTF?

He told them before, during and after the upgrade. Several users such as myself also told them because I knew people wouldn't know what they are doing and send coins to an exchange that hadn't updated. Then proceed to blame everyone but themselves.

I've lost coins to a fork before, if it's happened here to you I'm sorry, but consider it a lesson.

what's up with yobit? dev could you contact them to sync the wallet? this is nuts! 2 days for a deposit

i did, a couple days before the fork, and during, and after. there's only so much i can do.

they are not reliable.  DO NOT SEND/WITHDRAW FROM YOBIT.

Are my coins lost? i send yobit coins

I think when it comes to Yobit, jumping on the chatbox and asking for Blacksmith or admin will get a result. Tickets never seem to be answered.
not so sure about that.. at least in my personal experience. Ive got a missing BTC withdrawl from a couple months ago at yobit... no answer in chat, support or the thread here.
However in this particular instance your XVG should eventually show up when yobit updates...

Jumped on to chat and asked admin to update the Yobit wallet. They are in process of updating now.

Polo will have no choice soon but to take notice, once they realise they are missing out of trading volume. I am not sure why or what is up with that. Does anyone in the community have a long trading history, or a good standing with Polo - if so maybe you should be asking the Polo community to request it?

Anyone up for that?

it is also STUPID easy to see if Yobit's wallets are both "online" and at the correct block. A user's failure to do this simple and quick check is not the dev's responsibility.

I've traded there for two years and mentioned it to the mods (anyone can submit a request to have a coin reviewed). Polo's volume on ETH just dwarf's Bittrex, and they do thousands on MAID and XMR a day as well. Polo's volume on just XMR was probably more than Bittrex on every coin combined today. What I'm saying is, I don't think the volume argument is going to convince them, they have more than 10 coins that have more volume than XVG today, and 30k BTC volume on ETH. I think the way to try and pitch it is as a solid coin with continuing development and a fairly large base of users.

Yes true Polo's volume does dwarf Bittrex. $XVG on polo would also dwarf Bittrex. If $XVG is in top trading on Bittrex, as is ETH, then it would also do well on Polo.

No doubt about this.  We just need to see the best route to get our coin on there.  I mean I feel alot of us have reached out and asked from a Volume perspective and we have asked from this coin being the best perspective.  Just not sure what we can do besides bombard them with requests, but I am not sure that is a good thing to do?

Just make a request every once in a while. I'm about due for another but we shouldn't spam them either.

I'm sure that would not be appreciated or do anything to get it done.

i've done one.   needs better details ...

ie: i cant remember anything.  someone post all the answers here....

all in one post.  so its easy to find, and use when filling it out.

yes. sounds stupid...but without it.  im not going to do it again.  hate being stuck on a question

i know the answer to, but cant remember.

  then i get fed up and skip to the 2nd question, where i do it again.

Sux to get old!

Bit off topic but what do I have to change if I only want to compile the daemon and not the Qt in ubuntu?

configure --with-gui=no

Thank you.

It seems the diff is still not showing correctly:

    "difficulty" : 267.18308065,
    "difficulty_x17" : 267.18308065,
    "difficulty_scrypt" : 267.18308065,
    "difficulty_groestl" : 267.18308065,
    "difficulty_lyra2re" : 267.18308065,
    "difficulty_blake" : 267.18308065,

Tried a few things but I couldn't figure it out.
